I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are clean with good lighting. They have an Annex which is opposite each other. The food is affordable but not so great. However, I don't expect much from northern catering. I guess it's more about how I like my food than the cooking skills. They have a functional wifi which is cool. Also, I got discount for my 4th night stay. The room amenities were in good condition except for the Intercom which wasn't ringing out when the staff were calling my room. The staff are great and polite. The hotel is in a good location, serene environment and close to a convenience store for basic supplies. Their generator noise was deafening though....but I was glad my room was far from the noise. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will visit again

Lovely Hotel. I stayed in the Deluxe Double room which cost N16,000. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. However the sheets had some stains on them and the furnitures were old with Burn Marks. The TV channels were unclear,so I didnt enjoy watching the Television. The Toilet and Bathroom impressed me the most,Clean and Beautiful.

The hotel is located in Gingiyu, behind DSS office, Kano. The internal environment is serene but the access road to the hotel is not tarred. In comparison to other hotels in Kano, it is fairly cheap and located in a secured area. The reception is above average. The hotel has been renovated. It has been given a new facelift.

Service I received was not commensurate with the money I paid. No complimentary water, breakfast or even coffee in the rooms. I had some trouble with mosquitos in my first night there. Room service is timely though.

Average rate hotel. Their food is not so great either but very affordable. Staff interaction was good. They have another lodging just across the street where I lodged. The ambience was ok. I didn't see any pool or recreational spots.

Its comfy, and rooms are very ok. The Management needs to work on the taste of the food which is slightly below average. The room services crew are kind and always wear a smile.

Haitel is one of the best hotels in kano state. It is near the DSS headquarters so it is a very safe area to live in. It is a modern building and everything inside is modern.

We had to beg them before they gave us towel, but they couldn't give us sugar and teabag which was part of our fee. The management sucks.

Small Room, tiny Bed, nonfunctional Fridge, Shower not working, had to beg for a Soap. Summary; too expensive for such a mediocre value.
