Went right on 12pm so the place was empty. The girl that "greated" us gave us menu's and my partner asked 'can we sit outside?' and she replied 'sit wherever'. No one was there but all the booths and seats where covered in debris. found a clean table and saw the QR code ordering system and assumed no one would come to our table, and no one did. Ordered on my phone, the same girl brought the drinks, didnt ask who had what, just put them on the table. food was brought out by a more friendly member of staff, but again, didnt ask who ordered what, just put the food on the table. Food came out fast, the burgers were great, good size, well cooked. we ordered a side of Chips that never came, but 3 of the 4 burgers came with a side of Chips ??! Chips were undercooked but the ones eatible were nice. Over all, the burgers were nice. Don't come here expecting customer service. "Waitress/Waiter" seems to be a thing of the past here, they're just servers.

Having frequented the place several times, it's become my go-to for a reliable and enjoyable dining experience. If you're into exceptional food and a laid-back atmosphere, this spot is a definite winner. Highly recommended for those who appreciate a straightforward, no-nonsense approach to fantastic dining. My only critique is the music was a bit load and the speakers have a high pitch squeaking sound. Other than that it’s great.

Food is always consistently good quality, there are choices of buns for all sorts of dietary requirements, some buns are better than others however as I have found that as a gluten intolerant person, their gluten free buns are undesirable. If I had to describe it I would call it rock hard. The patties are always flavourful and well seasoned, they consistently offer high quality and ingredients. The atmosphere is welcoming and stylistic, you are never uncomfortable eating here. The service is always efficient but nothing special, the staff are kind, but nothing to write home about. Overall solid experience for the many times I have eaten there.

I’ve always loved Grill’d at Miranda but the last couple of experiences haven’t been great and it has made me so sad as we go here weekly! Last time we ate in, we waited for 40 minutes in a nearly empty restaurant and once the food finally came out the chips were inedible - overcooked and literally smothered in salt - it was disgusting. We spent our meal trying to wipe the salt away and even tried dipping the chips in water to try and get rid of the salt (note, it was not a success!) I ordered take away tonight and my drink didn’t turn up and the food was cold. It’s so disappointing because we’ve always loved Grill’d but it might be time to spread our wings and find a new place!!

Like a fast food chain in terms of consistency but only better quality food. The big variety of burgers are all tasty & caters to various intolerences & preferences. The almighty beef burger, baa baa lamb & mushroom burgers are my fave, as well as the trio of fries. The vegan burgers are also very tasty. Zucchini fries were a surprise & was the favourite. You can come with the kids or adults, have a soft drink or beer. The only negative about this branch is the staff & service which is not as good as elsewhere I have been to.

Just received my order. Ordered 11.53 am. Arrived 1.24 pm. Miranda to Miranda. Stone cold as usual. Delivery driver was in store waiting and told me too many orders in store. Not happy. I am sick of paying for poor food service.

Awesome burgers. Not exactly cheap, more like moderate price but very good. Also, I enjoyed the zucchini fries a lot, cool stuff. The place is positioned on the rooftop of Westfield and the whole area has a vacation vibe. It's like I'm travelling somewhere far away without any hustle. Great spot.

We loved the sauces, the burgers were pretty good. It's not priced very good. I'd say it's better than the big franchises, but not the best. The service was exquisite. Not to mention they have beer.

I have known Grill’d since covid hit. Free bugers were donatsufor heath care workers at that time. Thanks Grill’d My favorite is summer sunset with panini and sweet potato chips. yum …

Food was absolutely amazing. Tasted wonderful. It's is quite squished up and packed. Highly recommend coming here to eat
