BEWARE: Please see Green Tree Dental's response to my review. They have disclosed information from my medical forms that are supposed to be confidential. Horrible experience. They wasted 1 hour of my time (this is not an exaggeration) trying to tell me that I didn't have insurance, then did not apologize when they figured out that I did. They did not read my chart or on-boarding forms before treating me. Assistant or hygienist was extremely rude. They asked what I wanted to watch on TV during my visit, when I told them I would rather watch nothing, she did not adhere to my wishes, but put on a show I love saying "Here I'll put this on, no one likes this show anyways". When the doctor came into the room, I shared what had just happened, but before I could even finish explaining the rude person cut me off and started arguing. Doctor was fine, they however referred me to another doctor ensuring me that sedation was an option. I just got off the phone with the office I was referred to and they said that never has, nor ever will be an option. Review updated because I was contacted by owner. They called twice, left no voicemail. I let them know I was unavailable to chat via a text, but they were persistent and continued contact. I was told that new owner would personally take care of me next time I come in, however I don't desire to have work done by a person who does not listen to something as simple as "I won't be available for some time today". The persons who gave horrible care are no longer at Green Tree.

I cannot recommend Dr. Patel and Liz at Green Tree Dental enough! They truly exceeded my expectations in every way. As someone who has struggled with dental anxiety for years, I was immediately put at ease by the warm and welcoming atmosphere of their office. Dr. Patel's expertise and attention to detail were evident from the moment she began her examination. She took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand, and her calm and gentle demeanor helped to alleviate any nerves that I had. Liz was just as amazing - she has a gift for making people feel comfortable and cared for, and I felt like I was catching up with an old friend during our conversation. From the thorough cleaning to the follow-up care instructions, every aspect of my visit was top-notch. I left feeling confident that my dental health was in good hands, and grateful to have found such an exceptional dental team. Thank you, Dr. Patel and Liz, for providing such a wonderful experience!

I was charged for work that wasn't completed. They had me pay in full before they serviced me. I received a 2nd opinion after being unsatisfied. The 2nd dentist sat me down and told me my insurance was charged for work that wasn't completed. When I emailed Green Tree they offered me a refund right away and I confirmed the insurance for the 3 teeth would be adjusted. However, when I got there the receptionist said she could only offer 1 tooth refund because there was no cavity on one tooth. (1. this was a lie, the 2nd dentist wrote no filling and 2. if there wasn't a cavity I was still charged for the work) I brought an off duty cop with me who sat in the waiting room to be a witness. I waited for the dentist who "performed" the work and was able able to get a refund. I was going to report them to the ADA but there're not part of the dental association.

I just had the best dental experience at Green Tree Dental, all thanks to Dr. Patel and Liz! From the moment I walked in, they made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. Dr. Patel was so patient and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand - I never felt rushed or confused. And Liz was just amazing - she chatted with me throughout the entire visit and made me feel like we were old friends catching up. I was so impressed by the level of care and attention that I received - it was obvious that they both genuinely cared about my dental health. I left feeling like I had made the best choice in choosing Green Tree Dental for my dental needs. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and Liz to anyone looking for a friendly and professional dental team!

Edit: I’ve been coming back here regularly, and it continues to be great. All of dentists and hygenists are professional, friendly, and good at what they do. I haven’t been to the dentist in several years, so I was a bit nervous going in, but this was probably the best experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Lee was so kind and reassuring, and he explained everything in a way I understood. He asked me if I was in pain throughout each step. The dental hygienist was very nice and thorough, and everyone at the front desk was welcoming. They explained my charges for me and verified my insurance, and made scheduling a future appointment very easy as well. I’m so glad I chose this dental office.

This is my second time with Dr. Straka. He and his assistant, Yajaira, take care of me. As, always they're quick, but thorough, polite, and on point. The waiting area and entire office is very nice, modern, and well kept. The office staff is great too. Very helpful and polite. Update (10/16/2023): The disappointing part of this clinic (unrelated to the above service, doctor, and assistant) is that the other doctor that does Invisalign ONLY does appointments on weekdays from 10am-3pm. Never weekends. Very restrictive hours, so I am going to have to go elsewhere for it.

