We often purchase buffets for work at a moments notice too & nothing is too much trouble they always accommodate so thanks guys Natasha,Jan,Rowena,Michelle Iain & all other staff too great work guys"

"I asked if they had vegan options because I couldn’t see any- the server said yes the sausage and bean so I got that"

"Customer service in here is poor, very poor! Twice now I've gone in and been spoken to like crap , no please no thank you or anything ! Don't offer you a bag when you have 2 or more items , shocking !! Ask the girl if she had any chicken pasties as there was none on show and she looked at me with disgust and said 'yeh' so abruptly Won't be going back"

Agree with others, no smiles and sometimes cold pasties. To me staff always look overworked and stressed.Could be location doesn't help with bus stop outside and sheer volume of people visiting for size of shop. Guessing they have loads of thieves and kids visiting given location. They are efficient though and try their best. Breakfast meal deals are good @ £2.25 bacon, egg coffee. Extra filling 25p. No breakfast wraps, have to walk 4 mins to Albion St.+the light to get them. Sandwiches are standard fayre. Overall it's not too bad a shop, just a very busy location.

I asked if they had vegan options because I couldn’t see any- the server said yes the sausage and bean so I got that. After eating it I saw it was in fact not vegan and I had eaten meat for the first time in 15 years I don’t know if he was lying to make his life easier or just not listening to me. Lucky I’m not allergic to anything and it’s just my mental state damaged. Ps. It tasted worse then the vegan version

Attitude of server. At what point does when I'm leaving after buying something and saying see you later deserve hopefully not as an answer. Had I offended her with my please and thank you. Is this the way you train your staff to respond to customers?

  • Wendy Driffield

Asked for vanilla latte got normal latte, also asked for bacon roll no sauce but sauce all over the roll from hands of person serving, couldn't eat the roll as have alergy to tomatoes, so total waste of money, they do not listen to what you ask for

  • Ivana Jabberwocky

pasties are always cold and the staff dont even inform you about that. The service is poor. I had to change my mind about to stay in or take away and the woman who was serving me just looked at me snorting adn shaking her head.

Possibly the best Greggs in Leeds. Probably. Well, maybe. There is that other one that's good. And that one over there is awesome. And this other one is very good, too. Bah forget it... They're all great. Including this one.

Came in today for free birthday treat, helpful and polite staff, also a benefit to myself as a T1 Diabetic. Made low blood sugars easily manageable for a birthday day out with my partner. Highly recommend

Food is always cold, always have to ask if it’s warm or not. No offering to put a fresh one in or warm it up. Overall service is poor compared to other branches

Always a long slow moving queue, you spend 30% of your dinner break just queuing.

Standard Gregg's. Nothing special. All the food was hot, which is a bonus.
