Less than pleasant buying experience. On the day we showed interest of the vehicle, we were never given any spec or feature rundown on it. After taking it for a test drive, I did ask to go inside and talk more details about it. I had agreed to purchase the vehicle at a lower price than advertised due to condition and the sales person agreed on a price with me. That price was not honoured at the time of the final paper signing a few days later. I called before I picked the car up so that they would be sure to have it ready to go. I ended up waiting 45 minutes for them to put the front license plate on and hand me the keys. They also gave it to me with an EMPTY tank of gas even though the sales person had agreed on a full tank of gas. I was sent away with $25 in cash to gas it up myself. Within my warranty period I mentioned hearing a knocking in the front end. Their technician took it for a drive and said the only noise he could hear was coming from items inside the vehicle. After getting a second opinion (from a different shop) they told me it was the sway bar bushings. Something else that was very unfortunate and out of their control was my horn stopped working within my warranty period and it’s now going to cost me an extra $700 to fix out of pocket and they suggested that I “take it somewhere else” to get it fixed. The vehicle also never had hot air coming out of the rear vents and they also advised me to take it somewhere else for this. There are also now more rust spots (under handles and seams) that are becoming apparent since it has rained and snowed on the car. These were spots that I believe were intentionally cleaned and hidden. I don’t think this place is bringing in quality vehicles but rather vehicles that they quickly attempt to turn a profit on. They are also incredibly hard to get a hold of by phone and don’t call you back when you leave a voicemail or when you’re waiting for a call back to pick your vehicle up. Very dissatisfied with the service I received and will never buy a vehicle from here again. The owner will likely get very defensive after seeing this review.

Showing us the selection of cars available within our budget and then suggested what we should go with. As we were new to Canada, and were not familiar with the Process, he patiently provided us guidance and make suggestions on how to get an Account registered at MPI. He and his team also went the extra mile to ensure that the car was washed and cleaned thoroughly. Great customer experience at Gundhu Auto Centre. And thank you Jeevan for the superb service. Last week we went in to get the car checked as there were some sound from the front tyres. And Mr. Mo the owner was there. They inspected and found that some part needs to be replaced and conveyed that it will take approx 3 hours or so. He and his team provided us with a courtesy car so that we could run some errands. Paul and Jeevan prepared the car for us. Really amazing service. And today the sound came back and took the car in, and they checked and replaced the complete set of front mounting bracket and shocks. No questions asked. They got the car tested to ensure all was well. Great service. Very professional. Thank you Mr.Mo, Jeevan, Paul and the team for all your help. They went above and beyond. Highly recommend Gundhu Auto Centre.

In response to Mohinder's reply on the 2014 Subaru XV review: -There was no offer of no charge 3 month/3,000km Lubrico protection warranty, if it was declined there would be signed confirmation that it was declined. The only thing offered was to purchase the warranty coverage which was over $1,000 and would only cover work up to $2,500 (Lubrico protection has received terrible reviews online). -The year of the 2014 Hyundai Tucson was an honest mistake, which was discovered before finalizing the sale. Gundhu Auto had every opportunity to back out of the agreement due to the misinformation but they continued the deal advising that it wasn't an issue. -We were able to travel back to Dauphin with the vehicle, but since then (less than a week) we've had major issues with the vehicle that make it dangerous to drive. My partner contacted Gundhu Auto to advise of this and see if we could work something out, but they refused to work with us in anyway, said that we should of purchased the warranty coverage and that they would not fix anything on the vehicle. They won't even honour the conditions of the sale (replace muffler flange and front sway bar). All in all, it was an awful experience with this dealership.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! This should be a 0 star, but no 0 option. Gundhu Autos sold an acura 2011 suv to me with very low burnt engine oil (that could have ruined the engine) also with oil leaks in 2 different parts of the engine due to broken seals. They even lied that they recently did an oil change. They knew about it obviously, and there was no way this vehicle would have been genuinely safetied! I didn't feel the need to take the vehicle for a 2nd opinion as they gave me their word that the suv had no issues, not knowing they are VERY dishonest. So I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM at all. When I called to complain, the person I spoke with said it's a 2nd hand vehicle and could be prone to issues, and I reminded him that it's not a minor issue at all but something they were obliged to fix. Whoever it was then gave me a number to call, which no one picks. If you want to acquire a good vehicle, stay away from these shady people. Besides that, they are always VERY RUDE and asked me outdated discriminatory questions when getting my details. I will be taking legal action regarding my deal with them as I have reasonable proof I was duped. Be safe and avoid this place.

I called to book a test drive, and I was told they needed a couple hours, and that I could come in anytime after 3. I drove across town to see the car, with money ready to buy. When I got there (about 3:15), the office was not very clean, but I looked past that. Then, they went out to the car, which was covered in about 3 inches of ice, and even more snow on top. I was told it would take 10 min to clean off, and was offered a seat in the car.. OK. Not typical that it wouldn't be ready when I called ahead, but I went with it. Then I was handed the keys to start the car, only to find that it wouldn't start. That was the last red flag for me. Then we went to walk away and I was told he could boost it, and that it's typical for cars not to start in the winter. It only started snowing a few days ago, so I'm not very convinced there isn't a bigger issue with the car. At least thier lack of caring saved me from buying a potential lemon. If they had the car ready and working I wouldn't have known any different and would likely have regretted my purchase.

