Highly recommend this dental clinic and Dr. Ho who I had completed Invisalign with! I had braces before, but unfortunately didn't get a retainer from my previous orthodontist elsewhere. With my wedding coming up, I was unhappy with the way my smile looked as my teeth had become crooked over the years. I still had quite a few months before my wedding which Dr. Ho took into consideration and recommended Invisalign. During my consultation, he thoroughly explained the process and that the duration of my Invisalign treatment would be complete before my wedding date (since I had braces when I was younger). He was very honest and explained that the completion date would only work if I diligently wore my invisalign everyday for the recommend hours to be on track. I liked that he mentioned I could take some time to think about it and I didn't feel like I was pressured. After I decided to go ahead with doing Invisalign with Dr. Ho, everything went really smoothly from the first scanning session to get my trays and all follow up appointments to make sure my teeth were straightening out as planned. All in all great experience with Dr. Ho and I was able to complete my invisalign treatment before my wedding! Also, Couldn't be happier with seeing my smile with straightened teeth in my wedding pictures! Thank you Dr. Ho! :)

I had some bad experience with my previous dentists. They only care about their money, but not their clients' needs and feelings. My teeth only look better for couple of years after I spent thousands of dollars on them. Therefore, I decided to find a new dentist who is not only technically good but also cares about their clients feeling and listens to them. After a comparison of a few dentists with high reviews on ratemds.com, I decided to see Dr. Ho because I was impressed by the office admin who answered all my questions with great patient. After the first consultation with Dr. Ho and today's tooth filling, I found Dr. Ho is the dentist that I am looking for because he has the professionalism in his career and also a very nice person. I wish I met Dr. Ho earlier. By the way, I am also very happy with the dental assistants so far. Hopefully, Greenboro Dental is my last stop for my dental care. Thanks all!

Normally I dread anything dental, but recently I realized that I needed to get my teeth cleaned. I went to Greenboro Dental because I figured any dentist would do since it would all be dreadful, but I was so wrong. Walking into the office I was greeted by their wonderful receptionist. She was polite and explained the form to me. Then I met Dr. Ho and I shared with him my dismay with previous dentists and the hate I had for having my teeth cleaned. He reassured me that he would be thorough but he would not be nearly as abrasive as others. By the end my teeth were perfectly cleaned and without all the harsh and painful prodding and poking done by other dentists. Dr. Ho made the experience fun and painless. I would 100% recommend anyone looking for a fun and experienced dentist to go to Greenboro Dental!

I approached Dr. Ho approximately 18 months ago regarding the Invisalign process. I had always wanted to straighten my extremely crooked teeth and he took me through the whole process. I decided to start the process in July of 2021 and am essentially finished now. Neither my wife and I can get over how straight my teeth are and, most importantly, how Dr. Ho closely monitored the process and even ordered new "trays" at o ne point to ensure a better fit and to make sure the trays were doing their job. As a person who has avoided most Dental work for the past 45 years, I can only say: Excellent Dentist, Excellent Clinic, Excellent Staff, Excellent Process all equal an outstanding result!! My heartfelt thanks to Dr. Ho and the whole staff at Greenboro Dental!

Send email for emergency dental. Answered and lied about taking my insurance to book my appointment and wait till day before to tell me I’m not covered. So ontop being paranoid by dentists due to bad grimey experience. Assuming they wanted the “cancel fee” too getting insane. Literally first 4 emails and responses I repeated it to be extra clear as been screwed over before (usually record while there /b4 afters too) but yeah now just wasted another week of my time knowing what needed done n forced it to get pushed off another week or 2 to find an actual dentist somehow/ teeth just getting worse due to it ‼️‼️For Kids covered by CHILDRENS AID SOCIETY, please avoid this and 7 dental clinics in ottawa will try to take advance etc.

