Smoothie bowls are the BEST I’ve tried. Fresh, flavourful, refreshing , and healthily. I crave them all the time, like right now, lol. A bit pricey, almost $60 for the three of us consider it a special treat that will fill you up and make you happy!

The Orange Glow smoothie was delicious, service was great. My friends ordered a smoothie bowl to split, and mentioned they were splitting it and the server made the portion split in two separate cups for them. Will definitely visit again!! More

The smoothies were very banana forward, never had this issue with the location in Hamilton. And the bananas weren't even properly ripened, it was very tart and there was skin in the smoothie. More

Tasty smoothie! Pretty expensive. If you get all the add on's, one smoothie is 19.50 plus tax. It was good, but not sure if it was worth the 40 minute wait. They definitely need more staff. More
