I'm sorta former patient of Greenwood Dental. I was saddened when I heard the news that my preferred doctor moved to for and nobody had informed his patients that he was leaving. His skill and friendliness was I contrast to the other guy that was there. We even communicated if I was in pain from the poking and the pinching. Mind you, I haven't had an appointment since 2018. I cancelled my January 2019 appointment after hearing the dentist that I liked was gone and I didn't want to be seen by the other guy since he was very rough with my mouth, I was in a lot of pain when he was operating on me with tears streaming down my face, and left a rough patch behind one of my incisors that I had filled. I honestly thought it would smooth out overtime, but it wasn't the case. The work done by the 'nicer' doctor was absolutely smooth and couldn't tell there was a patch there. I'm so hesitant in going back, but they're the only place nearby that is open on weekends and it's walking distance from my house. Maybe their staff had gotten better in the last few years, but I don't want to chance it after hearing about a negative experience by another client who is also one of my friends on Facebook which was a huge red flag and a reason to not come back to this place.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!! first I would like to say the hygienists are great. But the doctors are not. I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction in april. I was told that if the tooth was too close to the nerve they would not be able to remove. But wouldn't know until they cut me open. The removal was done but after a few days, half of my tongue was numb still, I had no taste or smell. A few weeks passed and I called the clinic. They told me to come in and the Dr barely looked at me and said all was normal and this happens. Fast forward a few months and still the same. I went to another dentist and they immediately referred me to a specialist. Which I am paying for. I should also mention that Greenwoods doctor stated in had a few cavities to fill in the future. And the new dentist confirmed I do NOT have ANY cavities. They even checked twice. My speech, smell and taste have been effected due to the surgery they performed on me. And this could be permanent damage. I advise anyone and everyone to go elsewhere as the Greenwoods doctors do not know what they are doing.

My fourth visit since this location opened. Each time I have seen Dr. Judge and I have to say that in the context of all the dentists I have seen over nearly 60 years he may be one of the two very best. Techniques for freezing are pain free. Dr. Judge always works carefully within my budget and insurance coverage's for the best results possible. Since the location opened there have been many upgrades to the facility, located in an older building and overall the clinic is modern and comfortable. The dental assistants are just as skilled and professional as the doctor and everyone there always makes me feel safe in the time of COVID 19, secure and at ease. I would highly recommend Dr. Judge and his team.

I was very pleased with my appointments at Greenwood Dental on Henderson. Besides being very convenient my appointment was right on time and Dentist Majid and his very capable Assistant Joanne were very professional and extremely kind and personable. Dr. Majid went over my X-rays and explained what was required and answered any questions. Both my visits were virtually painless and any apprehension that I may have had vanished as soon as I sat down. A very pleasant experience! I'm glad I've found my "new" dental practice.

Not my experience but my sister went here for some dental work that needed to be done. She was told she needed a root canal. Day of her appointment they called her 45 mins before it was scheduled for and cancelled it, so I got her in with my dentist for Friday a few days later. She was then told she didn’t need a root canal saving her lots of money. Seems like these places are just money grabs and it’s funny how they can cancel on you last minute but I bet if the tables were turned it would’ve been an issue.

Did not enjoy it at all. They were not caring at all towards me. Just yanked out my teeth with barely any numbing. I got maybe 2 needles n they started taking teeth out n I cried n screamed during it all. Literally screamed. Then after they said nothing much except for me to go. No one asked if I needed anything they just said I can go now. While I sat there crying loud cuz it was that painful. Worst dentist ever. Never going back.

Do not go to this location on henderson ..i was told that i m covered for tooth extraction and after i m done they charged me $330 . The staff doesnt help and yell on you if you ask why i have been charged . Omg see how they reply back to the review . i have not yelled on anybody plz look at the cameras i can prove that and i can see how rude u can be with your patients. Everybody can read the review

Today, the clinic gave me the breakdown of our charges for the first time in 5 years. I commend Ms. Britney in the reception area. She exactly understood what I wanted. I also commend the Dental Assistant, Ms. Mary, for being courteous and accommodating. The Dentist, Dr. Majid, fully explained to us the things we need to know though his voice was too soft, I can barely hear :-)

I had severe gum recession in my first/second upper molar which was causing me a ton of pain and discomfort. Dr. Majid performed work on this for me yesterday and I could not be happier. The pain is gone, I can smile again and my teeth look great. It's like he gave me a new set of teeth. My goodness, thank you Doctor Majid! Amazing work.

Had a root canal just over a year ago. A large piece of the tooth they put in to replace it just came out while eating breakfast, nearly broke a tooth in the process. I'm going down today to see if they will do the right thing and fix this or try to charge me another 1500 dollars.

The cleaning today was amazing, no scraping and pain free! Great service right when I walk in the door. The front desk ladies were helpful and kind. Dr. Judge was very professional, gentle. I would recommend this clinic to everyone who needs dental care.

Best experience since I have being a client at Greenwood. Dr. Sopped and Alza are highly recommended, great professionals and amazing human being, service was great and they really care about that person in the chair. Thanks girls you’re the best.

I have had pleasant experiences on my visits to this clinic. The staff at the front desk and doctor’s assistants have been polite and helpful. I found Dr Majid capable in his work. I will continue visiting this clinic for my dental needs.

Booked an appointment online as a new patient for a checkup/cleaning. They contacted me very quickly to confirm. When I went for my appointment all the staff were very friendly, great experience!

Visited today as I have not been to a dentist in quite some time. Staff and Dr were top notch and I was able to get in right away. Would highly recommend!