I just had a cleaning on Tuesday, which was Halloween. I’ve been Dr. Ho’s patient since he started and he’s been just amazing! Dr. Ho and his team are very kind and very interested in you and how you’re doing. Winny is so nice and very helpful. Every time I have an appointment, she will tell me when my Dad has an appointment as well. I’ve had Rebecca as my dental hygienist who was very nice to talk to. I was very relaxed when having my cleanings. Most recently, I have had Emilee, who is also very nice. We discussed Halloween plans and then talked about a favourite movie saga with the books that they were based on. I can’t wait to share my thoughts about the movies next time with Emilee! Ive been to quite a couple of dentists growing up but I can confidently say that Greenboro Dental has exceeded my expectations and has set the bar for what dental experiences should be!! I had to fill in my cavity and did an xray to see if there were other issues and I've usually experienced pain in the past having my teeth done but Dr. Ho and his associates made the procedure quick and painless! Dr. Ho explained everything he was going to do before and during the filling and kept checking to make sure I was okay throughout the procedure. Not a big fan of dentistry in general after a lifetime of pain and disappointments but these guys have really changed my mind as to what professionalism and patient care is all about. Although my first visit was a little unnerving for me, they found a way to make me feel comfortable, fully part of the process and not just another mouth. I have had several visits now and each time my initial anxiety quickly disappeared thanks to their comforting tone and caring attitude. From the friendly front desk to all the pros in the back, you have made my life better. I'm glad I found you guys!

Dr. Ho performed an excellent job with an internal bleaching procedure of my front tooth. He was able to lighten the extremely darkened tooth by multiple shades to match my other teeth. Dr. Ho insisted on performing as many tooth bleaching sessions until either the tooth whitened enough or until it stopped lightening. Fortunately for me, my tooth was at the perfect shade after the third session. Dr. Ho is extremely skillful and made the whole experience delightful. I will be returning for Invisalign. Thank you Dr. Ho and staff for your high level of professionalism and cleanliness.

The staff are very welcoming and the office is very clean. Dr. Ho is knowledgeable, skilled and attentive to concerns. He took the time to discuss with me some options for a trouble tooth and help build a plan. When it came to an eventual tooth extraction, as a nervous patient, Dr. Ho and Janelle were very calming and the experience was surprisingly positive. It was my first time going back to the dentist after 3 years so I am really looking forward to this The staff did a great job accommodating clients. The receptionist was really kind and thoughtful. I went there for a scaling and a checkup. Everything went well for my scaling and had to go back to get one of my molars refilled. Second visit was as great as the first. They really want to know their clients and made me comfortable throughout the visit. It only took about 30 minutes as well which is great. Overall fantastic service and definitely worth the visit.

Dr. Ho is an amazing dentist, especially for those that are afraid of dentists. He was my dentist at Marchwood before leaving to open this, his own practice. I came to him having not been to the dentist in a while and he made me feel totally at ease each visit (and there were many to fix me up). He explains everything clearly and thoroughly before doing anything, which helped really put me at ease. He's skilled, confident, and great with patients. If I wasn't so far from his new practice I'd still be a patient.

I have been to A LOT of dentist. I have my fair share of horror stories. Dr. Ho is amazing. His team is amazing. Dr. Ho and his team are non judgemental and very kind. They listen and help ease your concerns. He was able to have my oldest, who has a severe phobia, sit in his chair through the whole exam. He worked wonders with my youngest who now enjoys going. I highly recommend him and his team.

The Office: Warm, incredibly clean and inviting. Especially with the COVID measures required, I definitely felt like they really took the time to clean their reception area frequently. The Service: Dr. Ho was awesome. A combination of friendly and professional. He was very clear in explaining everything that he was doing as well as noting any problem areas that I had to keep an eye out for.

Dr. Cameron Ho provides excellent care, makes use of modern technology, and prices things appropriately and works well with kids! My son required some work to fill some pits, and he'd never been to a dentist. Cameron made sure the 3-year-old had a wonderful experience even though he required drilling and filling. I also had a positive experience getting a crown.

Great place for any dental work. I had my implants done here and everything was top notch from the extraction, graft and placing of the actual implant. You can tell that they are on top of the latest technology and equipment. Great follow-up as well, flexibility in case of a dental emergency and just a warm vibe that you normally don't expect in a dental office.

Dr.Ho is a great dentist. All around. Friendly, attentive, and thorough. However, ways to receive they're payment is not flexible or understanding. Also had to call back because they didn't send the receipts correctly, and resulted in a call to the office to obtain ALL receipts. Great dentist, disappointing office staff.

Went to Greenboro a few months back for a consultation on Invisalign. Staff was friendly, offices clean and Dr. Ho was very knowledgeable.
