This is the best outside of US rental experience I’ve ever had! Actually its even better than US rental companies! I have traveled more than 50countries. I had rental experience just about every car rental companies out in the market including the name brand you never heard of! So far, green motion has really surprised me and exceeded above and beyond my expectations. I made an last min reservation after I arrived in Warsaw. I had to go back to Chopin airport to pick up my lost bag from Air France at the same day. I stopped by the green motion office at the departure terminal to check it out because I never heard of this company and my rental is 2 days later. Daniel was in the office and he is the nicest and coolest guy greeted me and adjusted my rental so I can pick up the car immediately. I am OCD and super picky. Daniel was very patient and professional! He didn’t get annoyed with my questions after many car categories requires. He did the best he can to give me an irresistible price for 10 days! After 10 days, he offered me a smaller car with even better price so I extended another week. Both cars condition are very new with only a few thousands kilometers. As a matter of fact, I just send message to Daniel to extend two more days. Daniel took care of it all and email the rental contract. Paperless and efficient! I had to write it a review for this Green Motion and Daniel! Before I wrote this review I didn’t know there were a lot of bad reviews.. I’m sorry for those customers but I have the best rental experience way better than Kiev and other counties! Good job Daniel and I definitely one back again in June my next visit and recommend to everyone. I don’t know other people working in Green Motions but Daniel is definitely is the man! I only go back to him for my next reservation!! Thank you Daniel!! And keep up the great work!! If you are Daniel’s supervisor please praise him for his great work. You are lucky to have Daniel to work for Green Motion!!

This company comes off as very shady so I would urge anyone thinking of booking with them to consider booking with a more reputable company. I have booked a lot of cars but I've never booked one that didn't have a contract that I signed and was given to me as proof of the car rental. The man behind the counter assured me he would email me my contract but it never came through. We ended up wasting a lot of time going back to have him print a contract written primarily in Polish. He also tried to get me to upgrade my car by paying an extra $100 but I refused and then he said he was going to give me the upgraded car anyway. Go figure. I filmed the car when we finally found it as it was very difficult to find. The car park is very dark and isn't easily accessible. The car itself was a decent model. The fuel policy was bizarre. There was a quarter of a tank of petrol and I was expected to return it with a quarter of tank instead of the usual full to full. I filmed the car when I returned it as there's no one to receive you in the car park. The salesman also blocked my credit card for $800 as I refused to purchase their insurance. It's also not easy to get refunded if you surrender the car early to get a refund. Be sure to read the complicated, bountiful, small font paperwork that comes with renting a car with this company. I was so worried they would try and charge me extra that I blocked my credit card as I read other reviews where people complained of their shady practices. If you want to take your chances with a company with unclear rental policies then this is the company for you. I personally will not waste my time and money again and pay the extra to book with more reputable companies in the future. It's not worth the hassle.

I am very satisfied. The car is new, clean and comfortable. The renting process is easy and their formulas are very clear. I have always chosen the full coverage package, and coupled with their pre check in process, getting your car is the smoothest and fastest, as simple as signing the contract and receiving the keys; no more hassle with going through paper documents. The full coverage means no time wasted checking every possible damage upon pick up and/or return, which i might add, might not be very easy or quick as the parking is not well lit enough to find every scratch or tiny damages that could later cause disputes and when in a hurry, this process can be very stressful and time consuming . I highly recommend Green Motion and suggest buying the full coverage for the smoothest and hassle free transaction. The Green Motion office at Warsaw airport is located at the first floor level of the Departure area, so don't panic if you do not find it among the row of car rental offices on the ground floor. I had to call to ask where to find them. The cars are parked in the opposite building so you only need to cross the street, take the elevator and start your drive. You get a ticket to get out of the parking and upon return, you leave the entrance ticket for the company to settle. It's really as easy as that. Another note: i suggest booking directly with the car rental company instead of through intermediaries like airline companies. Apparently, the coverage these intermediaries offer are not sufficient and obviously, we pay them as well for their services. If any dispute should arise, it will be simpler to deal directly with the rental company instead of dealing with three parties.

