I was absolutely thrilled with my hair when I was leaving hair forum today. Joyce was my stylist. I have been to countless places asking them to match my blonde died hair to close to my root/natural colour, everywhere I went said they couldn’t do it. Joyce had no problem doing this. She was able to pick a perfect match that blended perfect with my natural hair colour. She even applied a Fibreplex treatment to help save my hair. She was able to clean up a previously bad cut from another salon without taking much length as I have been trying to grow it out. The atmosphere of the salon was welcoming and seeing how easy going the staff were made it a comfortable place to be. Anyone looking for a new salon to entrust your hair needs, this is definitely a place to give a try. I will be returning in the future.

I needed to book quick because my young son had photo day at school soon. I called around to different places but they were fully booked or closed Sundays. Hair Forum had availability and I booked him in for a trim. It wasn't very busy which was good. The lady who cut his hair (Karen) was very friendly and amazing with him. They were chatting it up by the end of it. My son is usually very quiet around strangers but when he opens up he's a chatter box. I was loosing faith with hair places here in Burlington. My family and I have had many bad experiences. My daughter and I actually drive to St. Catharines to get our hair cut. I would definetly go back to Hair Forum though!

I will definitely stick with regular Hair Salon. How difficult is it to wash and blow dry naturally curly hair. A wee bit of mousse and a diffuser on a blow dryer. I had to wash and blow dry my hair once I arrived home. Plus I paid double the amount for a useless service which professionals provide with exceptional quality at my Regular Hair Salon. So much in our society is based upon delivering the lowest common denominator. If you aren't capable of performing your vocation, job, skill etc. DON'T EXPECT TO BE PAID. I WOULDN'T EXPECT MY PAY FOR ANY LESS THAN AN OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE AT ALL TIMES.

Stylist was 10 min late to my appointment. Ruined my hair, didn't listen to anything I said about my preferences and natural hair texture, or how I styled my hair. Completely cut off all my hair making me feel ugly and humiliated. Stylist made it harder for me to style, while crippling my self confidence. As soon as I left, I was in tears. I was so shocked, I couldn't even explain how displeased I was to the woman at the desk. Take your money elsewhere. A horrible experience. I will literally have to cover my hair until it grows back.

I am new to the country and no one to ask where to go and have my haircut done. Hair forum answered that and ever since then, this is where I always go now. Tracey is my favourite hairdresser. She's a fairy Godmother of my hair. She would ask how do I like my hair to be done and if you have a picture of it much better and she would also suggests some to make the best out of it especially I have a bit of a curly hair. I popped into Hair Forum about a week and a half ago. A spontaneous decision. I've never been there before. Wish I had gotten the stylist's name because she did a great job! I live in Niagara Falls so don't get out that way very often but I will go back there again. I have a hard time getting a decent cut and style that I can work with but this woman nailed it!!! I've always avoided getting haircuts growing up because I never once got a decent one over all the years. I found this place a year or two ago and have never had a single problem with them. I have very curly and thick hair which can be hard to deal with, but they know how to manage it and I've never been dissatisfied. Highly recommended.

Krystal gave me such a great cut this afternoon just after 1 pm, she knew exactly what I wanted and I just love it! She was so nice to talk with, I really enjoyed my time there and left feeling so much better than when I walked in. I'll be back there for my next cut for sure, and thanks again Krystal!

This salon is awesome. I’ve had my hair cut by Salvo twice and he knows exactly what to do. He’s very professional and knows hair! Each time I have been very happy with the results and don’t see myself going anywhere else for a cut. The price is good for the haircut you’re getting.

unhappy with the wig that I bought at 5pm and I wanted to return it next day at 10 am they didn't want to refund me my money wig wasn't worn and not even tried still with tag also no one told me it's not refundable I wouldn't recommend it to anyone very poor customer service .

I love the cut I got, and the staff were very friendly, however I was massively overcharged for wash and trim. I paid the same as my friend who had a full cut that took twice as long as mine, and a lot more work. Overall a great place if you dont mind paying more for less.

Fantastic staff, and Salvo does amazing work! My cut from another place was Ok and colour Ok but it wasn't me. I decided to get a fresh opinion and found a gem here, Salvo. He understood where I was heading but I left it in his capable hands and I am happy, happy, happy!
