Honest, reliable, dedicated tour operator, with a mind for convenience and ease of life for all! Facilities had been outstanding and beyond what others from the UK had received! Hotel in Azizia was never going to be 5* but it was a top hotel (my cousin had vouched and rated 10/10 whilst living in another around the corner, coming to Hajj through another group). I purchased and paid for a 24day package but was given a 30day package at no extra cost by the same tour operator, same for a handful of others who booked. Therefore, I should be complaining about all the extra days; hotel and food we did get that we didn't pay for! Here he would have maximised his profits for sure - by sending us all packing home!! True I had issues, we were given the smallest room in the hotel at Azizia with extra ladies sharing our room - this was due to other ladies being selfish and inconsiderate to the ladies that were made to cry. Yes Haji Arif had been harsh, but he looked at the knock on effect the instigators were causing to others and reacted accordingly (I assure you - you and I would have done exactly the same if we were in his shoes at that moment in time). In another instance, he was rude to guests but they had been rude first! True the organiser had a few minor problems which each and every group going to Saudi will always have; the control for transport, leaving Mecca, Azizia and Madina- are not in the hands of the tour operators but, that of the Saudi Government! People forget so easily Hajj had been brought early by 1 day this year by KSA (everything had already been booked before) try and not hold the operator liable for the additional day we got in Azizia. Be grateful for everything we did get! Be grateful we didn't walk or have to use taxis for our Ziyaraat! Be grateful he and his staff were there all the time on call. Be grateful for the wheelchairs he had his staff push for those in need. Be grateful you didn't truly get a dirty, mini size, unmanned hotel that offered unhealthy and unhygienic food, on the contrary we all loved the food and many had a room big enough to fit 10 beds and only had 6 beds! Be grateful the 3rd day of Jamaraat was walking distance from the hotel to the buses! Most importantly, we had ALL done our hajj using transportation for everything, were fed regular and no-one had missed out on a major act/ritual. I strongly suggest you seek out other Hajjis or Hajiyanis from Bolton, Preston, Blackburn and Dewsbury to find out their horror stories. I will always be grateful to Haji Tours for the happy; memorable once in a lifetime Hajj experiece he has allowed us all to have, this is because so much could have gone wrong but it did not! I have had the pleasure of travelling with Haji Tours to do hajj in 2018 and also have used their services for Umrah. Haji Tours was personally recommended to us by a family friend who has used Haji Tours for the last 15 years. I originally booked a Hajj package for 28 days, when we travelled for Hajj , Haji Tours offered us an extra 2 days, for free, in my personal opinion at better hotels at no extra cost. Original packaged stated that only breakfast will be included at Makkah but Haji Arif provided a dinner meal services to us at the Conrad Hotel out of his own pocket, this was between 175 to 200 riyals per person per night (£ 35-40). During the whole visit Haji Arif was personally with us , he was in the same hotel, sleeping in the same tent in Mina, with us in Mudzafallah and also with us through out all the the coach travel. A member of his team was always present and where extremely helpful through out the hajj for all request. When I purchased the hajj package everything was written down in a clear contract with an ATOL certificate, which stated the names of the hotels, the number of days at each hotel, the airline being used(Saudia Airlines), the food arrangement, qurbani, ziarats and the travel arrangements between all sites was stated. I originally went on Umrah in 2017, i asked the staff at the Hilton hotel in Makkah regarding Haji Tours, they knew Haji Arif personally and vouched for him saying he had been using the hotel since it was built and his business was a business you can trust. I would recommend Haji Arif and Haji Tours with out any problems. Certain negative comments have been made by a group of individuals, of those who went on hajj with us would state that their account of what took place is different to what actually took place. They bought their hajj packages through a third party who sold them something greater than was in the package, when they complained to Haji Arif, he frankly stated I don't know what's been promised to you and this is the first time I've met you so your complaint should be with the person who sold you your package, at which point they accepted this and decided to talk to the person who sold them the package. Also comments of women being shouted at are inaccurate because I was there and that is not what happened. Unfortunately somebody became ill and Haji Arif saw to it they were transported to a medical facilities, this was at about 7 o'clock in the morning when every body was going to stone the shaitan ( the busiest bit of hajj), I believe Haji Arif went personally with the person and her family to the hospital. So I would use Haji Tours again, I believe my brother in law is in the process of booking Hajj and will be inshallah using Haji Tours. I will be doing my next umrah through them again aswell. DON'T USE THIS SERVICE FOR UMRAH. AGENCY CANCELLED OUR HOTEL LAST MINUTE AND OWNER SAID TO A FAMILY TO SLEEP ON THE ROAD. Reasons: 1) One of our group member who had a family with a baby called the Agency Owner as they cancelled our booking last minute. We had no place to stay in the middle of night and were worried what to do. The Agency owner told them to SLEEP ON THE ROAD!!! And said its not his fault when he was the one that cancelled the bookings. 2) The guide for Medinah was so ill-mannered and disrespectful. It seemed as if he didn't want to do his job. Furthermore, he didn't even seem well-informed about the locations and history behind it. 3) The Agency cancelled our HOTEL booking in MEDINAH right at the last moment and we had to wonder around for hours cluelessly. When we contacted the Agency owner about the poor service he instead was talking to us as if he did us a favour by booking another cheaper hotel. He even lied that this newer hotel was better then the previous one which ACTUALLY WASN'T AT ALL. IF YOU PAY ALMOST £4000 FOR UMRAH YOU EXPECT TO AT LEAST GET A DECENT SERVICE, BUT THIS WAS FAR FROM THAT. The first half was good I will admit that, but it should have been the same for the whole trip. If you pay so much, you should expect good service throughout the trip.

