Booked a car for 4 days with green motion after most other companies declined to rent me a car because I didn't have a credit card. Went for a premium plus package as adviced by Ms Alisha as I needed a package that didn't require credit card and allowed unlimited mileage. Everything done over the phone. Exceptionally good customer service by Aleesha. Friendly and patient. Went to pick up the car, was offered an upgrade by Sian from a Mini Cooper Sport to Mercedes Benz CLA 200 for less than 100 £ additional. Drove off in under 15 minutes, everything explained by Patrick in detail and very friendly manner. He even gave me his number if I had any issues with how to use the car. Dropped off the car today, hassle free, car returned in under 1 minute. Superb and exceptionally good service by Alisha in booking, Patrick in making my life easy by teaching me the electronic maneuvering of a Mercedes Benz and Sian for her wonderful and very friendly customer service. Thank you all of you.

I hired a van from Leicester. They charged me unnecessarily for the diesel, even though I poured the diesel for my usage. When they gave me van, van was in the sloppy position, so it obviously shows higher diesel on gauge. i told the guy, i am not convinced about the diesel beforehand. He said, he can check it from the same place when i bring the van back. when i brought back, they charged me additional 20 pounds for not enough diesel. i told the manager what happened when i took the van. They said they cannot check the van from where the van was. I have hired van from green motion many times before, this experience was unfortunate and upsetting.

I must say; having never hired a van before, I was nervous, this based on all the nightmare stories you hear about being ripped off due to the real price you pay for the hire when you pick up. I need not be worried, I am glad to say the stories you hear are inaccurate and the exemplary customer service I received from Nav was the best I've had in a long time, he explained everything perfectly, nice one Nav. I felt like I was dealing with a Company that not only cared for the environment; but for their customers too. Should the opportunity arise I would deffinatley reuse and recommend to others.

Despite someone in there trying to start a fight with the employees everything was fine. Rented a van for moving house I was properly advised and cautioned and did a full inspection if the van to make sure there were no Mark's and damaged and they were sure to make a note of every mark. We did a full open inspection and returned the van in the same conditions with no charges. The guys in the reception were a good laugh and the prices and selection on their range was plentiful and competitive as well.

Omg, how do I give zero stars. Didn't get the car i was expecting after booking a month in advance and calling up a week before. When I was looking for a solution the branch manager decided to be the most rude person I've ever met. Told be that if I really wanted a decent car I should buy one. Told me that if he wanted feedback he'd speak to a psychiatrist and followed this by canceling my booking and telling me to get out of the branch. Will never hire from them and avoid at all costs.

First time booking through this company and after reading some negative reviews I initially thought I should have booked elsewhere. However Bilal at this branch was very helpful. Managed to get me a car immediately and choices are huge! He is Very good at his job! Can’t thank him enough. I will be visiting again for sure. Thanks Bilal and team! Hard to find good staff who care about customers nowadays! Ps if you are reading this (Bilals manager) he needs a promotion!!

ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. The staff won't have car ready.. Had to wait 2 hours . Still no car. Was forced to hire out a car on the category above. Manager didn't bother changing contract time. On return gave me wrong time then was charged £60 extra. REALLY SAYING ALL ARE CHEATERS. THEY WILL TAKE MONEY OUT WHERE EASY FOR THEM. STAY AWAY. BETTER TO HIRE FROM HERTZ OR BUDGET .. THESE GUYS WILL CHEAT YOU AND YOU WONT NOTICE.. BAD EXPERIENCE.... STAY AWAY....take Asif out

Hired 7 seater, received a citron belingo. The car was great for us. The car has been disinfectanted before use. The chap I picked up the car was great and talk me through the car buttons and highlighted any issues on the bodywork. When I dropped the car off too, the chap was great. Everyone observed social distancing and wore masks, so felt very safe. Also noticed after looking at competitors that these guys were the best value.

They have got an interesting business model. They book the rental cost from my AMEX card, but they don't except it in the office for the deposit. Then they also don't except cash or my friends VISA for the deposit. So I didn't get a car, had to find a new one same day, and they kept the full rental cost. ... I know it's in the T&C, but they also make it impossible to fix the issue.

I hired a car from Friday to Wednesday from here. Rana the manager was really helpful, he even had the car delivered to the Melton road branch for me from their city centre branch. The service I received was first class, and the staff continued to deliver this level of service when I returned the vehicle.

Always had bad experiences at vehicle rental places. Green Motion is easy to book and accommodating when you are at the place. Had a great experience and the person working at the time called "Bilal" was very welcoming and extra helpful. This will always be my place of hiring vehicles from now on. Thanks

Excellent service at the Leicester North office. Collection and return of the vehicle is quick and efficient. The out of town location is really convenient as its easy to get to. The van I ordered wasn't available, so I got an upgrade to the next category. Very happy!
