I had the nanoplastia + botox treatment done with Maria. I think the staff are really nice and informative, and I don't have any issues in this regard. I do however have an issue with their customer service when something goes wrong. I'd specifically enquired if their treatments would cause changes to my hair color before booking and was told that it wouldn't affect it, and if it does they do some sort of toning service to fix it. However, after the treatment my hair that was colored changed shades. I tried contacting them to ask about this and they just said the shampoo/treatment couldn't have caused this. They said the before/after pictures they had on file didn't look like there was any color change. However, they took those "before" pictures after my hair was already washed with their products. I said if they looked at the before picture I'd sent before booking the treatment (I had already sent one before booking to discuss my hair length and price) and after pictures and they could see the color change for themselves, but they ignored this. When I emailed them further questions asking about the ingredients in the products used, they ignored those messages too. My attempts at contacting them to arrive at a possible solution have been ignored up to this point and this comes across as really unprofessional to me. It's a shame because I thought they had great customer service up to that point, but looks like it extends only up to the part where you swipe your credit card. EDIT: Why would I mention the 40 minutes late bit when my issue is with the color change after the treatment and not the extra $40? Please don’t deflect from the issue at hand and try to imply I’m posting this review because I’m unhappy about the extra $40. I realize I was late and it was a fair charge and I had no issue paying it. Also I wasn’t expecting a response on Sunday. Saturday and Monday are working days at the salon and I waited until late evening Monday in the hope that perhaps you’d respond to the question I’d asked. And nobody spent “hours” talking to me over the phone or 20-30 minutes *EACH* time I called. At most it must’ve been 10-15 minutes the first time and under 5 minutes for any afterwards related to appointment bookings. The pictures I’ve shared clearly shows the color change from the dark brown to a light orange brown shade, which I now need to get toned. After this happened, I also checked with other salons that offer nanoplastia to ask if it can cause color changes to make sure I wasn't imagining things, and each and every one told me yes it can lighten the color a few levels. Many of them use the same products as yours. Nevertheless, I hope going forward you inform future clients of the possibility of color change so they can plan their coloring services accordingly and manage expectations.

WARNING - Nanoplastia here can cause permanent damage. BE CAREFUL! I got nanoplastia done at Haircare Pro in February 2023. I have been highlighting my hair for 16 years and they said it would be fine to do nanoplastia. It seemed great at first, but over the next month my hair started breaking off and leaving very short pieces. I went to get my highlights touched up in March 2023 and my regular stylist refused to colour my hair because it was so damaged from the treatment. I went to a second stylist and she said the same thing - my hair is too damaged from the treatment and she refused to colour my hair. So, my roots are growing in, and I also had to chop off my long hair to a bob to match the shorter pieces. I still can't find a stylist who will do any colour on my hair, including to dye it darker to match my roots. The worst part is, when I emailed Haircare Pro to notify them, they said there was "no way" the nanoplastia caused this, I signed a release and basically, there will be no refund and go away. No offer to help, nothing. I generally don't leave bad reviews but really want to warn other people about nanoplastia. It's advertised as a conditioning treatment, but has totally damaged my hair. Had I known there was even a 10% chance of this happening, I wouldn't have gotten the treatment.

I very nervously booked for training with Evgeniya after being scammed by another company offering Hair Botox/Keratin/Nanoplastia training. The other company seemed very legit and had a really nice Instagram page but they took my money and made excuses, cancelling my training and finally giving me a fake address. I was scared to book with another company but Evgeniya from Hair Botox did everything possible to assure me that the training was real and legit and she went out of her way to accommodate my needs after losing a lot of money from another trainer. If you’re thinking of training, please save your self the heartbreak and devastation of being scammed and do your training with her! She is legit and a wonderful teacher. I was given a really nice kit to start out with and I learned so much that I literally just performed my first hair Botox 2 days later with amazing results! The products are high quality and I can’t wait to expand and try the rest of the product line! I also really love and appreciate that Evgeniya has herself plastered all over Instagram, so you can see she is actually a real person! Beware the trainers that don’t post any pictures of themselves, don’t have an actual business address posted and no online reviews! Thanks again for the amazing training!

