I went to Greenford securities for the first time since 1990. They were then the industry leaders in the country sometimes appearing on National TV I had a problem regards a broken Mercedes key which is very very hard to replicate After trying their best twice the offered to send Someone out the next day. I came down 200 miles to pick this Car up and Broke the key It’s been a real pleasure to deal with Steven who operates from their Hanwell Branch. It’s not just that they Are the best. It’s that they care. And care deeply about Customer service. I recommend you give these guys a go when you need an expert. Asked the person to remove car from my private parking as I was waiting for the last 5 minutes to park my car. Instead of being apologetic and thankful, he started abusing and harrasing me. I took his Car registration details and called his company to report him and if the company has done any background check before hiring this person. It turned out that he is the owner of the company. If this is the attitude from the owner, you can understand what there customer service would be. I would be advising my whole block on not to deal with this person. Absolutely apalling. There are so many better companies with better prices and customer services

I had a key cut from there but when i tried at home did not work. When i complaint about it he was not very happy . Instead of apology he gave me the reason the key is not origional thats why it did not work and giving me another date to come when i told him its not easy for to come back he did not listen and gave my money back. He was very unpolite and rude . Thanks GOD i did not make any purchase from them. I will be happy to do business at least who has some manners of customer services.

Excellent service, My car was stuck at a body shop which had lost my key and gone out of business, the landlord had repossessed the garage and was towing cars away. Greenford Security to the rescue, fully understanding the urgency of my situation, came out as arranged got my keys made for me and saved my classic from being lost. They were even honest enough to charge less than they quoted as they said it was not as tricky a job as they thought it may have been. Thanks Guys

Rubbish, due to their location to me I have had to use them once or twice a year. The guy who always wears a hat is so unhelpful, never smiles and never opens at 9am, also never apologises when he is late. I stood outside recently as sign said closed for 15 minutes, he then opens up and nothing said. also asked for advice about a key and he shrugged and said 'dunno' Did ask for a quote for two car alarms, they never got back to me. A smile never hurts.

I felt like I have been cheated. When I asked for a price on replacement key I was not informed if the price was including or excluding VAT and after the job was done I was charged VAT on top of the price I was quoted. As far as I know customers get a total price no matter you buy a laptop or tv or grocery. If a customer is given a price without any mention Of VAT, it means that's the final price

called the shop for a kcar key enquiry and spoke to a very polite and pleasant lady (called Jacky i think) whom provided me with advice as well as information which i strugle to get from other shop. will deifinitely book an appointment for my car especially as their prices were reasonable again compared to other two previous shops that i spoke with. thanks and would recommend this to others

The guy's at Greenford Security have just saved me over £80 and three and a half hours waiting time! To cut and programme a new remote key for my Ford Transit, Ford's wanted £240+ and to have the van for approx. four hours. Greenford Security did it for £160 and was done in half an hour!! BRILLIANT!!!! Many thanks....... (and there certainly isn't any clowns working there!!)

Locked myself out of my bedroom ‍♀️spoke to a very nice lady called Pauline who booked me in for a visit. The locksmith came and I was sorted within 15 minutes, he was very helpful and knew instantly that I had used the wrong key, I also found out that any key that fits will lock the door but won’t open it. Thank you Greenford security.

Had my transit in today for fitting of 3 deadlocks, booked in for 9 and the fitter was ready to go shortly after, I waited around and he was finished in 90 mins and I was good to go. He was very nice chap and professional but sorry didnt get his name was very pleased with everything and would recommend the company based on my experience.

These guys fitted 2 deadlocks on my van the work they did was woeful, even a 10 year old could have done a better job. I had to go back and spend half of my Saturday while they rectified their original work. I have used these guys a few times over 7 years and they certainly have gone downhill.

Excellent, professional service. Called them in the afternoon after my Mother locked her keys inside the car and they managed to resolve the situation before I'd even got home from work. Very impressed with their service which came at a reasonable price too, which was a bonus! Thanks again!!

The ignition barrel of my fathers 2001 Vauxhall Astra failed and the key wouldn't turn rendering the car immobile as it it an automatic. The locksmith came within 24 hours and performed the fix in less than 15 minutes and the barrel feels much smoother. Would highly recommend.

Not usually one to review. However, the service we have received was awful. The most rudest receptionist I’ve ever come across, completely impolite and if I’m honest, not very helpful. Gave up trying to help, didn’t take our number and told us to go elsewhere. Very unhelpful.

Professional security service company that can deal with all kind of key cutting including for Mercedes car key blades. Not your typical laundry key cutting place. The shop is stocked well with many locks and security related products. Highly recommended.

If you have a Greenford Security branded key bring it directly here. Timpson quoted £45 with a 3 week wait, Greenford Security cut it in 3 minutes for £6.50. Just avoid 1pm to 130pm as they do close for lunch (I love that they do☺️)

I been going to these guys for many years now. They fitted security locks a few years ago on my van. They even managed to open my dads front door when he got locked outside his house about 30 or more years ago. Would recommend them

Yavor was fantastic! Within 20 minutes of calling the office he was outside my place of work reprogramming a new key for my car!! It was also £100 cheaper than going to a car dealership! Cannot recommend enough!

You need lock changed, keys cut, lost keys these are the guys in a local estate agent and use them regularly. Had plenty of dealings with them and all have been good. Reasonable prices too.

Shoddy company, zero professionalism, tried to get paid by both us the tenant and the landlord. A simple check of the job sheet was all that was needed luckily.

Waste of time! Took 2 weeks and numerous calls to tell me they couldn't make a simple key. Just not interested.
