I took I first called and spoke with David and asked if I could get a complete detail with carpet shampoo, wax, the works. He told me to let them know when I got there of what I wanted and said it wouldn't be a problem. I got there and the gentleman stated that couldn't do the shampoo of the carpets so I'm like ok no problem. He stated they could do the detail and wax so I said ok. He stated it would be $130.00 and that it would take about 1 hour and 45 minutes. I told him no problem. So I go and do a little shopping for 1 hour come back and the car is ready. I go to the ATM and pull our $20 for a tip and put it in the tip box outside. Now if I would have went out and looked at the car first I definitely wouldn't have left them that tip. I know they didn't wax the car because there are bug guts all over the front bumper and windshield also the inside looks like it was done by a child. The only good thing that was done was the rims. I would not recommend going here. I was hoping that this place was good so I could bring our truck but looks like I will be looking for somewhere else to go.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Terrible attention to detail, terrible customer service, and prices that steadily increase. I used to be a card carrying subscription member and quit several years ago when I saw the quality of the work declining. I went back today to give them another shot. At H2O, everything is an upcharge. They wanted to charge me $60 for a wash, vacuumed interior, and a door wipe-down. They wanted to charge me even more to use conditioner on the interior! What was the included wipe-down then? They knocked off $10 after I complained about the increased prices. THEN, I got my truck... trash still in the door pulls, trash under the seats, cupholders and door panels still full of dust, floor mats untouched and dirt on my wheels and wheel wells. Basically I paid $50 and still have to finish the job at home. I also took it in with a quarter of tank and now am 20 miles to empty. No 50 miles notification which means my truck was left on the ENTIRE TIME. SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME & EFFORT. Steer clear of this establishment and trust their competition.

I never post reviews, but I was so upset over my experience today that I can't not say something. The gentleman at the entrance scribbled on a paper and handed it to me providing no instruction or guidance, no one at the bay directed me which lane to drive in or where to park, and when my car was completed they just told me it was finished and walked away. I could have left without paying, but I stopped the guy and asked where I go to do so. After paying much more than I expected for a basic wash, I approach my car and open the door to find that they very obviously didnt vacuum at all; just rinsed my floormats and called it a day. Unbelievably disappointing. Additionally, their website pricing states "wash rubber mats: $2.00" but be aware, its $2.00 PER MAT. That's another $8 tacked onto an already lofty basic service price of $18. This place provides lazy service. But I guess that's the price I pay for not visiting the self-wash down the road to make sure it gets done right. This will be my first and last visit.

Beware! The worst car wash I have ever witnessed. My black truck looked worse after they finished with it than when I brought it in. I also asked them not to clean my interior as it is a brand new truck and they sprayed some type of chemical in the interior and now it smells like gross chemicals inside my $80k new truck. They did not even clean my running boards or fender wells or spray out the bed. Most of the truck did not get hand washed. Some of the parts they did hand washed but they did a horrible job and didn't even use soap. The workers would set the brushes they were using to clean vehicles on the ground in the sand and gravel and then would pick up the brushes and scrub the vehicles. This will scratch the paint. You can tell none of the workers care, they are just trying to get the vehicles done as fast as possible. Overall worst car wash experience ever!

Some mobile dent and paint touch up guys put some kind of chemical on my car in very large patches that I tried for hours to get off and later took it to a body shop for an estimate where I was told that what they put on my car had damaged the paint permanently and it would cost $4000 to fix. I didn’t like the sound of that so I came to h20 hoping for a miracle. I could not be more impressed with cricket. It took him a long time but he managed to get all of it off somehow and when I got my car it looked brand spanking new inside and out. He literally saved me thousands of dollars and made my car look just as good as it did the day I bought it. Can’t recommend this place enough!!!

I paid 170. For the car interior only to be disappointed when I got my car back the Seats were not shampooed as Indicated in the service. The interior of the car was covered in the chemical they use to clean leather now that would be amazing any other situation, but the problem was they didn’t clean/wipe down the area before treating it. How does that make sense?! Just because it’s glossy doesn’t mean I would notice the lack of cleaning before hand, to top it off the outside of the car was washed poorly spots missed and mirrors/windows not wiped down correctly. Waste of money….. wouldn’t recommend this location

I wish I could give this place 0 stars but not possible. I took my car to get detailed and it was left dirty. Not worth what I paid for. However, the worst part was that they misplaced a lunch bag and car seat covers I had in the car. To make it even worst I had my AirPods in my lunchbox. The management took forever to get back to us about this and then said they couldn't replace the AirPods and only the lunch bag and seats for a refund. I don't understand how they can lose my belonging and not care about the costumer. Horrible experience, would not recommend to anybody. Save your money.

I went to get my car washed today, they advertised that they’d do a good job when I was paying $50 for the wash and detailing. After the work was done and my car was returned to me, it didn’t look like a $50 hand wash, it was stilly spotty, dirty, and dusty everywhere. I could’ve gone to HEB and gotten a better quality wash for cheaper, and worst of all the staff and crew were rude, claiming that if I wanted a better wash done I needed to pay extra. As it goes, you can’t find good help these days, especially in these dire times of price inflation where you expect to get what you pay for.

