Great prices and great service. I have been going to this salon consistently for several months and in my observances, all stylists are very diligent ensuring you are pleased with the results. I really like that the owner mentors new stylists and supervises them closely giving them tips and assistance without hovering. I enjoy this down to earth customer orientated salon not to mention, best prices in the city and I have shopped around extensively.

This is my one stop shop! I can come and have my hair and eyebrows done, and I leave feeling so confident ☺️ Rayleen is who I normally see, and she is amazing!! I’ve asked for some drastic changes, and she’s explained the process and cost before beginning to make sure I’m satisfied, no surprises!! I absolutely love coming here! I've been going to this place ever since its been opened and I can honestly say I've never been disappointed!!! I like to change my hair color a lot and the results each time are amazing!! There head stylist and part owner Ray is so honest with me on where I can take my color next. She's a fountain of knowledge and just a great person overall!! I defiantly recommend going to see her she's the best!!!!!

They rescheduled my appointment last minute by 30 mins so I had to kill some time. Then when it finally came to the appointment, I sat in the chair for 15 minutes while my hair stylist played receptionist. Wasted 45 minutes of my day before I decided to walk out. I couldn't wait another 15 mins as I was already way behind in my day. No one has even called to apologize or ask to reschedule.

I got my roots bleached to match my silver ends (had a balyage) and the assistant manager ruined my hair, she used a blue toner that turned my hair green and my roots were golden blonde. owner tried to fix it by darkening my hair which wasn't what I wanted. I ended up spending so much money to get it fixed, then I had to go darker because of all the bleaching. Hair pleazers ruined my hair!

I've been getting my hair done by Rayleen for six years now. She has helped me through my crazy hair journey from brown, red, to blonde & back around again with minimal damage because she uses quality products and takes her time to slowly & properly transition to different colours. First thought when I walked in was that it's a very relaxed quiet place, very welcoming and friendly. the woman who did my hair (Ashley) knew exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it. They have no time for their old patrons. I do not appreciate being chuckled at on the phone when I ask for a certain time of day and keep being told it is not available. Use to be a very nice salon. Too bad they did not know how to grow!

I spent almost $200 on a 50% off my first visit... the dyed my whole head it looked great and they were super nice BUT..... the dye didn’t last even a month. It was the biggest wait of money I have had bet spent.

I have no problem with the 5 minute haircut if it was at least even. How hard is it to make the hairs the same length on both sides of one's head? I suspect Rayleen is better than the haircut she gave me.

The owner is very meticulous about everyone's style and makes sure her customers are happy. She has a mix of experienced stylists and recent grads, and she is a very good mentor to her apprentices.

Got some peekaboo highlights, trimmed my bangs and hair by Alina and I really like the way my hair looks. Only paid $140 I did tip $15 on top of that, but I thought that was a pretty good price.