Our experience with Haji Tours was amazing journey from the moment we last our home. I couldn’t fault their service as everything was so comfortable and hassle free me and my family. we had organised a private package which meant transport and ziyarat had to be arranged prior to our departure. The amazing people at Haji Tours had this sorted for us. Alhamdulilah our stays in both Makkah and Medina were fantastic during our Umrah. We stayed in Swiss hotel in Makkah and Movenpick in Medina. Originally our hotels were booked at other hotels close by but Alhamdulilah the amazing people at HajiTours were able to organise an upgrade for us which was really beneficial for me and my family and in Medina we were upgraded to a hotel close to women’s entrance as this was easier for my mother and sister. I would definitely recommended to book with Haji Tours. Their service is fantastic. They regularly keep in contact with you throughout your journey. Brilliant service.

Haji Tours irresponsible and a very mismanaged organisations who's owner Arif is a bully and verbally abusive towards women. The 5 star package that they offer you at the start of the process changes after you have paid your money and a are few days off from flying. In Mecca Shareef the number of nights given in 5 star hotel changes again so that you end up spending more nights in Azizia (worse than 3 star) and you only get 2 and half Days in Madina shareef. Arif verbally abused sisters in the next room to us in Azizia and bought them to tears. Arif had no consideration for people that fell ill even though they promise medical facilities, the ill had to fend for themselves. Avoid this tour operator as Arif will ruin your once in a lifetime religious obligation.

I would advise not to book through Haji Tours, they are very rude and disorganised. You will not get what you are promised. The package was changed last minute. The time in Madina was reduced to 2 and a half days, the hotels were changed and the transportation was not organised. In Madina my family was provided with 3 beds for 4 people.When my family inquired Arif was very abusive and had no solution for them. He was disrespectful to my mother and had no consideration for anyone no matter if they were elderly or ill. I would avoid at all costs. You will not get what you pay for, your package will be downgraded. You will not receive any kind of service and you will be expected to just deal with it and make the best of what you have been provided.

