This station is a 3 star station, It is step free to platform 1 however platform 2 you have to use the footbridge. There is no ticket barriers at this station and there is also 1 less southern service here compared to Carshalton station nearby. It still is served quite frequently however with trains going towards Sutton and Thameslink trains to St Albans City and the Sutton loop. It's quite clean and is quite quiet at most times. Overall, A nice station for anyone that lives local.

Very bad service. We could not a table and in the end we decided to eat somewhere else. It was my girlfriends birthday and the train station came highly recommended. I have sent many emails over the last few months. But have still not received a reply. I would not recommend a visit. In the hour or so we waited. We did not even get the drinks we ordered. Very disappointing service

If one needs to speak to the station staff it's not always possible, sometimes the blinds are drawn with no indication as to when they will return. But today I came to ask a question and there was a very lovely, young Asian lady behind the glass. Extremely helpful and very pleasant. I hope she's not temporary.

Not much to report from this station really. Rather bland and basic with minimal facilities and location in the south side of Mitcham. Has ticketing facilities, shelter and and decently sized car park.

Fast connection to Central London but the station has nothing to offer in terms of comfort or security but it is clean and bright. However, trains are comfortable and safe

If we need any help I couldn't see any place for information etc or any staff for help. But the station is clean and tidy. This has a cycle stand. Good car parking space

Zone 4, Trains available to Farrington via every 30 mins. big parking space available. And trains to Victoria is more frequent I guess 20 mins

According to an A.M.C tune this station has an absolutely humongous gap. It's massive. Do not break your ankles. Do not hurt yourself.

National Rail Station in South London. Service provided by Southern and Thames Link. Relatively clean. Very quiet at off pick times.

These days the service is not good. Many delays last minute. . Or cancellations but station itself is well kept..decent and tidy.

Havkbridge is on move Welcom 2 new shops open Tile shop and jacob bed and furniture it look realy good that local shop open

Well Hackbridge is a large area. But two supermarkets. Good access to London. River Wandle runs near by. What more to say

Hackbridge station is Zone 4 incase you're travelling towards the area and unsure of which zone the station is

Sometimes have the odd bunch of teenagers and a bit isolated. Station has good space and clean.

All around us was viciousness and base intention
