The planning for my brother’s went fine. However, our interaction with some of the staff at the beginning and end of the service was completely disappointing and upsetting. After what we paid, the chapel was supposed to be reserved for us for 4 hours. We felt very rushed. After 3 of us family members and 1 friend spoke, we wanted the opportunity for another friend to play his guitar and sing. One man (staff) pretty much pulled the minister aside and told her there was no time and to move on, dismissing the friend. At the end of the service when everyone came up to pass the casket and speak to the family, the same man spoke to us rudely about moving the line along and “out of the walk way”. I understand needing the line organized as a safety issue, however this man was not kind or gentle with his approach. As many people were still talking and consoling each other in the chapel, the man told my mother that it was time to move things along and finish up. I don’t know why he was rushing us but it was very upsetting on top of our grief. Again, we should’ve had a total of 4 hours and we were only there from 2-4pm which is 2. As another note, the staff intended to throw my brother’s floral casket arrangement in the TRASH, a relative had to step in to take it. With the seemingly high quality of this funeral home and how much we paid, we expected to be treated with compassion and respect and I can say that that was completely lacking on the day of his funeral. Extremely disappointed with this place.

There has got to be a better place than the 2 funeral homes that we had to deal with after the death of our mother. Greenwood in Fort Worth and Bluebonnet in Colleyville.. It has taken 4 mths for us to get any kind of closure on her death. We had to request a refund from Greenwood and was shuffled off and made to jump through many hoops on a prepaid burial arrangement. Beware of this when you think of using them to take care of your loved one.

We couldn’t have had a better experience using Greenwood Funeral home. Brad and Katie were so helpful and comforting. Unfortunately our Mom had left us little details of what she wanted so we were having to decide everything and both these individuals helped us immensely. Great experience in an otherwise hard situation. Our family can’t thank you enough!

Property is beautiful. Unfortunately I had to moved my son because he didn’t have insurance and I wasn’t sure if I would come up with the funds. I found somewhere that offers the same thing for half the price. The 3 stars is only because it cost so much. If I could afford it, he would be still there

Still not able to get in touch with someone to order my parents memorial tablet. I just want to schedule an appointment and noone has been able to help me. It has been weeks and no one has called me back. I'm about to start calling every day so they remember my phone by heart.

Beautiful cemetery. Be sure to read all the guidelines regarding decorations. It gets cleaned up after Easter every year to keep the cemetery looking nice. I, unfortunately, learned that the hard way, so be sure to grab your sentimental things before then.

They are very thoughtful, kind and considerate in taking care of the family in these troubling times. I would recommend Cheyenne Harmon to anyone, she was very Professional and took very good care of our needs.

I go here to visit my loved ones and am utterly disappointed every time I pass by this crypt. I know Floor and Decor could provide something that would look better than this mess.

Irma, who works in the mausoleum is absolutely amazing! She is a very kind and compassionate woman.

Greenwood is a beautiful Cemetary. My Dad and Mom are laid to rest here.
