Took my 1 year old niece to get her ears pierced. Worst decision ever !!!!!!!! The lady that did it, marked it incorrectly in the first place, when we mentioned it was incorrect, she attempted to reassure us that the pericing would be located slightly to the side matching it with the first ear, when she pierced it, it was COMPLETELY OFF!!!!!!!! no where near the location of a regular piercing, it was waaayyyyyyy too high up. She kept saying there was nothing wrong with it when clearly there was. When we got home we took it out and went again several weeks later, as it is traumatic for my niece. She marked it correctly this time, but pierced it waaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyy off from where the mark was. So once again we have to take it out. So now my niece is going to walk around with one pericing because it’s too traumatic for her to go through it again. Never ever going here for anything ever again.

I went to this shop and asked for my eye lashes to be tinted. While my eyes were shut I could feel the beautician working on one of my eyebrows. I repeated to her that I only wanted my eye lashes tinted. (I had my brows tinted 5 days earlier in the same shop.) She then wiped of the black dye. When I got home I realized that I had one large dark brow and my regular brown brow. I returned to the shop and complained. The manager corrected the problem, but kept insisting that it was not an issue, it didn't look that different, and that the beautician was a licencesd beautician. Really! Do I care if she has a licence or not? She screwwed up big time. Not only did the beautician make a mess, the manger made excuses for her. I would not trust this management and I would definitely advise AVOIDING the beautician.

I would like to thank and appretiate amtul ji working at hair technique. She is an amazing and wonderful lady with diamonds of professionalism engraved in her personality. She understands the style which would suit a customer and then work accordingly. I am very happy, she gave me a nice makeover and made me to love and appretiate my look. She is best for the customers, who are looking for a nice indian or pakistani hair style and hair cut. Surely, search for a good hairstylist would end for many indians and pakistanis, who are looking for a nice and professional hairstylist,who cannwork accordin to their look and taste, after visiting her once, and getting her kind services. She work is awesome and worth spending money, too. Thanks you so much amtul ji. I really appretiate your efforts.

A female answered your phone with me Dec. 10th 2017 at approximately 2:45pm....she was so rude I didn't even show up for the appt. I was appaulled at the way she spoke. I've been coming to this salon for many years and have brought my daughters as well. I mostly have been happy about the service. But let me tell you. Whoever this stuck up chick was, is killing your business. Her tone and manners made me vomit in my mouth. A friend overheard the call and was as shocked as I was. The probably $1000.00 I've spent there over the last few years. DONE. I can't imagine someone like that coming near me and touching my hair. What a Joke.

I've been going to Amtul for years now, since I was in junior high and she's so professional. Im always so satisfied with her work. Her haircutting skills are amazing!! and I only get my highlights done by her. She's super good at what she does, she puts a great amount of effort and professionalism into matching what my needs are and making sure I leave the salon satisfied which is always!! She's extremely patient and works very hard to make sure you get the look you've hoped to. Shes awesome at what she does!! Definitely would recommend her for your services.

The staff is so unprofessional I booked appointment for 5 pm and I went at 5 sharp they told me they cannot cut my hairs until 7:30pm or asked me to come next day even though I had my appointment for 5:00pm than I left the place and was on my way called me asked thatbthey can donmy haircut after 15 min. secondly, their staff is not expert at all they just trimmed my whole beard like a small kid done does not show any finishing at all staff is so rude, unexpert and unprofessional. I do not recommend to visit this place anyone nor I am visiting anymore

First time coming to this salon and I was beyond impressed. Kara did an amazing job on my hair!! They didn't have the color I was after in stock and she offered to order it in if I was willing to wait. How many places would do this? It's a unique color so I completely understood why they didn't have it. I wanted to proceed with the appointment so Kara offered me alternative color options and I was so happy with the final result. Kara was so friendly and professional. The salon is modern and clean. I will definitely be going back here.

Very bad service from a Caucasian lady, Cara or Tara. She blames her other colleagues instead of resolving issue. Had an appointment at 7 and waited until 7.30pm. Instead of taking me she went to take 7.30 pm customer. Ridiculous service and expensive at this location . This place is Good for people who like to waste their time and money , in addition to terrible customer service from Cara or Tara. PS I had good service until today. Bye

It was my first time visiting here. I had a very bad experience. They don’t have styling equipments, even simple curler was not there. I went there for hair cut and styling and there was no curler available so they were not able to style my hair. Moreover they charged me for the full visit.. I literally just came out with wet hairs. Worst experience ever had. Not recommending it to anyone. Be very careful with your hairs if you visit.

Worst place to get your hair cut. Cece cut my hair so short after I told her not to lose length and I told her no old hair styles she did everything I asked her not to do walked out of there with a mushroom haircut omg I cried all the way home I have never in my life gotten such a bad hair cut. To top it off the manager Desiree wouldn't even acknowledge me I was cleary upset with my haircut. so so disgusted with my experience there

I've been using Hair Technique for a few years now and would highly recommend this salon to others! Amtul has always been the one to give me a haircut and she never disappoints! The service, attention to detail plus customer service is great and you enjoy getting a haircut there. The prices are also much lower compared to some of the other salons in the city and paired with the service and ease of haircuts, it is truly worth it!

Rude owner and untidy environment. I was a regular customer, very cheap hair cut and fast. The owner has an attitude when you try to book or cancel an appointment due to family emergency. Once I canceled without notice he showed me an attitude and hung up the phone. I used to tip everytime but he does not remember anyone by name. He is a typical brown guy with low class barber attitude

I usually go to my regular barber but he went out of country so I decided to try this place. When I ask for any suggestions for hair style for my type of hairs , she was like whatever you like !! Then I explained her how I want my hair to be cut and trimmed from side back and top. Still not what I wanted as my end result. I can say she tried but for $18 a cut I am not satisfied.

I happened to be on Pembina and called to get a haircut. I was told to wait 15 mins for my haircut and had to wait over 30. During which no one even acknowledged my presence or tried to tell me the remaining time. I would not recommend this location at all. I've been to the other location on Keewatin, their customer service is a lot nicer and friendlier.

Second rate. First time my eyebrows were done there the lady did a very nice job. Second time one was done so badly even my partner noticed. I went back and she said it was because I didn't have a lot of eyebrows. I have even less now! They offered me a gift card for the price of the wax..i left the gift card behind as I won't be back.

Love this place! In the middle of my appt I had to leave and the stylist "Warren" helped me finish up my color and leave. In replace for services I was going to get, He recommended some great products to help with my kids hair! Excellent color job and servive! Amtual is the only person I trust with my brows. I had an appointment for haircut at 3. I was there on time & I had to wait outside the salon for 15 mins. The old woman was rude. The worst part is I showed the old lady a picture of nice taper and fade for me and she ended up cutting my hair leaving me look like Kim Jong-Un. Never gonna go back there.

My wife goes to this place. She can always get an appointment as long as she calls a few hours before we get to Winnipeg. I wait for her sometimes, and I find the people very easy to get along with. She's always pleased with the result, and the location is perfect.

My first experience with them was my son’s haircut and he is only two n half years old. Amtul, his hair stylist, was so patient with him. I showed her the style i wanted and she did nice job. Then I got my haircut as well and I am completely satisfied.

I have had my hair cut by June (the previous owner) and her staff for over 10 years. They are always friendly and knowledgeable. The prices have gotten expensive over the years but so have the prices of food.

Maybe they are good with adults hair cut.but they are definitely not good with kids hair cut. They don't know how to style kids hair and just ask you what to do.
