Worst consultation I've ever had. I wish I could give a negative review. I visited this place to have my son's teeth examined and to get recommendations for his mal-positioned and misaligned teeth. They took a couple of X-rays of his teeth that were not required at all because the doctor didn't even look at them once. Anyway, Dr. Oleksandr Lelisov saw his teeth and immediately recommended that he visit an orthodontist. They did nothing else but created a bill of over $200. They started taking the X-rays and said that my insurance would cover 80% of the bill. I thought that the X-rays would be required later to check the positioning of the teeth, so I kept quiet. Actually, it was all done just to make some money out of nothing. Moreover, the receptionist was quite weak in communication and was not able to recommend anything. The reception, consultation, and service were all below standard. Overall, it was a pathetic service. Suggest, stay far away from this dental clinic.

I visited the Dentist and unfortunately it was my worst experience ever! The dental treatment was aggravated by a tooth and an infected area. This consultation, for which I paid $71.28, the staff at the reception said that he called the insurance company and answered that my insurance does not cover such services, but this is not the case. After submitting a request to the insurance company, I was reimbursed in in the amount of $50.13, not the full amount because the dental center employees had to provide the request, as I had this done before in another dental office, so I lost $21.15. And the employee of the dental center was only able to take an X-ray of the tooth from the 3rd time. And at the reception they told me that I don't pay for three x-rays and I only pay for one, as if they gave me a discount! (I didn't know that you need to pay for an x-ray when it was done unsuccessfully)! Unfortunately, I did not have the best impressions of this dental office!

Horrible experience! I would give it 0 starts if I could! I was always going to McPhillips location and decided to switch to this one as it was closer. Firstly, I was waiting for my cleaning more than an hour and dentist kept complaining that it’s not his problem as he has too many patients and he is overworked.Your staff booked me for this time? So why should I wait for more than an hour to get 10 minutes cleaning?! Sadly, I decided to give this place another try and came back. I was never ever charged for fillings at McPhillips branch and apparently only AFTER my treatment I was told I will be paying them 50%. As a reasoning I’ve heard “It’s doctors preference”. Excuse me?! I went after that to McPhillips branch to complete the rest of the fillings and WAS NOT charged. I highly insist on getting reimbursed!

So I am not good with invasive procedures AT ALL! Cleanings I can handle but I had to go in for a root canal on a tooth that just couldn't get it together. Staff were great, it still sucked, he was very gentle and it is very close to my house. I probably should have taken the sedative but oh well big girls do cry sometimes. I will be going back for cleanings and hopefully they will keep my pain in the @$$ on file. Imagine what it's like to have to be my gynecologist . I would highly recommend this office to anyone. Kids may find it a bit too adult but it depends on the kid. Once we got going it wasn't too bad and he has great freezing techniques. Thanks everyone!

This was the first time I went to a dental clinic and I went to the Pembina location based on my friend recommendation, it was the best first time experience, the staff were super friendly and welcoming. I was able to book my appointment for the time I wanted without any delay and the receptionist there was excellent, she explained the process of booking my appointment and insurance details without leaving me confused. The dentist I saw explained all the procedures he was performing in a way I could understand which I think was really nice and helpful. I had a good first experience with the greenwoods dental and I would definitely visit again.

It was my first-time dentist visit in Winnipeg. I was very nervous, but Greenwood's staff and dentist were so friendly and helpful. Alex - dentist - was very detail-oriented and patient, he explained the whole process of treatment in detail. Especially, Kathy was so kind and capable. She helped to talk to the insurance company directly to find out all coverage details. She made my life easier. Thank you, Kathy! I am so glad to meet nice people in Greenwoods. This is the best dental facility I’ve ever been to! All the members of the staff are friendly, chill, down to earth, and they’d make you so comfortable you’d actually forget that it’s a doctor’s appointment. The doctor is very good at what he does, he’s truly the nicest person, he really calms you down...especially if you’re nervous and walks you through the process as he works. All of the pain I complained about is gone, lol. I’ve been here twice and I’d rate both experiences 10 out of 10.

Just had my first cleaning in a while with Judy and I distinctly remember at the end being surprised that the appointment was over. No pain, no “whoops my bad”, no delays in any part of the process. Had tunes playing in the corner and everything. Dental care has changed, and it’s thanks to great effort made by hygienist and the receptionists and Dr. Alex made the carefully check up and the rest of the crew that for once I’m not terrified to book my next appointment, thank you.
