The worst experience I had today. They are just here to rip off money from us. Today i just came for a normal routine health check up and I was asked to tell what’s going on. I wasn’t asked if I have insurance already or not to begin with. The vet did the tests without even asking me if i have insurance or not and gave me a bill of $300 with prescriptions. When i said i would come back after taking insurance, they said it won’t be covered under insurance now because they have now examined the issue, like seriously?? Are you sitting there to just rip people off their pockets or to help assisting them with issues? I totally disappointed with the service and need to speak to manager why the lady at reception or the vet didn’t ask me if i had insurance or not to begin with and why they charged me so much without asking about my insurance details. I am going to report a complaint against this service as because of them my dog condition might not be now covered in insurance!

The worse 5 minutes consultation I have ever had with my dog. I had to ask if the consultation bench had been cleaned. The vet did not listen to what I was saying about my dog's eye. She kept moving her eyeball and then had the audacity to say "I have her moved eyeball". The previous dog had drippled all over the floor and no effort was made to clean it before we walked into the consulting room. My dog was distraught and wanted to go home. I was disgusted and could not get out of there fast enough. The most wasteful $98 I have ever spent. Got absolutely nothing for it.

Very attentive vets, our dog had to have 17 teeth out and Amy did an amazing job, also saved a lot joining their Healthy Pets program, and they spent time explaining everything thoroughly, we were impressed by the the care they gave our Sallie. They are co-located with PetBarn in Fern tree Gully and are a smaller clinic than some so there is personal attention, would definitely recommend them.

Went out of their way to fit us during a very busy time. It was clear when I got there the vets were run off their feet, and they made it clear what type of service they could provide given how busy they were. They treated my pet, I appreciated being fit in because he had an eye issue, which is one of those things that can be fixed easily or get bad. Definitely hardworking, caring staff.

Horrendous experience at Greencross Vets Ferntree Gully, aside from the horrible experience on the day, it has continued on for several further days as I have had to spend hours and hours on the phone with pet insurance and banking institution to show that they are scamming you when you pay your bill!! Unbelievable, can't even trust the vet these days.

I have bringing my little Maltese since she was a puppy. Staff are very helpful and friendly. My doggie has anxiety, and every staff member is very cautious and patient with her. Greencross also explains treatments in detail and help you understand the best solutions. Very happy with the service from every team member. They care. :)

We love that greencross vets are all linked. We have moved a lot and don't need to worry about taking medical histories with us. The staff at this office are really good, very friendly. Our current vet has been particularly good at helping us manage my dog's chronic condition. Highly recommended.

Me and my partner took our unwell cat maisy here , service here was perfect , the two ladies who helped us are very respectful & thoughtful ,they had looked after her for the day & now she is home recovering untill we have blood results

This place is a good place to take your pet. They can do this while you look in petstock next door. They have helped our dog when he lost his claw, ate something that he shouldn’t have and when he had bad diarrhoea.

They truly treat you as part of the family. They know us by name and our two cats and dog feel comfortable here. I trust that they always give the best advice and never try to take advantage. We love them!

Refuses to respond to emails or settle an illegal debt that they sent to a debt collection agency for a service that was cancelled 10 months ago.