Ja nie wiem skąd te negatywne opinie. Chociaż w sumie wiem, z nieumiejętności czytania ze zrozumieniem warunków wynajmu lub słabych umiejętności kierowcy. Już 2 czy 3 razy wynajmowałem od nich auto i to przez brokera (bo w ostatniej chwili). Nie było z tym problemu. Nie brałem zniesienia wkładu własnego, bo kaucję mam zawsze ubezpieczoną i robię szczegółowe zdjęcia przed odjazdem z parkingu na lotnisku. Zresztą, dbam o wynajmowane auto bardziej niż o własne więc czego się bać? Jak ktoś nie umie jeździć i obija się na parkingach to niech za szkody płaci :D a jak ktoś boi się, że jego ktoś na parkingu przetrąci i ucieknie, to niech sobie ubezpieczy kaucję albo wykupi u nich zniesienie odpowiedzialności i po kłopocie. Widziałem negatywne opinie za opłaty dodatkowe za sprzątanie, za wyjazd za granicę autem czy za opłatę administracyjną za mandaty. Tu już tracę wiarę w ludzkość. Ludzie, jak nie umiecie czytać warunków wynajmu, albo się z nimi nie zgadzacie to nie wynajmujecie w takiej wypożyczalni auta. Jak oddajecie auto, a w środku chlew, nie dziwcie się, że doliczą opłatę za sprzątanie. Skoro nie można za granicę, to nie można, jak zbieracie mandaty bo nie opłaciliście parkowania czy dajecie się ustrzelić fotoradarowi, to wasz problem a opłaty są jasne w warunkach. Mają tańszy wynajem, ale wyższe opłaty dodatkowe, jak Ryanair, ma tanie bilety, a drogi bagaż. Każdy zarobić musi, ale to chyba jasne. Podsumowując, wynajem bezproblemowy, zwrot również, auta nowe, czyste, fajnie wyposażone, nie jakieś bieda-flotówki. Ja tam polecam z całego serca, zawsze trochę taniej niż w Europcar czy Sixt, a jak szanujesz ich auta to i oni szanują ciebie. Proste

ATTENTION A FUIR !!! ARNAQUE ! Je loue des voitures avec des dizaines de loueurs partout dans le monde et c'est la première fois qu'on me facture une soit disant "rayure" sur le côté de la voiture. - Je me présente au bureau de location à 22h30. On me propose une assurance tous risques que je refuse ayant déjà souscrit à l'assurance Allianz via BSP AUTO. La personne essaye de me convaincre d'accepter son assurance en me disant qu'avec cela je n'aurais qu'un dépôt de garantie de 50€ sur ma carte bancaire vs. 900€ sans l'assurance loueur. J'accepte bêtement la caution de 900€... - Au comptoir, la personne me donne les clés de la voiture ainsi que le contrat de location stipulant les dommages existants et me demande de faire des photos si je vois d'autres dommages non mentionnés. Il fait sombre dans le parking, je fais le tour rapidement et ne constate rien qui me saute aux yeux (notamment bosses). - Au retour, le loueur contrôle chaque millimètre de la voiture avec une lampe torche et repère une micro rayure qui n'était pas inscrite dans le contrat de location. (Cf photo). Je sais que je n'ai pas abimé la voiture en une journée de location car j'en ai pris grand soin. Il est certain qu'elle était déjà présente la veille mais je n'ai pas vérifié assez scrupuleusement le véhicule. C'est scandaleux d'arnaquer les clients de la sorte ! - Le lendemain ils envoient une facture de 145€ pour ce "dommage", débités sur mon compte. J'ai transmis les éléments à Allianz pour une prise en charge mais c'est bien la première fois que je vis une histoire pareille pour une rayure que je n'ai pas faite.

Renting via booking, having insurance bought also on Booking and on arrival nice surprise: this company imposing a huge amount to block as extra, the amount was hidden in a voucher attached on email - policy 1500eur to be blocked its not a fair customer service. On email text where this voucher was attached for the extra amount was nothing written BLANK, therefore my surprise. The counter guy informed me that this amount will be kept at least 15 days. I tried to pay this amount, but due to my Bank policy of 1000eur per day, transaction declined. As result I am being forced to pay another insurance to reduce the amount, beside the one on Booking, paying almost 50% more, resulting into a nice theft. I made a complaint with booking as well, since the service provided by them was void and me having two insurance now. ON TOP : car was delivered 90% tank, how should i know how much gas to put to reach 90%, therefore I delivered back full tank. This is second theft. I rented a Peugeot 2008 and I got Dacia Duster, in my opinion they do not have Peugeot and this is juts a lie to sell the Duster. Overall I will never rent from this company and I am strongly advise everyone to read all so called vouchers NOT THE EMAIL cause, they are hiding cost there. Best of luck on robbing others.

