Our first visit to the clinic with our French Bulldog puppy. Parking - can be slightly busy during peak hours. Parking attendant was really helpful. Entrance policy - Limited to one parent per pet. Front Office - Helpful. Lobby/Waiting area - Can be cleaner/ more sterile. Our 10 week puppy was feeling lethargic and vomited a couple of times. We called up the clinic and got the appointment right away. Brought our puppy in and the doctor asked to do a parvovirus test. It turned out to be positive. As a new puppy family, finding out that the puppy has Parvo was truly devastating. We were advised to admit/hospitalize our puppy, which we did right away. We could see the condition was getting worse by the minute. The doctor immediately applied IV with all relevant medicines being fed through the IV. My wife visited the puppy each day over a course of 8 days and spent many hours with the puppy. There were days that he was better and days that were difficult. All throughout, the doctors met with my wife each day and advised on the progress. They never gave us any false hopes and were very professional in letting us know accurate information. This was not limited to the Vets/Doctors only. The care staff in the isolation ward on the 4th floor were very professional and compassionate too. They looked after our puppy day and night for 8 days. This requires dedication at all levels, the vets/the care staff, the cleaners and my wife of course. And through all this, yesterday we were able to bring our puppy back home. For those who may be familiar with Parvovirus, bringing a Parvo puppy back home at this young age is no less than a miracle. The Groovy Vetcare clinic made this happen for us. Their daily updates, both through messages and videos along with our phone calls to their emergency ward, each day, was really appreciated. They relayed timely updates on progress, food consumption, drinking schedules which was truly appreciated. It was reassuring. And all very professional. With the numerous messages and phone calls from our side, they always reverted with feedback and updates. We had used their home service this afternoon for a follow up check up which again was very professional and thorough and for the first time today our puppy tested negative for Parvovirus. I would like to convey a special thanks to Dr Chika. A thorough professional and a true doctor for Pets/Dogs. And a thank you to Dr Lia as well. A thank you to the care staff too on the 4th floor/isolation ward. We are lucky to have had a clinic like yours to look after our pet and see him through this horrible virus. I would have given 5 stars but I find one aspect that needs improvement. I know this may be tough, but I felt that the sanitary conditions/sterile aspects can be better, especially in the main lobby. Appreciate that the lobby is small and at peak times it can get crowded, but knowing that such viruses may exist in a clinic, sanitary conditions are key for the safety of all dogs. I saw a cleaner using a newspaper to clean ‘poop’. I was really hoping that he would come back and probably wipe the area with a wet cloth/mop and then probably follow up with some bleach mixture or alcohol, but this did not happen for the 15 minutes I was in the waiting area. I am not sure if this was done after I left the area. But 15 minutes was too long. Other than this sanitary aspect, I would highly recommend you to bring your pet here. Amazing doctors with great experience. Good luck Groovy!!

I would say 3/5 Teknologinya mungkin modern banget dan hasilnya detail tapi tidak untuk tenaga kerjanya. Kucing saya dirawat inap seminggu, pagi dan sore info yg diberikan kurang detail dan harus owner yg proaktif selalu. Inistiaf dari dokter/suster kurang. Saya coba kasih masukan dan complain ke CS via telpon, CSnya not nice. Dari my point of view, CSnya seakan gamau groovy salah, pokoknya ya ginilah groovy, dan eventually setelah telpon panjang lebar, CSnya minta saya chat aja keluhannya krn dia gabisa tampung dan rekam keluhan saya via telpon Kenapa ga dari awal ya? Saya udah tanya baik2 apa sebaiknya complain via telpon krn kalo chat akan panjang dan pihak groovy jawab, iya boleh ibu. Ngapain ngmg boleh kalo gitu ya? Yasudah dengan sabar saya chat lagi keluhannya. Dengan harga yg cukup tinggi untuk vet dan treatmentnya, saya ga dapat full servicenya dan saya merasa kaya dicuekin ya. Kalau memang gasuka saya jadi customer ya monggo dibilang baik2, saya ambil anak saya mending saya undur diri ya kan. Terakhir, saya juga minta maaf selaku customer jadi sangat bawel dan detail ya dok/sus/staff. Ini bukan masalah cocok2an dokternya lagi tapi dari sistem manajemen vetnya pun coba didiskusikan kembali. Semoga kedepannya groovy ga dapet customer kaya saya dan sukses selalu aamiin.