Never buy a car here. It felt ok after test driving it however when i took it to my mechanic, he gave me a long list of things that needed to be replaced and urged me to get rid of it as soon as possible. Ive already spend over 4000 dollars in repairs for it including a new trans pan, oil pan, new wheels, power steering linkage and an ENTIRE NEW ENGINE. That was only the first year of owning it...it still need a whole new transmission and it has a mountain of electrical problems. Not to mention, the e-brake has never worked so im not sure how they get their cars safetied but it should have never approved. When they replaced my engine, they forgot to hook up a bunch of things such as the tubes that connect the washer fluid so it just sprays washer fluid all over the engine. Paid 13000 in total which i thought was a good deal but that number is quickly approaching 20k with all the repairs ive had to do within the last 2 years. Save your money and avoid buying a car here. I have a feeling all the 5 star reviews are fake.

Sold me a car at a decent price but have been finding issues since that arose from incompetent mechanics not knowing what they’re doing. These include dirty fluids all around (how hard is it to do a power steering fluid flush before selling a car?), running the car NO coolant to warm up at the dealership which led to the thermostat being ruined and the heat not working properly. The worst one I’ve found so far was the brake pads that were put on backwards which led to the rotors being rutted out and getting ruined. If a mechanic can’t even get brake pads right he should not be anywhere near cars let alone allowed to work on them. Would rate 0/5 but have to give them at least 1 star. I would stay far away from this place as they are likely to sell you a lemon with no second thought.

Bought a car from them in the beginning of may, put a down payment way back in march and it took them two months to do the safety after they said it'd only take two weeks. A month into buying the car and driving it everyday all the things that i was told needed to be fixed for the safety to be done did not get done. I was able to take a hammer right through the bottom of the car that was all rusted under the piece of aluminium and silicone they used to try to hide it, the windshield leaks water through car washes and the rain, nearly every axle seal is leaking, and more.. I took the car for an mpi inspection and they found several things that would not pass safety.

BUYER BEWARE! Do NOT purchase from Gundu. My vehicles is un-driveable 6 days after I purchased it and Mo said he will not repair it, nor will he honour the repairs as per our contract on the bill of sale. I was informed I should have purchased the warranty. (The warranty is $1000 and will only fix up to $2500 of repairs). I now have a $15,300 car that is not safe to drive and the dealership will not help me in anyway. If I could give 0 stars I would. Please if you are even thinking about purchasing a car, go somewhere else! You will be scammed. This has been the WORST vehicle purchase of my life!!!

This is the worst used car dealer that I have ever been to in my life. They tried to scam me into buying a used car that they told me was accident free when it had had two collisions. They showed me the wrong carproof in an attempt to fool me into thinking the car had no accidents. The owner was extremely rude when I told him that I wasn't going to buy it after all and started yelling and insulting me. They did not want to give me my deposit back until I got angry and threatened to take action. Never buy from this place, they will scam you out of your hard earned money with complete trash.

I got a part changed at their dealership and it break in 2 months and when i took it back they said it was a refurbished part, then i bought same part brand new from them and installed by their mechanic with lifetime warranty, this part also break next day and I returned him the part back asking for refund, it has been 8 months and no reply from them even i visited dealership 5 times and the owner turned me back saying u will get ur money but it never happened so it is the most garbage dealership in winnipeg with worst services and fake promises Dont get scammed by them and never go here

Messaged about a used vehicle, went on Monday to see it. Left a deposit for it to be ready to drive on the Saturday. Messaged them Friday to confirm it was ready. Was told ready by noon Saturday. Got there noon. Not ready, promised ready by end of day. Nope. Made deal regardless that it would be for sure ready Monday evening. If not my deposit would be refunded. Monday came and went, not ready. Got my refund and told them I was still interested in vehicle so let me know as soon as it was ready so I can come test drive. Well must still be in the shop because I never received a call

I searched for 2 months for a vehicle. Finding a decent vehicle at a reasonable price isn't easy. My search kept leading me back to this lot. Spending money on a used vehicle is nerve wracking. You can never be sure what you are going to get. Gundhu offers warranties at a reasonable price. This sets them above all other lots for peace of mind. The sales guys here don't jump all over you as soon as you show up either. They let you look around in peace but are handy in case you want to take a closer look at a vehicle. A very good buying experience!

We bought our car from them and we found some problems in it the very next day. We called them and they said you have one year warranty don’t worry. Its been about 3 months and the Ford stayed over at their repair shop more than we had it. Such an inconvenience for us. We had to take cabs or rides from other people. They fix one thing and something new comes up! They didn’t tell is everything before selling the car. One of the guy is very polite and humble but the owner himself doesn’t care about customer service. Very rude and aggressive!

I filled out finance application, mohinder calls me and leaves no voice mail. I call back and get the run around for 4 days people keep telling me they are gonna call me back and then on the 4th day guy says my application didn't go through with bank and hangs up. Didn't say why not to mention I've been approved at other dealerships. Think they just didn't want to sell me the car which is strange

I had to replace the flex joints on the exhaust pipes of my car. The traditional muffler shops around town wanted to replace the whole pipe section and that would have cost me $900.00 parts and labor. Here at Gundhu they knew what to do even before I asked, they cut off the two flex joints and welded the new ones. I paid $200.00 parts and labor. The job was well done and the car runs great.

Great customer service. We were unsure what we needed and which car to get. They spent time with us and showed us tons of cars. They have great inventory. I gave them a deposit on a car which I ultimately decided not to buy. They gave back my deposit and all was good. So even though I didn’t buy a car there this time I was impressed with the service and honest business practices.

Looked at a manual car that had a messed up transmission and wouldnt shift into 2nd gear. Told owner about it and he pretended that there was nothing wrong and said that is normal. And at first he didn't want to even give our deposit back. Peopl like this create the ground for the stereotype about the dishonesty of used car dealers.

Was looking at a Honda civic. Rust was building up in trunk. Probably due to water getting inside after an accident to the rear. Can tell there was an accident to the rear because the paint on passenger side rear did not even match to rest of the Car. All in all asking too much for the Car.