This car rental is a scammer. Talking about order no. CTR-******-4092749. I made a car reservation for 30th of August, but when I arrived, manager demanded I pay 300 euro security deposit on top on my rental payment, which is okay. What is not okay is that manager rejected 3 of my cards: 2 debit and one credit, all of them had sufficient amount of money, were active etc. Also manager refused to accept cash as deposit. All my efforts to make it work failed- I proposed all possible options for paying deposit. After refusal, manager refused to give me the car. It was at 22:00 in the night and I had to drive to a city 300 km from car rental. I paid 250 Euro online for car booking before arriving. These guys refused to give my money back. After 3 months I was still not able to get my money back and I still did not get to rent my car. Please save your time and money and do not use this service. The scam scheme is accept online booking, then refuse giving car by any means and then not returning online booking payment, in my case 250 Euro. Stay away from this rental!

I would have liked to leave a good review, but this all got ruined when we were charged a 3000PLN charge after returning the car for "scratches on the wheel caps" and a dent on the door. There was no dent on the door nor any other damage incurred during the trip. I took pictures before and after. I told them it was untrue and sent them the pictures and they still proceeded take funds out of my credit card. You will notice they try very hard at the beginning to sell you their insurance. If you have no other choice but to rent there, buy the insurance or you will be in a bad position when you return the car. That said, many renowned company are a bit more expensive and you don't need to take their insurance if you have another plan such as a credit card that covers such situation. Luckily, I do have insurance on the credit card and have initiated that process as well as engaging Poland's Consumer Protection Agency. However, this is a pain to go through. Pay the extra 300-400PLN ($100) and go with a safer company

Tras alquilar un coche a través de Booking y pagar un seguro premium, llegue al aeropuerto me insistieron en contratar otro seguro diciendo que el mío no me cubría en caso de accidente etc... En varias ocasiones le dije al chico que no quería su seguro que me arriesgaba con el que traía. Al realizar el pago no pudimos pagar pues teníamos la tarjeta "capada para pagos en el extranjero" cuando la desbloqueamos ya habían pasado las 11 de la noche por lo que nos dijo que debía cobrar unos 30 o 35 euros más. Entre nervios e incertidumbre por llegar a tiempo al hotel antes de las 12 hicimos los pagos que nos dijeron. Mi sorpresa al ver los documentos en el hotel me habían cobrado un seguro el cual yo en repetidas ocasiones rechacé. JAMAS VOLVERÉ A ALQUILAR CON ELLOS. ESTAFADORES. Actualización 1. Aún no me han devuelto la fianza y no me contestan el porqué. El vehículo fue devuelto en perfectas condiciones, las mismas en las que fué recogido. Vuelvo a insistir en que no contratéis con ellos.

Stanowczo ogradzam korzystanie z usług tej firmy! Przekazali mi samochód z przebitą oponą. Po przejechaniu paru kilometrów, zadzwoniłem do biura i zgłosiłem problem. Poinformowano mnie, że zastępczy samochód może być dostarczony dopiero za kilka godzin lub mogę oddać samochód i wszelkie poniesione koszta zostaną mi zwrócone. Z uwagi na pilne spotkanie w innym mieście i brak czasu, zrezygnowałem z dalszego wynajmu. Obsługa biura zapewniała, że WSZYSTKIE koszta związane z UBEZPIECZENIEM i WYNAJMEM zostaną ZWRÓCONE. Oczywiście tak się nie stało. Po licznych telefonach dowiedziałem się, że biuro jednak nie odda pieniędzy. Dopiero po napisaniu reklamacji zwrócili mi koszta ubezpieczenia lecz zatrzymali koszta kilkudniowego wynajmu. Sumaryczny czas wynajmu wynosił ok. 40 min, a oni skasowali mnie jak za kilka dni !!! Podsumowując pracownicy firmy mogą obiecać klientom różne rzeczy, jednak gdy pojawi się problem z wszystkiego się wycofają i z problemem zostaniecie sami.

