I shop at this store on a weekly basis. My usual issues seem to have gotten worse. So many items without pricing. I had to interrupt two employees loudly badmouthing their "lazy coworker to ask a price and the employee told me "maybe $5 or 6 or 7. Should be around 5. Thank you so much. Sixth deep in line at checkout and they open a new line. Do they offer to serve those at the ends of the lines? Nope. "I'm open over here" and the mad scramble insures. Why do I shop here? Because several staple items are usually available and always cheaper and sometimes some deals are to be had. The food can be discounted and so is the service. (a snide FYI about the employee they were badmouthing for being lazy...he does move like a banana slug and I feel guilty for making him work. He seems so pained.) Is the manager on a sabatical?

This is the only grocery store that does not provide a moble cart for Handicap Shoppers! I've asked in the past, letting them know that they need this very important item to be at least be at par with their competitors, but still even after several years NOTHING!!! Guess they don't see any value in helping us shop at their store! So when I do shop there which is not as often now, I just rush in, and rush Out! I've also notice that prices have creeped up lately. Not much cheaper, and in cases even higher that other stores where I shop ie; Smart & Final, Target, or Safeway. I just bought strawberrys yesterday, they are rotting, and not tasting good. I'm taking them back, they are in season now, so I can get better strawberrys at a similar price, these were bad upon arrival, not what I expecting!

The grocery outlet on meridian is well kept up and employees are nice and very helpful. I was in another grocery outlet store on the east side and I was a customer since it opened. It went through a few owners but same employees and I was never bothered by flies. I stopped in last week, it's under new ownership and the flies would not leave me alone. I mentioned this to the checker and her reply was oh it's just hot outside. It was in the 70's. There is no reason for a store to have bothersome flies. I will give them one more try tomorrow. I don't like flies in a grocery store.

Management expects its patrons to steal from him, his own words. Staff come and go, therefore attitudes fluctuate. The community always correct me if/ when I bring up the name groc outlet, they correct me every time by explaining its Ghetto outlet. At first I explained that's not fair to blanket the store, but give it time and a few visits, you'll chuckle and agree reluctantly maybe , privately even, but if the shoe fits...Still I try to support local business, they're just grinding out a living like the rest if us, just more ignorantly than some.

Terrible customer service. Associates always following me around while people run out the back door with cases of beers. Even went out of my way to notify them about it and all they had to say was you need to leave your backpack at the register. Clearly profiling yet people with over sized purses get to walk around who can easily stealing items do not get asked to leave them at the register. I use to come here all the time. While the prices might be good, the associates aren't but when you don't have enough people to worker they will hire anyone.

Not a fan, I've visited a few times hoping to score some low prices, really wanting to like this place but every time I shop there I can't figure the store out. It's almost like they buy odds and ends and things wholesalers can't sell to other stores. Most of their products are strange, some I've never heard of and for all their effort I can't see that their prices are better than Walmart or Smart and Final, both of which have far better selection, a more logical store layout and dependable inventory.

It is below average among other Grocery Outlets. Unfortunately, it is walking distance from my home. I know these stores are independently owned so, this is a message for the owners: stop trying to sell the same chocolate caramel sparkling mineral water. It was bad idea and won't sell no matter how many times you move it around. Make sure your people are putting price tags on displays for all items. Tell all your cashiers to be friendly at all times or pay them more, whatever works.

It takes a few visits to learn which 'staples' will always be there, but much of the store is one-off bargains that may last a week, a month, or be gone in hours. Check use-by dates on perishables like yogurt, because you may want only a few, or sometimes you can really stock up. Today they had reading glasses of the same make I just bought at Costco, no carry case but cheaper! I've only ever seen good prices, except for the few great ones.

Came to this location for the first time and had a great experience. People are very patient. There was 2 large lines and they opened up a third one right away. Due to the virus they make you pack your own bags. I like how they are not policing people, no arrows on the ground forcing people like cattle to walk a certain direction. People cab manage staying 6 feet a part in their own and they did.

