My daughter had her hair done here I rated two stars because I needed a short notice appointment and they got her in fast. She had long hair and wanted it cut shorter showed the hair dresser a picture. Came out looking like Dora the explorer it took the hair dresser less than 10 minutes to do her hair. She ended up coming out with short bangs and had about 7 inches cut off. the picture she showed her did not have bangs and went to her shoulders but she came out with hair cut to her chin. Also when I got home I had to cut some extra clumps of hair as there were some that she missed. My daughter starts school this week and is devastated. There are also lots of uneven areas and no she did not get layers.

Tried to call to make an appointment after reopening from covid 19, I was rudely told that the hours are no longer as stated online they are only staying as long as needed for that day's appointments which is totally understandable. I tried to explain which hours would be convenient for both parties but again was rudely cut off and told "i have a client in" several times with no attempt to get anymore information from me. Seems if you are not a regular client of theirs they arent interested in your business. Shame because I previously had good experiences.

Very rude when you try to make an appointment, and they don't call back when you leave a message either. Can't even understand why you would treat customers with such disrespect and impatience. Wanted to help the small business during these tough times, but turns out they would rather make me feel stupid for trying to book an appointment. Don't go here

Great place! Always available when I need to book a last minute appointment. Easy to access whether by vehicle or bus. If you are looking for an appointment in the evening I recommend making an appointment. Prices are consistent with competitors and I have never thought twice about the cost.

I did my eyebrows there for the first time and that was the biggest mistake! lesson learned! never going back for eyebrow waxing!!! my eyebrows look like a line and a half after the job they did. Remember look at the eyebrows of the person that is doing your eyebrows.

Was looking for a great quick haircut and then BAM! These folks got me in quick and I do have to give kudos for Ms. Dawn. Talented and accurate with her scissors & have to say she’s fast to cut my hair. Definitely recommending these folks to everyone …

Worst day in my life when I trusted them to do sweeping. I paid $157 without any results but with damaged hair. no color or change in look. if you want to waste your money and damage your hair go to them.

Cozy place with pleasant, competent staff. Open on Mondays, which is unusual for a salon and stays open late on Thursdays, which I appreciate.