I booked tailor made Umrah trip in March 2016 with them which was 5star Makkah hilton suites which was very good Madina hotel was stated as 5 star but it was like 3 or 4 max transport was very good spot on. After a great trip i decided to go on Hajj this year aswell So i decided to book with same people as i had really good time. Hajj 2016 first week in Hilton suites again rooms were fine everything went well. then we moved to Azizya which is near to mina good location only downfall rooms were a bit too crowded. It was our first time going to Saudi and nerves were on top note, my husband booked through haji tours the best decision ever, they were up front about everything. During our Umrah and Hajj they were with us literally every step of the way. The whole 3 weeks was an amazing experience we wanted for nothing, food and drinks were available 24/7, Rafi bhai went way beyond his call of duty and was extremely informative about all our ziyaarats. Our Hajj trip was amazing! Firstly thanks to Allah swt, but then thanks to Arif bhai and the Haji Tours team. Arif bhai went out of his way to ensure we were all looked after and received the best service. The organisation of travelling etc was brilliant and Haji Tours managed to do everything with as little inconvenience as possible. Obviously not everything was in the control of Haji Tours, but what was - they did the best they could. We were then gifted with a beautiful little reunion at Eastern Pearl at the end! Just recently booked through Haji Tours. Everything went through smoothly. All the people that I spoke to on the phone and face to face were extremely professional. I also received some excellent advice and the kind gentleman even printed off a “How to perform Ummrah” guide which i really do appreciate as this is my first time going there. We went to haj last year 2016, 6 people from my family. I was very nervous as I was given the task to find a good agent and it was a big responsibility bearing in mind how much money was involved. Alhamdullilah brother Arif delivered what he promised, we were looked after, guided all the way through and I can honestly say it was the best experience of my life. Look no further, brother Arif is a very honest and genuine person and is true to his word, I would definitely recommend Haji Tours, it was worth every penny.

Booked a umrah trip with them and paid for 4/5 star accomadation in Makkah. Upon arriving in Makkah was met by their middle man who told me that the hotel I was supposed to be in was fully booked and dumped myself and 3 others in a 2 star hotel. They tried to make up for their mistake by offering me A stay in Anjum hotel with b+b on my return from madina for one night but the damage was done. Still hearing bad things about this place from my friends. Best to avoid and go somewhere that does not lie or mislead.

Agree with all the reviews about changing people's packages at the last minute. Thieves who should fear Allah. My pensioner parents were booked into two 5 star hotels and paid almost £3000 for the comfort. Package was changed two weeks before travel, to two awful hotels with '5 star ratings on paper but not translated in real life or in cost. The difference in price was not refunded and I'm sure they do this often to pocket the difference. STAY FAR AWAY. They're liars and thieves.

I have had the good fortune to perform Hajj and Umrah several times with Haji Tours over the past decade. From one visit to the next, Haji Arif has improved the service and experience for his clients. He is always seeking to exceed expectations. Of course things go wrong in Saudi Arabia, but, these are mostly out of the control of Haji Tours and most travellers appreciate this. I recommend Haji Tours to everyone for Hajj and Umrah. Haji tours provided good service kept us updated at all times by email and watsap. The hotel hilton convention was excellent the hotel in Madinah was advertised as 5 star but when we got their we found out it was a 3 star hotel. Haji Tours, is an exemplary service provider to the hajj and ummrah pilgrims. I have travelled with many, and having completed my hajj on 2019 with Haji Arif, Qari Sb, Rafi Sb and Many other helpers in Saudi, I was really overwhelmed by their excellent customer service, the standard of service was phenomenal, the hotels were perfect, from a-z everything was transparent. I went to Hajj with my wife in 2019 on the 28 days group with Haji Arif as our group Leader. We had an amazing time. We had no issues. Mr Arif was very kind and helpful. Do not book via this operator, disrespectful, no organisation, ameture operator and robs your nights in 5 star hotels, increases your stay in azizia from 3 nights to 7 nights so he can maximise on his profit you end up with 2 and half days in Madina, original package was 5 days in Madina.
