I always did my inspections there. Nice place. Today I got there at 5:35pm to do the inspection and a new employee I’ve never seen before was quite rude, told me he wouldn’t do it even though the hours says 9am to 6pm and there’s no sign saying you must arrive at 5pm to do an inspection like the employee said, he actually closed and pulled down the slinging door at 5:44pm. That’s how a business loses customers. People are very inhumane these days, I drove 30 minutes to get the inspection done and I got zero empathy from the frustrated worker.

I came in yesterday I came in yesterday and I forgot my or I didn't have my insurance and we try to do online and they were very helpful and trying to help me but to no avail so I had to come back today but it was just the fact that they wanted to help to keep me from having to come back that's what I call a true service that they had to me. I do this truly because they did show compassion toward me. Thank you guys for being so nice

Never had a good experience here I have drop hundreds of dollars at this car wash because it’s convenient and every time there is an issue with hose is leaking chemicals in your hand or no chemicals solutions coming out at all. It also takes 30 to 45 seconds to transfer from one setting to the next and actually dispense fluids time is money with the amount you’re paying here. It’s definitely not worth it.

This is my go to place for inspections and car washes, and I've never had any issues or a long wait. I recently took my Tacoma in, but since I had just replaced the battery they couldn't read the codes. No problem, I just had to drive around 50-100 miles and bring it back. When I brought it back today, Eric Haynes jumped right on it, and I was done in 5 minutes!

Use at your own risk! Put money in automatic car wash. It didn't work tried to get reimbursed... no go... talked to inspection guy asked him ... he acted like he don't know... called number and asked for owner and manager I'm sure it was inspection guy... but he don't know was his answer... customer service sux here!!!! Oh well keep the change

Great car wash place! Couple of tips, their system only takes $10 at a time so make sure you don't put your credit card away. Also make sure you bring your own drying towels or microfiber, they are very pricey there! And finally for the vacuum, it is cheaper to extend the time than to buy a new one so make sure you watch the time!

Definitely my go-to place for inspections, most auto shops stop inspections early before they close, but this place does it till 6pm, plus a car wash. They are always quick and reliable with great customer service. I live in south Austin and don’t mind at all driving here due to the reasons mentioned previously.

I wast just there and tried the top automatic touch-less car wash service. Everything was great, but... if the car behind you enters the tunnel before you go through the air blowing area, you will end up with a half-dry half-wet car.... Management should fix that, beyond just the red light at the entrance.

University Car Wash is a great self-wash spot. I can’t review the drive-thru wash as I’ve never used it, but the self-wash and vacuum area is quality and a good value. I’ve been here about 10 times and never had any issues. Definitely recommend it.

This car wash is always clean. Staff are very good about picking up the area. Everything works really well. I've never had a problem with any of the cleaning equipment. The drive-thru car wash is pretty great and decently priced too.

This place rules. I almost don't want to tell people about it cause it's so convenient but the fact is the people there are also too amazing to not give them all the business they can handle. Would recommend to anyone.

In the amount of time it will take me to write this review is almost as long as they took to handle my inspection. Maybe five minutes in and out but could tell their team was thorough. Friendly group as well!

Spent 4 bucks a dollar each tryin out 4 of their vaccums, none of them had any suction. Only use for car washing purposes not vacuuming, and the car washing soap is always dispensing messed up

Just stopped by here for a car inspection and it was SO EASY. The man helping me was super quick and helpful. Overall it took 15 minutes. Definitely recommend this place for an inspection.

I used their car inspection service. The team is nice and efficient. It takes me 20min for the whole considering the waiting line. BTW, the inspection service is not available on Sunday.

Came in on 10/27/23 an hour before they closed. The 2 guys working were super kind and really efficient. 2 cars ahead of us and we were out by 5:30. Definitely recommend this place

Very nice and quick w inspections. I use the car wash cause it’s closest to my place. It does the trick. Also you get a coupon for the car wash w an inspection so that’s a plus.

The drive-through car wash is touchless ($12) and I didn't find it very effective for a car that's sits under trees. The hand wash bays were full, may be better experience.

This is the best place in Austin to get your State inspection! It was super fast , clean waiting room with current magazines, and super nice technicians! We will be back!