I’ve been coming to Green Tree Dental for a couple of years now, and have had a good experience every time I’ve visited. Today I worked with Jessica and Dr. Patel. Both were knowledgeable, prompt, efficient, kind, and answered all of my questions. I left with beautifully clean teeth, suggestions for keeping them healthy, and an action plan for the one that needs additional attention. I happily recommend Green Tree Dental to anyone who is looking for a comfortable, friendly, and affordable dental experience.

I know it’s probably hard to believe because it’s the dentist, but I just had a good time at the dentist . Legitimately everyone I interacted with today was extremely helpful, professional, and kind. Dr. Straka was constantly (in a good way!) asking if I was okay or if anything was painful or uncomfortable while he was working on my teeth and when my mouth wouldn't get numb, he was very patient and made sure I was given enough of the numbing agent to make it work. All around a 5+ star experience!

Wow, I cannot express the gratitude of Susie and Dr Patel. My little had a first time experience with a cavity and the patience, kindness and information was astounding! They clearly are the professionals because I was ready to give up and in and they didn't. I thank them profusely for guiding us through this experience and I would recommend this to any parent or individual. As it added bonus there is a really cute space for the kids that has an arcade.

It was a great experience with dr Straka from the very start. Dental visits are usually stressful, but he and his assistants made sure I feel comfortable during my visits. He followed up after each treatment (I had a little surgery for tooth extraction and new crowns and fillings). He is professional and knowledgeable. We discussed every step of my treatment. I highly recommend Green Tree dental and dr Straka along with other specialists here.

Just had my first dental exam/cleaning at Green Tree Dental and am so pleased with my experience. Everyone was extremely kind, gentle, and not judgmental from the moment I walked in. Yajaira did a very thorough yet gentle job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Patel also did a very thorough job talking through the status of my teeth with me. Always a great experience here! Wait times are reasonable and appointments are efficient. Dr. Straka was attentive and thorough when he was doing my cleaning. Assistant Yahaira was also great. She was careful and explained directions in good detail and slowly when I came in to the examination room. I absolutely love this dentist office and the staff here. Dr. Patel was so gentle, understanding, and transparent with me while elaborating on my dental work needs. I also love the fact that she care about her patients well being before anything else. Also the hygienist Tabitha was gentle with my cleaning and she was very sweet during the process. This is now my permanent dentistry family.

Both my son and I come to this location. Staff is super friendly and goes over everything in your plan. I had a lot of questions regarding my son's plan and my own's and they explained everything and were super helpful. Dr. Straka, Jessica, Liz, and Christian are very kind and friendly. They explained a lot. Wait times are close to zero. I think we found our go to dentist.

I love my semi yearly visits to Green Tree Dental. I’m always greeted and welcomed by an amazing staff. Jessica the dental hygienist always talks me through the procedure so I’m never left wonder what’s going on. And Dr. Patel is a great Dentist with amazing skills, not once had I had a bad visit. My dental visits are always a wonderful experience at Green Tree Dental.

I’ve been going to Green Tree Dental since I moved to Logan square 4 years ago, and I am a big fan! Clean office, I never have to wait long, nice staff, and of course they do a great job cleaning and giving me advice on dental health. Excellent experience. This was my second visit. They were able to accommodate me far batter than other offices I’ve visited. Jessica was very professional and had a gentle touch. Dr. Patel and Susie were very thorough and professional in my dental exam and cleaning. Dr. Patel showed me the x-rays on the TV and explained the gum and bone recession to me. Susie gave me a ton of tips and tricks when it comes to stain prevention and flossing! These ladies are fantastic and I would highly recommend them.

Everyone at Green Tree was super helpful and friendly! I only had to wait 5 minutes to be seen. Jessica cleaned my teeth and she was super gentle and kind.