Worst service from a car wash I have ever experienced. $49.00 got me a hand wash. Paid for inside wipe down and vacuum. Left with grease on floor matts tracked by the person who did nothing inside as agreed. This car only has 4000+ miles so it would've taken much to properly wipe the inside including door jams that were never touched. Won't be going back. Must have oil in the driveway. Hopefully, the next car wash can remove it from my matts.

I Paid $175 for shampooing seats and wipe down of the plastic parts with vacuuming, they got the vacuuming part right. I’ll be going back tomorrow to see if they can fix this or SOMETHING. Honestly hate to say the seats look worse than before. I picked up my car with damp seats but once it dried up all of this showed up. Looks like they just wet the seats and sent it off literally. Disappointed!!!

Unimpressed. Paid $125 plus 20% tip for a full detail. Still crumbs, sticky spots, didn’t scrub down the floor mats, didn’t even touch between the area of trim windshield wipers and the hood. Broke a backseat accessory and said nothing to me. I’m really not one to write bad reviews but there is a serious lack of attention to *DETAIL* at this place. Next time I will take my money somewhere else.

If you just want to knock off some dirt, that's what you'll get, just bare basics. Even when you pay for a higher detail service, I usually have to point out areas that were missed or someone's handprint on the body of the car or dirty footprint on the floor mat. The management at the slaughter location, typically, does not have high expectations or standards for the services provided.

The nail salon has real artist and very beautiful ideas come to life through Sandy Vip nails while there get your nails done ladies you shan't regret it! The rest of the techs at H2O work very very hard in sometimes not to great weather. So show some love and tip well these hard working folks. They both are great for our south Austin community. I do not get the mixed reviews about this place. I recently bought a Jeep with the cloth Sky One-Touch roof that is fragile and requires hand washing. Their pricing for a regular wash is more than fair and they consistently do a great job. It is frankly a minimal amount over a tunnel wash with brushes that chew into your clear-coat. H2O is a no brainer for both of our automobiles.

If you want to pay $45 for a $10 car wash and have a sales guy spend five minutes trying to sell you a membership, this is the place. And they ask you to pay $5 more for oversized truck, but then don’t wash the top, windows or bed cover. Last time I’ll ever go here. Posting this review so I’ll hopefully see it next time I think about going here and steer clear.

This business is not guaranteed to be open during advertised business hours. I just showed up 1.5 hours before close and was turned away because “we aren’t getting the business we want today so we are closing early.” The free basic car wash ticket for next time was a nice gesture, but not worth the inconvenience of being turned away.

The exterior was clean, but I paid for both the interior and exterior. The backseat was not properly vaccumed, as well as the rest of my car. The mats were washed but still very wet when I got my car back. They had to redo my windows because they were not clean. Tires were not properly cleaned. Will not be coming back.

I came for a hand car wash on a busy day and it would have been easy to cut corners to get through the crowd. Their team still have my car great attention and ensured it was spotless inside and out. More expensive and takes longer than a mechanical wash, but your whole car is cleaned gently by hand inside and out.

Cannot recommend; fundraiser car wash quality work for a premium price. Leftover mud and water spots on both bumpers, and down one side. The premium wax was left un-buffed on about 15% of the vehicle (yes they waxed right over the mud). For $100 you should expect better attention to detail.

Beautifully clean job they did! No waiting on a weekday morning, that was so nice. They have a tip station outside (a white mailbox with a slit on the top), just place your tip in there, don't give it to any individual person - they all work together for tips. My car looked great, go here!

I had not been to this car wash for years, so I decided to give them a chance. I ordered the black wax for my black suburban and watched them. They applied about half my vehicle. I should have filmed it. For the car wash portion, no complaints. But the wax is not worth it. Cost 100

There were areas of the car that were not cleaned well, the windshield was left very streaking it was difficult to see at night with the headlights of on coming traffic I had to pull over and clean the windshield myself for $40 dallors I expect a thorough job!

Amazing team! Our baby girl got car sick and threw up on way to school. I came over to H2O and they immediately helped without hesitation or questions asked or judgment. Even put the washable pieces through their wash! 10/10 would recommend.

This company refuses to clean up the trash behind them and encourages abandoned vehicles to use their parking lot. The SPM community has called 311 multiple times and it’s obvious they aren’t interested in helping. Would not recommend.

They took my filthy car to a show room car in less than 1 day. My rims were so clean and shiny that I thought they replaced them with brand new rims. I bought the car filthy and was time to clean it. I'm a lifetime customer now.

Receipt says 120 was charged 160 once the payment when through. Gave the guy a $40 cash tip since receipt & pending charge said 120 even though I thought I entered tip into the credit card machine.

Not even a question. They do a stellar job, even when packed. Order all their different washes. Good staff, simple process. Not too expensive at all. The lady at the counter is a gem!

For the price they do a great job! Showed up with a jeep that was covered in dirt and dust. $50 later it’s looking good as new and they cleaned the interior too.
