This is a terrible company. I placed an order through them and at first they could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. Then, once they already had my money, the professionalism flew out the window. They are disorganized and will lie and lie. I placed an order and was given an approximate delivery date for about 2 weeks later. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt given recent events and yet 3 weeks later I'm having to run behind and call them to find out where my furniture is. I was eventually given a delivery date of either Monday or Tuesday (they couldn't say which for sure, but one of those days) and told I would not get a delivery time frame until noon on whichever day they decided to deliver. Then at 2pm on Tuesday I am still having to run after them only for them to tell me my delivery window starts in 1.5 hours (3:30pm-6pm). Then of course, 6pm rolls around and I haven't so much as received a call let alone my items - 2 days of waiting for a delivery that never came. It's now Wednesday, and after me contacting the business no less than twice for today I get a manager who lies through his teeth about how they never gave me a delivery time frame until I overhear a staff member say they did give me a time frame, then the guy lies about his lies and goes on about how he will get any negative reviews removed. If you value your time, energy, and money, stay away from this scam of a business.

This was the worst purchasing experience I have ever gone through. I bought a couch from them a few months ago and despite me measuring the door frame and stairway leading to my apartment and it being in spec they could not deliver. I called the store to see what my options were and they were adamant they could not do a refund. I was worried I would not find another item I liked and when I mentioned this I was met with condemnation and scolded like a child. The customer service is appalling. They do not care about you after you give them money lol. I initiated a chargeback with my credit card because I was honestly nervous to go back after a few phone calls with my sales agent and other employees being rude. I called my credit card company to check on the status of my chargeback and apparently this business claimed I had received the couch and my claim was fraudulent. Finally after 3 months I was awarded my money back. Long story short this business is practically a scam. They will fight you tooth and nail if anything goes wrong. The employees and managers are incredibly rude after sale. Despite the high reviews, the negative ones are the most liked. I wish I had paid more attention to that. There are much better furniture stores with higher quality, lower prices, and friendlier staff. Avoid this place like the plague for your sanity lol.

I wish i could give this place zero stars. I ordered furniture from them with an expected delivery date of the end of November maybe early December. I called them December 1st and was told the stuff was in the warehouse and would be calling to set up delivery for next week. The entire week goes by and no call. I had to call yet again to be told furniture wouldn't arrive until the end of February. I then decided i wanted my money back due to bad communication and they had lost my trust. They said I can have my money back minus a 25% restocking fee. My total I paid was $1688. 25% would have been over $400. 00 loss for no furniture. They tried selling me something that was nothing like I had originally ordered. I feel this is highway robbery. 25% restocking fee to restock furniture that I never received is a scam. I originally thought no refunds and restocking fee would apply if I just changed my mind and didnt want the furniture or had received it and didn't want it or like it. Not because they couldn't deliver the merchandise. They wanted me to wait 4 months and still no guarantee on that. I made a agreement with them but it still cost me $200.00. And see how they just made money for doing nothing. Please, Please, stay away from these crooks.

I am very disappointed. I bought a couch two weeks ago from this place because of their prices, I’m a new to Las Vegas. Now that I thought I had it resolved without having to keep call them regarding the couch of the L-shaped that I received was broke at the bottom of the couch. I let them know and they told me that I would have to wait for the manufacture to respond. I spoke with them today after speaking with one of the ladies(Mary) that told this weekend they will be receiving it but now they don’t know what time they would be delivering the couches and so they would call me to schedule next week. I’ve tried to be nice as I can but now that 900 dollars that’s not enjoyable for me with my new couches in my home. Instead they make me wait when I should be a top priority since I’ve waited. No type of communication , I had to keep calling mark that works there just to get them to tell me wth I’m waiting on. Bad for business .prices are good but they are not the right fit if they can’t take care of there customers when they’ve delivered something broken or was broken once they movers set them up.

I bought furniture here two years ago. Tbh it’s not even a full two years! Next month will be two years. But the couch and loveseat I ordered had came in scratched up and it looked used. I paid over $1700 for the set and roughly around $2400 in total because they threw in a coffee table set and dining set to match. The delivery was horrible! Had to keep calling! Then I sent in pictures and called the next day because my furniture was delivered late and they promised me a refund of only $100 after looking at the pics. I took it and chunked it up as a loss. But now I’m furious because my couch has a hole in it and is falling apart and I don’t even sit in my living room often. I don’t have many people over because of COVID of course. So why would the furniture be falling apart already?! And now I am stuck replacing everything because it’s all a set! Not to mention the dining table chairs are cheaply made and the coffee tables been wobbly and scratched up since day one BEWARE STAY AWAY! DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!

As other have stated before, this place is definitely a scam. I bought furniture and confirmed the time 2x for the upcoming weekend, but then when the weekend comes around I get a call stating it wouldn't be ready for a month. The manager was rude out of the gate yelling at me, when I said I wanted to cancel she said no she wouldn't do cancellations, untill i told her id take it to court then she changed her mind. I told her she needs to warn people before hand that it could possibly take a month to recieve their furniture and she said "why would we tell someone that then they wouldn't want to buy our furniture " all around rude lady. Would not take off the restocking fee for furniture on back order I never even got. How am I getting a restocking fee when It was never even placed on the truck?! This is absurd and iam considering filling a lawsuit about it honestly.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!! The furniture is very cheaply built and defective. I am paying over $2000 for terrible quality furniture. Unless you are desperate, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!! The people that serve you are very nice and I have no complaints about them except for telling me that there is nothing they can do now, so they referred me to the finance company named Cornerstone. They exchanged the first set with another one but I had to take pictures of it as it came in, to show all the defects and damage worse than the first set that they switched out. So they did try to rectify the situation but it's not thwir service. The furniture is hust cheap trash not even worth $500. So I'm just trying to save some people some grief.

