My lesson, never settle for mediocrity or you’ll end up with damages! My car gets washed twice a month full detail and I never had an issue until I came here. I got something basic at this place to hold me over for a week. After I realized my back up camera was no longer working. Looked and the entire panel is missing. I returned, an incident report was filed and I was told the manager would reach out within 48 hrs. Well guess what! No manager did. I called several times before speaking to the same person again! She said she doesn’t know why he never called but she will let them know. Another week goes by and nothing. Finally a little over a month later I had a conversation with the manager who claims there was a small gap that caused the piece to come off. I asked the guy who typically washes my car if he ever noticed any gaps and he said there was never a gap. I settled for convenient and now my back panel is missing, I have no back up camera, wires are exposed, and I had to deal with an unprofessional , untimely manager. Your machine took my camera off and now I am liable for the damages. Never settle for mediocrity please go somewhere better.

I have never written a yelp review before, but I figured this would be as good as time as any to do so. I went to their car wash for the first time near here in Austin. As I was guided into the car the guide put his hands up to stop me then ran away to get his manager. It turns he had led me into the edge and broken my hub cap. As I left the car wash I was told they would get back to me in a day to follow up on the resolution. After a day of not hearing I called them to hear they hadn't had a resolution yet. After a couple more days of calling they finally responded and said IT WAS MY FAULT and wouldn't show the video and when I started to question them they hung up the phone on me. Awful communication and integrity as a company. I would never recommend anyone going to this car wash. Reading through the other comments it appears other people have had similar experiences with the people they hire and their company leadership.

I’ve been a member at this car wash for a few months now. I recently changed my membership over to a new vehicle that I purchased a couple of weeks ago and within my third visit to the car wash, the shammy damaged a portion of my front grille. The grille is a full assembly that has a camera underneath that needed recalibration. It cost me 1329.00 in damages and the car wash was unwilling to reimburse me for anything that happened because I took the initiative to get things fixed myself. It took them 10 days to give a response to the incident claim that was filed on December 2, 2021. Sad to say, I won’t use their services again due to their bad business practices.

Decent. I’d expect more for the price. The positive: The car wash does a decent job of cleaning okay and one of the vacuums in my bay had decent suction. Minus points The car wash barley dries the car at all. Bring your own cloths to dry. They don’t supply any cloths for you. They don’t have a rug washer. It didn’t appear that they had the small air jet to push crumbs and dirt out of hard to reach places. The first vacuum I tried had no suction. Just sounded like it was sucking. See video below.

By far this mister car wash is my favorite. Very friendly and respectful crew that is always smiling and a very clean environment. Trash cans are never full, vacuums are never clogged and always working, the inside where you get your car washed cleans the car well and dries it really good unlike other locations despite the dare they opened them. I believe that this location has a very good management that employees like and customers appreciate.

I have the monthly membership to get my car washed at all these locations and this is as far central / south as they go. They have vacuum area, drive in car wash with supervision, I get in and out in under 5 mins, love it. Be careful getting in and out by northbound Lane of North Lamar. Also a fun flavored ice truck next door too! Can only speak on getting in and out of here on the membership Drive-In car wash that I used to maintain my vehicle

The people plenty friendly and the coffee and popcorn available were a nice touch. I did only get the $15 wash, however the outside of the car still had residue spots that were relatively easy to remove with a finger. The inside is still distributed and the touch points like blinker, door handle and door panel are still full of smudges. The cup holder is still sticky. A relatively poor job by professionals.

The guy checking ppl in was really nice. But the wait was long (I think someone was having a car issue and a bunch of folks had to back up to let them out). No vacuums but the staff member said they would have them in a few weeks. Will pop by to see if that happens. No towel dry at the end. I would recommend getting the cheaper options since there’s not a ton of added benefit for the higher priced ones.

Good car wash place, but when you need to use the free vacuums. A lot of NON MEMBERS are occupying them. Which really is inconvenient for PAYING MEMBERS. when you tell the staff about it, they reply, " Well, it's Free Vacuum"s. No control over it. Since then, I've decided to cancel my membership. It ok if you only want to wash your vehicle. But as far as using the vacuum. First come. First served.

My sunroof visor broke when I had the full service wash completed. I spoke with the manager Jeremy who immediately told me they had a sign saying they wouldn’t take care of something like that. I did not see this sign when I visited since I was in the furthest bay away from the sign. Jeremy was rude and got visibly upset when I took the picture of the damage and poor wash job.

So easy to drive through and keep your vehicle clean! There is an Express location near me, so great! Get a membership, you'll be glad you did! The MCW on Burnet is the best! Folks there are always happy, smiling and super helpful! This has been my experience at every location I've been to, but the folks there are extra in a good way. Love this place!

I got the $12 dollar car wash (Express # 2) and here is the result: the front of the car and windshield was just as dirty as before, and it still severely impacts the visibility of the car. To be fair, the sides of the car are very clean, but this quality of work on the windshield which is the most important part for safety is still unacceptable.

Dude demanded I tip first, so I asked him if there was anybody actually doing anything to my car, and he lied that after you go through the car wash, there are people to wipe down the cars, but there's nobody. It's just an overpriced automatic car wash where you have to wipe down and vacuum your car on your own.

Not worth the $30 for Premium wash. Still plenty of dirt/residual stuff on the car exterior after the wash. Free vacuums have mediocre suction with hoses that can't reach the entirety of your vehicle if you have an SUV or larger. Not pleased with the outcome of my wash or the vacuum services provided.

The wash missed a few spots on the back and didn't get all the dead bugs off the front but the people working there were friendly and helpful, the carwash was reasonably priced, and the included vacuum area was a nice touch. I'd use this over a gas station washer for sure but won't beat a hand wash.

Before selecting the car wash option and paying, you can vacuum the car interior and blow off the floor mats with the free vacuums and air hose at no extra charge. The drive through wash does an excellent job of cleaning the exterior. Best car wash in Austin for the DIY car owner.

Really pleased with the level of customer service and the friendliness of the attendants. I went to three car washes this week and none of them did the job. Always left with water spots or dirt still on the car. Got the Platinum wash her and it exceeded expectations!

Paid $24 for their best wash and my car was still filthy afterwards. (See pics) I’m extremely disappointed with this wash. They don’t vacuum your car or dry off after, it’s all automated but they ask for a tip. Whom am I tipping? The machine? Not worth the money

A great experience from start to finish. It was a busy day but the staff was extreme courteous and did their best to speed the process along. The bathroom was clean. There are both indoor and outdoor waiting areas. These guys really pay attention to details.

Decent value for money. Will scratch the side of your car, though. Also, they always put the next car RIGHT behind you. For someone who has to hit the brake in order to shift into drive, this can be nerve-wracking. They should space out a little more.

The line for the subscription wash service never works so someone has to run your account every time. They know this and have someone stationed there because of it. It would be cheaper to fix the system instead of paying someone to let people through.

This is the best car wash in town. It's automated, not full service, for only $8/wash base price. I thought forever that it was full service but there is just a person who takes your payment and guides you on to the rails for the car wash.

I love this car wash and the drive thru part does a great job. Everything was clean in the vacuuming section as well. It's a challenge getting out of here due to traffic, but it's a great option none the less.

What I like about Mister Car wash is that they have many locations Nationally. Staff is friendly. Operation hours makes hard to get a daily wash... But still my favorite subscription based car wash.
