Called in at 3:00pm so there wasn't a great choice left. Hot chicken nuggets were sadly like dried balls of concrete, and rather luke warm. Oh well, you live and learn. Staff were polite and friendly though, and the place was clean and tidy.

This was a fantastic Gregg's to visit for a snack, very clean and organized with friendly staff. I did purchase a Christmas-themed Gingerbread man that was delicious; it is a sick idea of them to start offering seasonal food!

I find the staff project a look of extreme overwork. Unfortunately the area of work that involves serving customers suffers as a result. Pies seem to be stocked up and heated efficiently so 3*

The place is really dirty! I was the first customer in there yesterday and the tables and chairs where full off crumbs from the day before it's really dusty and full of cobwebs

Good quality food & they Stuck to their word & my sausage roll was ready 4 mins later... Steak bake seemed to 'have lost weight... Big Love to Greggs 'Staff'... xx

Cheese and onion pastie was disappointing. Tea bag split. Worst I've ever had. It won't stop me from going there. But please sort things out.

Slowest queues. Only had 3 people in front of me and I was waiting 10 minutes before having to leave the queue empty handed for my bus.

My food was cold ‍♂️ The lad serving was lacking in personality and efficiency but I was hungry and I ate so ‍♂️ …

I had an accident and my coffee spilt over and staff there helped clean it up and got me fresh late drink brilliant staff there

Would be 3or 4 stars if every time I visit this shop the bums are full to bursting pointing take two minutes to empty
