Worst experience ever with James Markle. Gave a family member a hard time trying to get a house. Only because he didn't want their realtor to be involved and wanting to cancel even after all the paperwork was ready. Very rude, Never responded to phone calls when finding the property interested in. And the one time they called he answered with a attitude requesting to be called between Mon-Fri between 9-5. And even after calling all week for information and doing a walkthrough never answering the calls. Not professional and his skills for communications are poor. Thank they were able to get the help they needed through their own realtor. Never deal directly with this individual.