Looking for quality and reasonable price grocery store? Here is the place. They have good variety of grocery items. The place is clean and aisles are wide that make it easy for shoppers. I found many items that have good prices such as bacon, eggs, salad, fruits, frozen pizza and seafoods, chips, cookies, drinks and wines. Also it is pretty convenient for parking. I enjoy shopping here.

Can't return without receipt, not even for store credit only. Staff were rude or not curteous when I pointed out they were blocking the wheelchair access ramp with their shopping carts. Spoke with mgr. 3 occasions about cart location problem. On the positive side, you can come across some nice finds, even have a decent organic selection!

Come here to buy molding Oranges for the low price of $1.99! You too can get bargain prices with mold. Let cashier know about expired items and they mark it down 50%. The produce manager refuses to get off the floor the moldy oranges. Bargain=mold and expired food. Food poisoning free!! Come on in.....

Tiny store that's more of a glorified convenience store than market. Wish they would get rid of the dollar store miscellaneous items and use the space for actual groceries. All of the advertised sale items I was looking for was sold out 2nd day so weekly ad is just bait and switch. Total waste of time.

I make it a point to load my car with diesel in this place. Their prices is the lowest. My daugther and my niece were also loading their gas to this place. They just need to improve their behaviour in talking with client. Suggestion they should try to wear a smile while being with client.

Love the low prices. Some items only there seldomly so sometimes you'll see a rare find. There are many cheap items there consistently like regular grocery items. You may have to check the date on some items as the cheaper prices may mean shorter exp date. I shop there every week.

As we call it: Gros Out. It used to be kind of an out of circulation good store. Something must have happened because all of a sudden the quality skyrocketed. Lots of organic, fresh great quality items. I was super surprised. The prices are still awesome! I am very impressed!

As others have said, this is a great place to pick up a surprising number of fun bargains. Beware that Shari'a law is taking hold here and your checker may place a barrier on the belt to isolate individual men from women. Other than that quirk, it's a fun destination!

Love this place. I find all the items I need a cheaper prices. Things you would find at fancy health food stores. Specialty cheese, coffee galore and you can grind it there too. I go here first then to FM if I didn't find everything. But th at rarely happens …

Always a great place shop. The services always great. Store is wealth kept and clean, and only a few items needed to be Priced. Expanding selection of beer and specialty drinks. I always try to find reasons to go there even though I probably don't need anything.

I usually always shop at grocery outlet and this one is pretty good (much better than the one on Williams and Winchester) but the best one in the area is still on Lawrence Expressway and Homestead, although the Monterey Road location is really good too.

I do not understand how I can spend hours shopping for food. But it's not okay to use restroom. I understand it's a pandemic but hey if that's the case close the whole store. It's not just the bathroom that's being exposed it's the whole store!!!

This grocery outlet is smaller. When I went, selections on some items was slim to none. But maybe because of the " shortage" I keep reading about. Cashiers are not very friendly or helpful... slightly rude when I asked for a paper bag.

The checkers are friendly and they sell my favorite coffee here (4 varities from Bay Area Coffee Company). Not much else to say, but I like that they regularly stock some items and throw in others that you'll get to try and never see

Stop looking at reviews and just go. It's the best place for finding great deals. It is a bit harder to shop exclusively from a list than a regular grocer, but you will find great stuff for a great bargain. It is the bargain market.

Winner today! Prices have been up and there have been few bargains to be found since the first of the year. But TODAY there was Sara Lee pies, Aidells, Yuban coffee deals but no box wine. A great shopping stop. Keepit up.

Grocery Outlet has really improved in the past five years or so. I can find practically everything and am surprised by some of the stuff they have. Great prices. This is my first stop on grocery days.

Great place with awesome deals. Products are not always restocked with the same brand so if you see it buy it most likely will not be there the next time you go. Also watch the date products expire.

This one is always clean. But I find it more expensive than the other Grocery Outlets. So I tend to drive to Campbell and go to that one, even though this one is 5 min from my house.

As far as Grocery outlets are concerned, this one is great! Always very clean, well stocked and rarely crowded. Also staffed with helpful people. Always a pleasure to shop there.