They don't even deserve 0 starts, the worst experience ever.  The staff is unfriendly, disrespectful and incompetent. I booked my reservation through Expedia. There was nobody present at the check in desk, and I had to wait over 40 mins for someone to show up. Once they did I was informed that I need to pay over $200 extra for not having an international driving license although I have US DL & Polish one as well. I was told that if I don't pay it my reservation will automatically be canceled. Expedia's policy clearly states that international DL is only required if your is in non-roman alphabet.  Trying to get it resolved with Expedia but they are no help either. They told me to contact green motion directly so we will see how that will go. I have rented cars all over the world but never experienced such bad customer service and so much trouble. People should be aware that they are scammers.

We were charged an excessive amount apprx. 6 hours after dropping off the car. No one was present during the drop off. When we received the damage report, a family member (since we had flown out back home) went to inspect the car directly with a Greenmotion employee and it seems like there was no damages present on the car. After confronting the employees, they were unable to give a reasonable explanation, only to respond that the one who checked the car was not in. Furthermore, when we check on our computer the details of the photos they provided, the date and time of "photo taken" was before our actual rental period.. After numerous visits to their office they agreed to give us a small "discount" on the total damage cost which they charged us but we are still left with an open amount of apprx. 600 euros.. Office manager is never to be seen..

Zdecydowanie odradzam !!! Fatalna obsluga klienta. Po oddaniu samochodu naliczono nam ogromna kwote za rysy, ktorych nie bylo. Oczywiscie zrobiono to dopiero po oddaniu samochodu, samochod nie byl sprawdzany przy nas. Jak sie udalo ustalic i udowodnic pracownikom na lotnisku, samochod zostal zaraz po nas wypozyczony przez kogos innego, a zaraz po jego oddaniu i sprawdzeniu - rys nie bylo. Pracownica obslugi klienta, nie wiedzac, ze mowie i rozumiem po polsku, przyznala przy mnie, ze jej kolega „znowu robi przekrety i ma juz dosc tlumaczenia sie przed klientami”. Oddano nam tylko czesc kwoty i nie chciano wytlumaczyc czym sa zdjecia i filmiki z rysami, wyslane jako dowod znieszczen. Po tym incydencie, znalazlam w internecie mnostwo podobnych historii z calej Europy.

This rental service is not even worth a star. Very bad company, please take care!! The car was very good, but the inspection at the beginning took place very late in the night and with a very bad lighting. When we thought we saw everything mentionable we took the car for a day. And returned it where the guy from the company literally went straight to the right bumper to record a scratch that was not even visible with the bear eyes. Written as very scratchy. while the rest of the car was checked very quickly. and they really charged 637€ for it + 50€ 'administration fee' ..its ridiculous!! we are very sure this scratch is not even our fault. You can really see how much they are after your money!! Very bad experience, better to avoid.

This company is such a joke! I rented a car for 21 days. On getting the car the guy did 5 seconds car inspection and on return few minutes! He badly wanted to find something to charge me more, of course he found tiny chip on a bumper, perhaps not even new… cost for fixing 1000PLN. Of course no discussion with them, zero! you have to pay and deal with it. PLEASE stear away from them, pay a bit more and use car from bigger well know company. I was renting for more than 15 years all around the world and something like this never happend to me. Google please add 0 stars for cases like that!!!

НЕ обращайтесь в эту компанию. Развод 100%, отношение к клиенту 0%. На сайте указана цена 17,22€ плюс я оформил полную страховку, так как поездка у меня была 22 ноября, температура воздуха была 0° шёл снег, на машине были летние шины. Я это предполагал и купил полную страховку. Везде указано что прокат машин работает с 7:00, по факту работник пришёл в 8:20, после чего не мог выехать с парковки, дали неоплаченный талон на выезд. Ниже прикладываю документы подтверждения стоимости аренды и конкретную сумму которую взяли с меня. Ещё раз убедился, покупать услуги можно только по отзывам.