well equipped, and when you're about to register, the receptionist were pretty fast response and real sweet :). apart from that, i too had quite disappointed by some of experiences whilst i treated my cats there. - firstly, when me and my sister were about to visit my cat (i didn't actually read the rules that requires one person only per pet, my bad hehe), the middle-aged security kicked me out from the waiting room not in the best behavior from him, whilst the room was pretty empty, in fact, it was just me, my sister and a lady. - secondly, when i had to lodge my cat there for the second time, the nurse said that they will keep me posted about my cat from the doctor, but it turns out i was the one who MUST asked about my cat's condition and treatments whilst her stay there, and none of my questions were answered properly and even some of my questions just left on read without being answered (what if my cat just dead and i was left uninformed?). - thirdly, the parking lot was too small, do expand it :( please fix this, because i know Groovy is a very good clinic for pets!

salah satu vetcare yg cukup komersil. anjing saya tbtb ngedrop dan dirujuk kesini untuk xray. setelah menerima xray, dijelaskan ada indikasi sakit organ internal tapi tidak di point out bahwa anjing saya juga mengalami konstipasi, dan tidak dibantu untuk dikeluarkan. sampai saya bawa lg ke dokter lain, barulah tahu ini seharusnya dikeluarkan. vetcare juga cukup kontradiktif: seharian anjing saya meronta kesakitan, katanya di klinik diberikan painkiler. namun krn tdk ada efek, saya telfon kembali untuk konfirm&mnta lagi. dibilang bisa tp jangan banyak2, tp saat invoice keluar lgsg diresepkan sebanyak 30. di kala panik, saya lgsg bayar krn butuh cepat dan tidak sempat lg minta revisi karena untuk memesan painkiller ini saja butuh menunggu 30 menit. smoga bisa diperbaiki, jangan komersil.

The Groovy Vets team are wonderful. receptionists, assistants and the doctors. Totally professional and very understanding, they really care for your pets and have a complete range of services available. i highly recommend to go there if you need anything from simple advice to emergency care for your pets. Appointments are better but you can also go as “walk in”. My kitten was recently spayed and they kept me fully informed via whats app about how they survey went, her condition every day over the 3 days recovery period and even sent videos of her twice a day. Perfect experience. Parking is a bit tight (about 5 spaces) but there is not a lot the clinic can do about that and the parking assistant will help you.

Many thanks to Dr Nathalie who accepted Betty at the clinic today to manage a case of extended diarrhoea and dehydration. Betty had been unwell for 3 days and not responding to treatment prescribed yesterday, she woke this morning extremely lethargic and with a pronounced weakness in her rear legs. I was extremely worried but Dr Nathalie’s calm manner and experience was reassuring and I knew Betty was receiving expert care. Thankfully there has been a marked improvement in Bettys condition and she’s getting back to her usual self, very inquisitive and always on the go. Thanks again to Dr Nathalie and Groovy Petcare, I would highly recommend their services.

I brought my cat here three times because he’s having a skin-related disease. Each time I came here, the doctors only gave me regular meds for his skin such as cleanser and cream. After almost two months since my cat first diagnosed with this disease, his skin is not getting better. I decided to take him to another doctor and the new doctor immediately said that my cat is supposed to be treated with antibiotics from the beginning. Really disappointed with my cat’s diagnosis. The doctor should have given my cat antibiotic on the second time I visit. Not worth the money.

