Thankyou to Dr Racheal and all the team at Greencross Hurstbridge. I have been taking my Staffy there for ongoing treatment for her itchy skin condition. They have always been fantastic with me and I can highly recommend the Greencross Healthy Pet Plan. When my 12 year old Siamese started to lose weight we treated her with Hypoallergenic Food and then steroids. These treatments greatly improved the quality of her life. She was put to sleep today due to continued weight loss and Dr Racheal and the staff all showed such gentleness, kindness and compassion. I am so grateful to everyone at Hurstbridge Greencross for their caring and kindness. My best friend passed peacefully and they even helped me organise the cremation and vessel. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart.

The past 3 weeks I've brought both my cats. 1 for regular flu shot and anxiety and the other for teeth surgery and new bladder issues. As a normal stressed cat mum is about her fur babies, both Dr. Amy's, Dr. Rachel and the reception staff (big shout out to Mari) have been so beautiful, understanding and helpful. Mari explained the well-being plan and all my questions and the vet staff have been phenomenal in explaining things slow for someone who gets confused easily. Very supportive, professional and understanding people who care about animals, from reception to doctors. They saved my puppy back in 2021. They provided us with the best care and medical advice during our diagnosis and treatment.Rachael acted so promptly to save my dog by phoning the hospital specialist to confirm the correct medicine and dosage for my dog. We went through a very difficult time from ultrasound, CT scan to a major surgery which was a lucky ending. Thank you so much.

Fantastic people who really care about your pets. The Vet Nurses in particular (Yes - I'm talking about Lena, Frances, Tayla, Helen and Emily) are wonderful people with hearts of gold! They can't do enough to help you and make your pets happy!! Love the little treats that my dog receives after visits too! So thoughtful! My dog went to Puppy School there and is now 15 years old - he is still in good health, thanks to the staff at Hurstbridge!

This place is a little bit of country side place, a touch of modern yet maintain it's homely kind of vibe. Plenty of space for WALK for your canine friend. The staff were approachable, greet us kindly & warm and knowledgeable regarding pets. The doctor look after my boy checked him thoroughly and gave him the appropriate treatment needed. The place also is very clean, and they have stuff for your pets necessities. Highly recommended.

Such a bad experience with these guys at Greencross Vets, we took our dog to their clinic for desexing and his baby teeth removal, our poor dog got infection while the surgery! They didn’t take the responsibility and treated us really in rude manners!! I profoundly NOT recommend this clinic for your pets at all!

We are very happy with Greencross. Have always had good experiences attending both Hurstbridge and Diamond Creek. My dog is getting on in years now and needs a few minor procedures each year. I’ve found the healthy pets plus good value for this and complimentary consults and check ups are a bonus.

The team at Greencross Hurstbridge are always amazing when I go in to see them for my cats and dogs. And if they haven’t got any appointments available and it’s urgent they go above and beyond to either slip you in or give you the next closest greencross with an appointment. LOVE LOVE LOVE them

A business that has a logo should know that people will judge them by their public actions. It's a shame that marianne was rude to a staff member of a local cafe. Especially when that Las went out of her way to oblige. Wake up to yourself marianne will not be using you services

Absolutely amazing staff and care Our lil boy picked up kennel cough We tried every vet in the area got told 2 to 3 weeks Rang these guys and were very fortunate to have had a cancellation And my boy was able to be seen. Very thankful and great service

Greencross Vets at Hurstbrtidge is a friendly, welcoming place and they provide excellent professional care for my two ageing black Labradors. The dogs are never afraid to attend, in fact they seem to enjoy their visits.

This centre is my local vet and I've been very happy with the service I have received. Friendly staff who explain what's happening, will answer questions, do follow-up calls and seem to genuinely like animals.

Google says that they are open at 8:30am but it's now 9:18am and the voicemail says they are closed. Not sure if they have different hours but might need to be changed on Google.

Due to negligent treatment over a period of weeks my pet suffered and eventually died. Such a horrible experience. Also no my pet wasn't admitted under my current name

Very busy, but managed to squeeze in my dog. A very helpful and caring vet who looked after our girl. I would highly recommend this practice.

Don't believe them thy are cheats and litre had a quat fore my dog to have teeth cleaned when I got there thy put te price up by $400.00