Worst rental place to get a car!!! Avoid at all costs!!! Pay the extra money and go with a reputable rental company. Tire popped on the highway as I proceed to put the spare on the car the car came with no tools or Jack to raise the car. Unacceptable how can a rental company not provide or check to see if all necessary tools are in the car in case of an emergency. I had to get vehicle tire replaced and the man at the counter was more worried where the old tire was rather than grateful that the car had a new tire. Complete embarrassment they should be ashamed of themselves.

Just to make it clear to anyone considering booking a car at Greenmotion : Can we book and pay the security deposit with a DEBIT (visa/mastercard) card without subscribing any optional insurances ? EDIT 30/10/23 - after getting answer from the company : So to make it clear to anyone who want to rent a car from them, you will have to subscribe for additional insurance if you pay your deposit with a DEBIT card (visa/mastercard). The price of the insurance is really expensive (more or less the price of the rent). Be careful and consider other renting agencies

Zamowilem samochod przez posrednika .Przylatujac na lotnisko Warszawa F.Ch. lot byl spozniony 2h. W Green Motion dowiedzialem sie ze samochod mi przepadl.... bo nie odebralem na czas?! Rozumiem jak by doliczyli mi extra za parking tych dwoch godzin ale zeby wmawiac ze samochodu nie dostane.... bylem ich stalym klientem od kilku lat z Warszawy Modlin i zawsze bylem zadowolony ale ich Zlodziejska praktyka , nawet nie zlodziejska a qurewska chytrosc powoduje ze nigdy do was nie wroce. Wole doplacic konkurencji niz dam wam zarobic. Z nieuszanowaniem szmaciaze.

Polecam z całego serca, już kilka razy wynajęłam u chłopaków auto i za każdym razem wszystko od początku do końca idzie sprawnie, konkretnie i szybko. Lepiej jest zarezerwować bezpośrednio przez telefon. Auta są praktycznie prosto z salonu, parkowane zaraz na przeciwko lotniska. Po wyjściu z biura windą w dół, przez pasy i zaraz na wprost jest piętrowy parking. Robię sobie zdjęcia auta jeszcze na miejscu, ale ze nie porysowałam nigdy to nie wiem jak przebiega dalszy proces. Chłopacy sa bardzo mili i wyluzowani, do dogadania się. Polecam.

I would not recommend this company, I called them before to ask all the questions what I had about rental, after I payed and came to the place, they told me that it was misunderstanding in communication. So to get a car they charged me extra fees( insurance) even that I had full coverage insurance that I bought before(up to 35,000 euros). Bottom line they make me pay over 900PLN extra on my rental. They are simply scammers. There is many different car rental companies on this airport, which don’t scam people. Save yourself a headache.

My vacation that I planned for half of the year was COMPLETELY RUINED, they didn't provide me with a paper car tech passport, and I was declined to go to Romania at the border (at the office I mentioned that I will go in different countries not in a Schengen area and I paid an additional fee for crossing the borders). Car was blocked after I tried to fill the tank with windscreen-cleaning liquid and 3000 PLN was blocked on my account, because of it I had troubles with money and I blocked way for another cars on the gas station

Korzystam z ich usług regularnie od kilku miesięcy(wcześniej działali pod szyldem SurPrice). Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, dobra cena, infolinia 24 h. Samochody są czyste i w dobrym stanie technicznym. Zdarzyło mi się raz czy dwa spóźnić z odbiorem bądź zwrotem auta, raz przegapiłem myjnie i oddałem samochód trochę brudny, nie był to dla nich żaden problem Za każdym razem wykupywałem pełne ubezpieczenie, więc na temat ewentualnych opłat za szkody nie mogę się wypowiedzieć.

I booked a car for 2 weeks from 20th April with payment in advance. When I tried to pick up the car, it turned out that my reservation was canceled because I didn't pick up the car within 4 hours (!). Of course the money was gone. I had to pay a higher amount for the car rental again. Pure theft! If I paid for the car for 2 weeks, it should be there waiting for me. Stay away from this rental company. There are others nearby where they won't cancel without any notice.