My hair is naturally dark brown but I have been a blonde now for as long as I can remember, none the less, this doesnt change the fact that my pigment is stubborn and I have to bleech my hair to be the shade I am in right now (platinum). On top of that I enjoy changing the shades in my hair (pin, purple, Blue) which further causes damage to my hair. For those who understand the process and at which cost/damage, you can probably imagine that growing out my hair is close to impossible. Yet, my hair is not only looking healthy now after I put it into the care of Euegenia, it has significantly grown out past the typical "breaking point", so much that the people whom I have not seen in a couple of month have actually commented on it and I have only been to the salon 2ce. (i got Cold treatment/botox first time around and Cold Treatment the second time around after I bleached/toned my hair (aprox1,5/2 month after the first)). Not only is my hair in a better shape its much smoother despite the rough texture of my curly/damaged by straightening and bleech hair. I am so looking forward to coming back again because I can see and feel the difference and so can others. Thank You Haircare Pro for taking on my "not so easy" case.

I've had an amazing experience at Haircare pro salon doing Nanoplastia treatment with Cindy and Tape in Hair Extensions with Evgenia. Thank you so much for explaining everything in details including aftercare. My hair was so dull and out of shape prior the treatment was done! I waited two months prior to posting the review because I wasn't sure if the treatment will last but I was explained what products I should be using and how to take care of my hair after the treatment and extensions being installed. This is the best condition my hair ever been !!! Also I was so nervous about the extensions since I had a bad experience previously with another place, but Evgenia took time to explain me all the difference between different types of extensions that they offer and what would be the best for my hair. They are very comfortable and my hair looks so nice & full Love it! Got lots of compliments I will be definitely coming back and will advise this place to all my friends. My hair type is naturally straight with the occasional wave and some frizz caused by my baby hairs. So I signed up for a scalp treatment and hair botox to help bring life back into my hair. I could not be happier with the results! The scalp treatment didn't impact my scalp as much as I'd hoped it would but the hair botox definitely made up for it. Even after my first wash, the results are still very visible. My hair is frizz free, very soft, shiny and super easy to style! Its practically perfect in the morning even after I sleep. I'm usually quite picky with choosing the right salon because I've had bad experiences before and I didn't want to trust my long hair with anyone I wasn't sure of. I wanted to go to a small place that prefers quality over quantity and that was exactly what I got. The salon was absolutely lovely and so was the staff. Maria worked on my hair and I absolutely loved her. She explained my options well, was extremely skilled and gentle when washing/drying/straightening my hair and offered wonderful conversation and great tips about haircare. I will definitely be going back for as long as I remain in Mississauga!

If your hair is extremely dry and damaged then you should definitely go for hair box.I did alot of treatments on my hair including smoothening and keratin.However,after sometime it got damaged.The ends of my hair usually looks dry and damaged.After observing alot of good reviews on Haircare pro;i had decided to give a final try.I didn’t had much hope when i went there. I was surprised to see the results.It looks smooth and easy to brush as well.Even after the hair wash,the hair is perfect.It doesn’t gives a 100% straight look;however the hair seems to be natural with some curls. Evgenia is really talented.She explained each and every single thing and even the after care instruction as well.Even the products she suggested are excellent.She work really fast as well. I recommend this salon to everybody who really loves their hair. Kudos to the entire team. N.B I am attaching my before and after photos as well.

Most amazing experience! I got the nanoplastia treatment for the first time and Evgenia was amazing from the minute I contacted her on instagram, it was so easy to make an appointment and very organized. Before the treatment she took a lot of time educating me about the different options and ensuring this was best for me... she’s extremely educated about it all and you can tell how much she cares about her clients! Her home studio is the cutest coziest place and she even gave me cake and coffee while I waited for the treatment to do its thing. It’s been a week since I’ve gotten it done and I’m in love with the results already, I had very very frizzy and curly hair and it’s sooo much more manageable and healthy! It reduced my curls by 50% and my frizz so much, I can’t wait to get it done again☺️ I highly recommend going to Evgenia for any service and I trust her 100% with my hair ❤️

I am just writing this because I chose this salon from reading their reviews. I did Keratin here, but unfortunately, it didn't last long. After I told them, I went to the salon again for shampoo and blowdry, and they said I should be patient and dry out my hair carefully. They were right, but It was not the straight hair I was looking for because of lots of frizz. They gave me a hair mask and protector to help my hair, but whenever I don't use them, my hair is very hard to deal with. It's less than a month, and my hair is not straight anymore with blowdry. I didn't have very curly hair but I dyed my hair. I am giving 4 stars because they are professional in treating customers and they are friendly. I believe this natural keratin just doesn't work on my hair, and the price isn't worth it for me. I might go here for other treatments but not keratin.

I tried the Nanokeratin treatment about a month and a half ago and all the effects almost faded. I have done this treatment 4 times before in another country and my hair looked perfect for at least 4 months. I followed all their recommendations and even purchased a Nanokeratin aftercare kit online but it didn’t help much. My hair looked perfect for about 3 weeks but at week 4 the effects started to diminish considerably. Spent too much money for how long it lasted. I give them 4 starts because the girls are wonderful and they are very professional, polite and super friendly, and they did a great job explaining all the steps of the treatment. I for sure would have come back after how they treated me but the results weren’t what I expected, especially when the cost of these treatments are that high.