Maria and Melissa were extremely helpful. Items that were on the showroom floor were able to be sold right then and there. They also made an effort to find items I wanted to get right away, such as a bed frame, and I picked it up that same day. Plus, the two gentlemen that came to assemble the furniture at my home were done in less than 30 minutes with the bed and the dining set. Quality of the furniture is also much higher than the junk you see on sites like Wayfair. Driving to one of the Half Price Furniture store locations can save you the disappointment of ordering something online that LOOKS nice, but turns out to be cheap plywood.

Please be aware of this place !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This store like really bad service. I purchased a Nov 30th around 7 pm dining table set but my wife changed it the next day morning. I tried to cancel my order not returned because of the delivery schedule on Saturday. But they told me they couldn't cancel because of policy and even talked to the manager only available on Monday. I spoke to the manager Monday morning, she told me a 25% restocking fee charge. WOW, This is like a Bandits. I just finished the paperwork. Within 24hrs requests cancel the charge for a 25% fee. I don't understand. This is an unlawful situation.

I just went by to check on prices for nightstands and could not believe how many different styles they have and have to also thank Mark the sales man that showed me around and was very patient and very professional so if you're looking any type of furniture without breaking the bank I would suggest going here you're actually going to be moving to a new location so hurry up and get some new stuff that looks very nice I was very surprised I would highly recommend it to anyone and once again thank you to mark now I can have a little extra money in the bank especially with the deal I got I saved at least $300

I have been several places looking for a particular bedroom set. The only place that had it was RC Willey but, it was on back order for at least two months...I went to half Price furniture and they had several that was completely, mirrored to what I wanted for half the price RC Willey had it for..Jennifer was Very nice and knowledgeable about the furniture and models of bedroom sets..Half Price furniture beat, RC Willey pricing by $1600.00! THANKS GUYS!! AND THE PRODUCT IS IN STOCK, AND I DONT HAVE TO WAIT 4-6 WEEKS FOR IT TO BE DELIVERED!!!

Not too far out of the way, Half Price Furniture cuts out all the hard sales moves and cuts straight to the end result. Melissa led us to the best deal in the house and let us work our way out from there. Ultimately we found exactly what we were looking for. Delivery was free, set up fee was affordable and totally worth it. Delivery drivers were awesome and communication between us and the store was perfect. I will shop here again and would recommend anyone looking for a great price on furniture to check this store out FIRST.

Great selection of furniture with great pricing and great customer service. Had a little situation with a couch I purchased and the ladies at the office and Mark took care of it so quickly. Mark even provided some extras and expedited the deliver for the inconvenience which he did not have to because it wasn’t any of their fault but he did anyways. You can get furniture anywhere but you can’t get this type of customer service just anywhere. Will be coming back soon to fill up the master bedroom next!

The lady’s both had poor customer service skills , wont ever call you back so if you get that “let me call you back in 5 mins” you’re never receive it , just that alone not even having to wait on the 1 month and 1 week wait for my furniture when I paid cash full price no payment plan , you think we would be the customers they handle priority for future returns !!!! But I got a refund I don’t even care about it being partial , that’s how bad it was and don’t try to explain your self’s in the reviews

I liked the store,(Valley View /Spring Mountain) I mean if you are looking for top shelf stuff you do not go here, but if you are an a budget they have nice stuff for great prices I did not feel pressured by Marc our salesman.He did a fantastic job I left the first time without buying anything was not pressured , I looked at other places then I came back there, I cannot comment on their delivery as I just had them put the bed in my truck.I would definitely recommend this place.

I used to work here, they will sell you a new piece of furniture and if they don't have it in stock they will just take the floor model off the floor. Always problems with stock, no one ever knows if anything is available but they'll for sure sell it to you. NO cancellations, NO refunds, and some of the other reviews on here are from some of my old coworkers lol. I've seen the owner and one of the managers SCREAM at both customers and old coworkers.

Don't waste your time.. you can get the same for cheaper at Walker, Ashley any big box. And the service is better!! Half price nice during buying process but very rude and unhelpful when it comes to an issue!! I left 3 faulty chairs to be fixed and it took them 4 months as of today to say I have to pay for repairs from defects!! Big box service goes above and beyond in a timely manner. I let you guys have the chairs and il absorb the loss.

It was an OK experience here. There was a few options to choose from in store. They did say they could order more items from a catalogue but we really wanted to see the items in person first. I also was a little skeptical that the prices were truly as low as they could have been given the quality of the pieces in the store. We ended up going somewhere else in the end.

My partner & I had a pleasant experience walking into this store, compared to other furniture stores near by. Natasha was very friendly & not pushy at all. She made us feel very comfortable, & as a result — We found exactly what we wanted/needed at a good price (also compared to other stores). Can’t wait to receive our sofa sectional! The building is a blue store on the corner of Spring Mountain and Polaris. It doesn't look like much on the outside but it has some really nice furniture on the inside with pretty good prices. Sofas, beds, furniture sets and more with 2 credit options for customers. I recommend visiting this store if you want quality goods without crazy prices.

Will absolutely recommend to everyone! Had horrible experience with other stores but this store made our experience wonderful from looking at options to selection to purchase to delivery and set up. The cost was reasonable for the couch and for set up. EVERYONE was pleasant to work with, even the guys who delivered and set it up were amazing.

This place is a horrible company. Do not do business with them. They don't keep their delivery times and they try to call you to put another delivery time and if you don't answer they charge you 99 dollars!