Please never go this hospital. While this hospital can not find the why my cat sick, I move to hospital and other hospital already make my cat well. Other hospital find out the reason only by stethoscope. Your hospital always makes worse the problem and incompetent. And hospitalizing in your shop make my cat problem in leg. She can not use one of legs. Please give your customer good service. Spend lots of money and always you makes sick my cat. Never go there. Never. Expensive and make problem worse. At last don’t hospitalize your pet here. Anyone don’t care your pet.

Tempat paling terpercaya buat mandiin kucing gue yg bulunya panjang (Ragdoll). Pricey sih tapi worth it karena udh berkali2 nyuci ke tempat lain yang lebih murah dan habis itu malah jadi jamuran dan berakhir lebih mahal buat ngobatinnya. Disini ada vet-nya juga jadi bisa sekalian buat yang mau vaksin. Pegawainya smuanya ramah2. Disarankan sih booking dulu sebelum dateng karena biasanya penuh terus apalagi weekend. Ada jasa penitipannya juga, kalo udah mau lebaran atau liburan panjang mending booking jauh2 hari buat dapet tempat..

Tempat yang baru lebih nyaman dari yg sebelumnya sangat bersih tp pelayanan di tmpat baru ini sungguh sangat mengecewakan. Untuk pemeriksaan ga sampe 5 menit. Nunggu cek usg sekitar 15 menit. Hasil usg ga kluar 1,5 jam. Tidak ada pemberitahuan kalau dokter istrht owner suruh nunggu dibawah nunggu kasir jg lama print bill lama. Pulang tanpa tau kondisi pet bgmn hanya bayar usg dan pemeriksaan Selama itu pet nya ga dibawa kebawah setelah pemeriksaan. Very bad service

unproffesional receptionist ask to come but den we landed at unclear waiting time , since she has no idea how long d doc needs to settle a case; waiting room is empty and unprepared for d waitining time , I needed to take a conference call and asked my home sv to hold Jason our dog anc ended up being "kicked out " by the security. I asked to talk with d manager and a marksting officer came out with nothing to offer, so I chose to left d place , what a waste of time

Very bad. Think very carefully before boarding your animal here. I paid for the expensive boarding package but only received photos of my cat in the small cage I brought her in. Suspect that I paid for a rolls Royce but did not get it. Due to odd opening hours & transport delays to & from the kennel, the cat was in for 24 hours longer than she should have been. I have no confidence in this organization at all & would never use them again.

selalu bawa kucingku kesini kalo sakit, administrasinya bagus, dokternya informatif, semua terstruktur , kapan hewan di videokan atau di foto saat rawat inap jelas waktunya jadi kita tenang ninggalin hewan disini. Soal harga sama lah dengan vet lain. tapi ini banyak plusnya karena gak numpuk nunggu spt vet vet lain saat berobat. tempatnya nyaman untuk hewannya dan yang bawa. dan tidak bau. semoga terus improve makin bagus

Groovy is getting worse time by time. First came in 2013 it was all good until the clinic reached as a well known pet clinic. So HARD to make appointment nowadays. The last time I attended was 2018. I needed only a day of appointment schedule but now 2022 it's 3days! The price getting more expensive without additional doctors to handle (that's why Pawrents must wait min 3days of appointment schedule.

Kaget sekali ketika menerima penjelasan dari Sheila penerima telephone utk appointment di Groovy Vetcare, bahwa utk sterilisasi kucing jantan, harga berkisar Rp. 3,000,000 sampai Rp. 4,000,000. Ketika saya bertanya rinciannya, berkelit tanpa penjelasan. Capè deh..... Sebaiknya carilah receptionist / operator yg handal. Parah banget...tgl 13 april 2020 kucing saya luka sobek di kaki kanan mengeluarkan darah....tidak diperban hanya diberikan obat dan hampir tidak dilayani padahal kasus emergency..:besoknya saya bawa ke pet love centre dilayanii sebagai kasus emergency rawat luka yang sangat baik....groovy pet clinic bikin hati saya sedih...semoga pimpinan klinik mempebaiki layanan terhadap pet kesayangan kedepannya