Avoid if you like your Deposit! They are Scammers. I prepaid a car, when I arrived they wanted to charge me 1000 Euros deposit on a normal cheap car, I never heard car deposit over 200 Euros so I left my prepayment and went to another company and got a better car for 100 Euros Deposit. I lost my prepayment but I'm glad I didn't loose 1000 Euros deposit, they ruined my night I had to spend 2 hours finding another car and they are absolutely fishy.

Absolutnie nie polecam. Firma nastawiona na zysk z lewych zadrapań. Kasują praktycznie każdego kto uwierzy, że auto sprawdza później. Obsługa fatalna, poufała, bezczelna. Pierwszy i ostatni raz wynająłem tam samochód (w miejscu radia deska przykręcona wkrętami!! Co prawda w kolorze czarnym). Krótko mówiąc, nie narażacie się na nerwy i grubą kasę. Acha, odpowiedzi mailowe są udzielane jedynie w j. angielskim. W Polsce. Dno. UOKiK wita.

Proces wypożyczenia przebiegl bardzo szybko, umowa i warunki szczegółowo zostały nam wyjaśnione podczas rozmowy telefonicznej. Pan, którego spotkalismy w biurze na miejscu byl bardzo uprzejmy i miły, dokladnie wytlumaczyl nam gdzie znajduje sie autko. Wypozyczalismy auto na okres 3 dni, ktore bylo bardzo czyste, komfortowe i sprawne, nie mamy żadnych uwag. Na pewno wrócimy z przyjemnością następnym razem.:)

Un 10! Era la compañía más económica, nos cogimos el seguro premium por un poco más de dinero. El coche estaba en perfecto estado, nos lo entregaron lleno el depósito y lo devolvimos lleno. Al cabo de una semana nos devolvieron la fianza. Si podéis, contratar el seguro, así evitáis sorpresas. A atención de la compañía a través del email un 10! Volveré a alquilar con vosotros.

Furchtbarer Laden! Wir hatten mit Lufthansa Miles and more Meilen gebucht. Als wir ankamen, wurde uns trotz Buchungsbestätigung gesagt, man könne Meilen nicht akzeptieren und wollte 150 € extra für das Fahrzeug, sonst sollten wir halt sehen wo wir bleiben. Haben wir dann auch getan und sind zur Konkurrenz gegangen, da gab es auch Fahrzeuge um diesen Preis… Lieber Finger weg.

Wszystko super. Odbiór auta zajął kilka minut - informacje mi przekazane odnośnie gdzie znaleźć auto, jak je zwrócić itd. bardzo dokładne. Sam samochód czysty, sprawny, w podróży bez niespodzianek. Do tego cena bardzo atrakcyjna. Następnym razem na pewno skorzystam ponownie, bo chodzi o dokładnie taki serwis przy wynajmie samochodu.

this car rental company is a total rip off. DO NOT RENT from this car rental company. I booked a car rental with green motion car rental. my flight was delayed only one hour. when I arrived at the counter to rent my car they said since I did not arrive on time I lost my rental and lost my money. Total rip off! Scammers. Thieves!!

Auto wydane brudne, z niepełnym zbiornikiem paliwa. Pracownik wydający pojazd potwierdził możliwość wystawienia faktury przy odbiorze pojazdu, wziął dane, ale nigdy jej nie dostałem pomimo monitów. Uwaga na nich, lepiej dopłacić w uczciwej firmie. Poziom ignorancji obsługi tej wypożyczalni jest przygnębiający

Spontanicznie na lotnisku zdecydowałam się na wynajęcie auta. Obsługa profesjonalna pomimo, ze chłopaki byli młodzi i dostałam auto dopasowane do moich potrzeb. Przy zdaniu auta nie było z niczym najmniejszego problemu i poszło sprawnie. Cena wraz z pełnym ubezpieczeniem tez całkiem w porządku.

Patrząc na opinie wydaje się że wyporzyczalnia okrada klientów i zobaczyłem je dopiero po rezerwacji przez economycarrental. Na szczęście mój wynajem samochodu był bezproblemowy, miła obsługa, sprawne wydanie i zdanie samochodu, jak i bezproblemowy zwrot 500 pln depozytu.

Really good experience. Was a damage found on the check in of the car not written on the damage form. I called them and they told me to take a photo and to show it on the check out. Everything went smooth for the check out. I will definitely rent again there.