Hair Botox is literally the best treatment for my hair! I been wanting to do this treatment for so long but because my hair was colored damaged and super dry, I was scared it might of make it more damaging or change the tone to the color but it was the opposite. It really makes my hair feel way more soft and back to life! After, I washed my hair (kept Botox Treatment for 2days) I can definitely feel the difference. I let it air dry and it was so nice and no frizzyness. I do suggest getting the products to maintain it too though. I got the SOS line, Shampoo/ Conditioner, Treatment and Thermo protector and honestly they are really good products!! My hair has never felt like this. Truly recommend and Evgenia is the best!! Can’t wait to see her again for my next appointment !!

I picked this salon based on a large amount of great reviews, as I live nearby. Last week I got my hair botox done with Maria - a great person who is extremely passionate about what she's doing. She was providing an explanation to every step as we were moving through the process which is something I was looking for, as my hair is my treasure. I left the salon feeling happy! My dead ends are gone - they are not visible now, my hair overall are silky smooth and baby frizzy hairs are not visible either! They are now kind of aligning to the rest of hair, which makes any hair style look absolutely gorgeous! Also I found that the atmosphere in the salon is just very friendly. Definitely coming back. I came to this cute cozy place and had no troubles finding it. Inside its so neat and has a very appealing interior. I liked that the place is super clean and well organized. My hair was severely damaged after bleaching it blonde for a while and i knew I needed something to fix it. I was a bit sceptical at first but the results spoke for themselves. I was offered professional treatment with extra touches of cold therapy. My hair was like silk after the treatment and i walked out of there happy and feeling rejuvenated. I’ve recently received another hair treatment from Marija. Also met the owner who turned out to be a very nice woman, sad I didn’t get a chance to meet her sooner! We’ve figured that for my hair type and structure that would be ideal if I come in once in a 4 month period and I usually get the botox treatment done. Another great perk: lots of the times staff is working one on one with clients, which is very cool considering the pandemic situation. Evgenia recommended the hair botox , for my super dry blonde curly hair. It was my first time trying this treatment and am glad I did it. I have thick course hair, Evgenia took her time to make sure the treatment is done right and it certainly shows. My hair feels softer , smoother and less frizzy. I also realized my hair is easier to blow dry, and stays straight longer. Evgenia herself is a professional, welcoming and has a beautiful comfortable home studio. I was waiting for a few washes to comment on my hair botox and all I can say is wow! The treatment did wonders to my hair, they are soft, shiny, look fuller and healthier, and my frizz is much less. Got my nanoplastia done with Marija and her performance was incredible!!! My hair is very long (waist level) and as it gets colder outside, I find it much harder to take good care of it as it becomes dehydrated, dry and frizzy - my hair is very thin. I’ve tried hair botox in the same salon with Marija as well and I personally find that nanoplasia works the best for my hair. Marija is always there for me to guide me and familiarize me with all of my options! Absolutely worth of the travel time!

My hair was damaged because of bleaching. It was wrinkled, tangled and falling off due to breakage. However, Haircare Pro was able to repair it and brought back its luster and shine, even better than before. The first day I booked the training with Evgenia I wasn't sure one day is enough but honestly the way she trains is very efficient and one day is more than enough for hair treatment training with her. I had experience with a keratin, more than five years in other country. Unfortunately, I try here Nanoplastica , effects after this procedure was less after 2 months, now passed 4 month and nothing left at all. I totally not recommend this salon. I know how it must be - and this time was just waisting money ! Not worth it.

I won the Felps anti breakage hair products from a contest held on their Instagram. The products are wonderful, especially when colouring your hair. My hair is soft and healthy feeling and I did notice less breakage while using the hair products. The owner is wonderful, kind and communicates well with you.

I had a training at Haircare pro . It was amazing. You will be left with tons of information and practice on real models . You can ask any questions during the training . The owner is the nicest person . She will give you advices . I enjoyed the whole process of my training.

I got my hair Botox done here, I was looking for deep conditioning treatment for my hair and Angela explained the benefits of hair Botox to me and we went ahead with that, and the results are amazing, I have softer non frizzy hair , and very easy to style, loving my hair!

Got Hair Botox treatment for first time here. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. My hair is naturally frizzy so I am seeing results in terms of less frizz, more shine and less time to dry my hair! Overall very happy with the results and would come back again. :)
