Been training for years at many different gyms because I like to move around a lot, and this has been the worst in terms of how it’s ran and it’s customer service. Signed up after moving to Richmond but had a sudden change of living plans so had to move to the other side of the city, tried to cancel via email and also by calling multiple times a day without response (I don’t know why they have a phone because they didn’t appear to even use it) eventually gave up and made the journey to the gym to cancel which apparently the only way you are able to cancel which is unheard of for me. Then spoke to an older member of his staff I didn’t get his name, was very rude and patronising about me cancelling almost as if he was mocking me and even said “well you’re officially our shortest term member” felt as though he was suggesting I had given up on going to the gym when In reality I just needed to move to another gym closer to me. Was actually the same member of staff who was rude when I first signed up and didn’t want to give me a free trial even though it was advertised on the website, I should’ve known not to sign up really.

Recovery room (very latest infrared sauna, top of the range massage chair, massage therapy including the best massage guns and recovery compression boots) just opened, I am so exited to try it all out! Great yoga class (Felicity is fantastic teacher :-), pilates, lots of exercise equipment and it is just $12.99 per week! Gym is huge (two buildings, two stories, lots of space) and it is never busy, great environment were everyone is welcomed. Clean and vibrant place to train. I am training with my teenager together, doing weightlifting and it is lots of fun, great bonding experience.

I have been a member at this gym for over a year and I am extremely happy with my experience so far! It has a recovery room including sauna, massage chair and recovery equipment. It’s a private space and it is great! They also have introduced a Pilates reformer machines which is an added bonus. I train with one of the PT’s and my son with another and we are really happy. The gym is clean and tidy and staff are always friendly. It is one of the biggest gyms with a range of equipment. Mixed age groups and people are always friendly. The owner is lovely and always available if not in person, by phone or email.

Really disappointing experience. Signed up Wednesday morning and went to cancel today in the 3-day cooling off period and they have refused to refund a month of membership and a fob I was never issued with. I had a legitimate reason for cancelling as I cannot get parking close enough to the gym, which is useless in weather like this. If the gym is that desperate for money then you probably need it more than me. This is why there are good gyms and then ones like this.

Such a good experience with this gym, for $12.99 a week you certainly get a lot. They have a range of classes, reformer pilates and a recovery centre with saunas, compression boots and a massage chair. The owner is constantly providing new equipment and makes sure everything is in good order. It’s also very clean, there’s always someone walking around vacuuming or cleaning the bathrooms when I’m there. Cannot recommend this gym enough!!

Misleading / dishonest service from staff. Advertised free one day trial on their website, also confirmed with member of staff on phone. Arrived at gym to be told you have to sign up for a membership to get a free one day trial. Would have been helpful for this to be advertised online or on the phone prior to customers making the trip to the gym. Gym equipment itself seems reasonable however the advertising is dishonest / misleading .

Have been to a total of 5 different gyms in Melbourne since arriving 3 years ago... this one is by far the best!! It has literally everything you could ever want and management is super friendly and helpful, remembering my face every time. I used to love group circuit training gyms but train 24/7 even has the full setup that you would expect in the group classes, available for you to use all the time.

I've found this gym to be absolutely incredible! Not only is the space and equipment amazing but I've also found the owner Nick and the group leaders I've come across to be so honest, helpful and kind. As someone who has not had a gym membership in a long time because of the pressure of contracts and high prices, I very much appreciate what Nick offers to members and the values that he adheres to.

The best gym in the eastern suburbs. The space is always super clean, very spacious and has all equipment including attachments for an excellent workout. The recovery studio is fantastic and the reformer machines are a bonus. I happily travel 15 mins to use the gym as it is the best run gym that has the members best interests at heart. Would definitely recommend Gym24/7 to anyone ☺️

Very nice facility. Plenty of variety with equipment to level up your gains. I entered this gym a mere mortal and left as a giant amongst men. The only downside to this is that I need to buy bigger clothes to fit my new swolen physique. The owner was helpful and informative. The overall vibe was good and the gym was kept tidy. Check it out

I've been training here for a couple of years now, always a great vibe and now even better with the new addition of the Recovery Studio with Infrared Sauna, Massage Chair and Massage Therapy. Super easy to book and use before or after any session. Definitely recommend this Richmond gym. I live in North Melbourne and it's worth the drive!

What a fantastic Gym. Was super impressed with the friendly, professional team there and how helpful they were. Plenty of space and a stack of variety in equipment that caters for a wide variety of fitness requirements. Extremely spacious facility with a vast array of equipment. Manager Nick is friendly and welcoming, which in turn resonates throughout the gym atmosphere. I've already recommended this gym to a number of friends and will continue to do so without hesitation for all fitness levels and training goals/styles …

I cannot recommend this gym enough! Amazing facilities, and has all the equipment you need plus more. Great environment, staff and members, whom are all very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the gym is probably the best I have seen. Such a massive space which means no waiting for equipment! Love it.

Cancelled my membership, despite saying no lock in contract you are forced to pay for another 30 days after you cancel your membership. Has been two months and am still getting charged, tried calling through with no reply or answer, but when gym payments fail they are quick to call and reply. Theft.

Love this place! Lots of equipment and ppl are friendly. They even have an infrared sauna included plus no contract Service by the owner is also exceptional, I requested whether he would invest in some additional foam rollers and he immediately said yes. Very happy with this place indeed! …

Absolutely incredible gym. Caters my group of friends perfectly who like to train together with the range of equipment and space. Nick has also been super accomodating and helpful, very appreciative of the service and quality of the facilities! Big fan of the infrared saunas too ☺️

I joined this gym recently. It got all the facilities , but best part is that all the classes and recovery lab is also part of monthly membership. So no need to pay extra , another best part is that they have five or six Pilate machines with preloaded programmes. Thank gym247.

Best gym I have ever come across. Nick and the team are incredibly friendly, helpful and professional making exercise such an encouraging and rewarding experience. To top it off they are also the best value gym in the area. 11/10 could not recommend more.

The new reformer Pilates studio is amazing! The setup is means you don’t have to worry about making it to set classes if you’ve got a busy schedule but still want to do reformer. Plus it still gives the calming/peaceful vibes of any other Pilates studio.

soo much room in this gym! Heaps of squat racks and weights available. The sauna is awesome and the other amenities are great too. The staff are so friendly and Nick is a star! Highly recommend, especially for the price you pay too!!!

We joined for a short period and Nick was great to deal with when our circumstances changed and we needed to cancel shortly after joining. Facilities are really great and it never appears to be too busy, which is great in the area.

Absolutely huge gym with a massive range of equipment. Never overcrowded and staff are very friendly and helpful. Really easy to sign up and cancel which I've found hasn't been the case at my previous gym so that's a huge plus.

So lucky to have this gym as my local. I have never been to a gym with more equipment and training style options. The manager is super helpful too. Can’t believe it’s only $12.99 a week… You won’t find a better deal or gym!

This is such a nice gym. The vibe is very chill, the equipment is great, the music set up sounds good and the gym is always clean. All for just 11.99 per week which is just incredible. Highly recommended.

Nothing beats a ihealth sauna and a 30 minute relax session in a fully automated programmable massage chair after a long day using the brain. I gym 6 days a week. Come n say hi.

Amazing commercial gym in Richmond! Huge space with plenty of equipment and awesome recovery facilities as well. Owner has been super helpful and accommodating with new sign up.

This gym is very affordable and the space is well organised. The plates are all in the right place and there are plethora of bars and platforms. Couldn't ask for anything more