Puas dengan pelayanan disini.Disini sy shock ternyata hasil cek darah puppies sy berat dgn diagnosis awal Leptospirosis dgn kesempatan hidup hanya 50%. Walaupun akhirnya puppies sy tdk bs dirawat inap disini(krn penuh) tapi mereka sangat membantu utk mengatur rekomen rsh lain dan jg masih memantau via WA. Puppies sy akhirnya mati tapi dlm prosesnya sudh sangat dibantu. Terimakasih drh Lydia

Mandatory reference letter for radiography completely unnecessary and time wasting when customer has informed exactly in details the required scan. Fill registration form is understandable but the requirement of giving the exact address is not... it serves no purpose other than breach of privacy! Careless when transporting animals later found some damages on a newly bought cage

Untuk pemeriksaan bisa walk in atau membuat appointment terlebih dahulu. Nomor WA yg tertera di website mereka cukup responsif. Stlh hewan selesai ditangani, pemilik dikabari dengan cepat melalui WhatsApp. Untuk layanan lengkap, staffnya ramah, & kliniknya nyaman. Dan karena penanganan mereka, Señor tidak sendirian ketika pergi. Terima kasih banyak karena sudah membantu Señor.

Ini klinik dimana aku sdh berlangganan selama bertahun2 untuk semua anabul ku (my 7 cute cat), dan layanan nya selalu memuaskan. Dokter nya pinter2 selalu cepat memperoleh diagnosa dan kasih terapi yg tepat, perawat nya ramah, customer service nya keren, kita selalu di wa ditanya sesudah bbrp hari, bagaimana kabar pet nya? We lost our cat because fatal virus, they have tried to save him, I know they do. But a simple request to record the cremation process is forgotten like it's not an important thing for us. It's not about the money we spent for it, It is a closure for us knowing after died that he is placed in a proper place and not just/maybe at random garbage area

I brought my dog and my kitty here for checkup and abdominal ultrasound. I like the vibe of waiting room, i even hoped i don’t get called by the doctor (just kidding). The doctor were thorough and detailed in questioning my dog’s condition and explaining his laboratory result. And she showed empathy on how i was feeling about my dog’s sickness.

Bring my 2 months old dog here because of virus and need to be hospitalized immediately. The staff really helpful and responsive. The doctors and nurses always give you update everyday about your pet condition, will definitely bring my dogs to this clinic. One of.....if not the best vet in South Jakarta area. They will be moving to a new location within 2 months time. Should you require consultation regarding your pets, please check them out. But please bear in mind, on week-ends, they're usually full with appointmets. Vets here are top notch. Please make an appointments and be on time.

The doctors are good. Most of them can speak english quite fluently. The hospital is the best, they keep informing the patients if it is asked frequently. And they provide complete laboratory services, radiology, and other therapies. Definitely will keep coming back to check my babies here to make sure they are healthy as always. ;)

I feel disappointed because when I book the reservation for the BTR biobest, they don’t informed me anything about the price through WA. Even when I’m at the clinic, only signs the inform concerns without any information of this. They should mention the costs before the test, so people not get shocked, specially for new customers.

Very disappointed with the customer service when booking for a veterinarian appointment. Although response was quick, admin was not responsive to our needs and made us confirm with her multiple times before we were able to set an appointment conclusively. It was very hard to book for their services.

Went here for a sick cat. Very knowledgeable staff and very friendly. Waiting time was minimal and there was plenty of staff available to assist as well. Minimal parking is available in front so be prepared to park at the alphamart \ alphamidi next door.

The vets were great, but its really hard to even call the place for bookings due to bad receptionists. And it takes a while just to wait for the prescribed medicine, the staff are usually slacking off. Too bad for a place with great vets and facility
