I am currently going through my first pregnancy and several people have told me about the benefits of seeing a physiotherapist to help prepare my body and pelvic floor for birth as well as to help me bounce back afterwards. I have been seeing Emma for a few weeks and she has been amazing. I feel very comfortable with her and she has helped me prepare my body for an experience I would otherwise find very scary ( birth) . She has answered any question I had and helped me with at home exercises. I now feel more assured and comfortable going into labour. The staff at Hamilton Ontario Physiotherapy is all professional and friendly. Positive experience hands down.

I was suffering from serious backpain and neck pain for a while. I started visiting Hamilton Chiropractic and I was introduced to Emma for taking Physiotherapy. I cannot explain in word how much helpful she is. By following her guidance and doing some simple exercises, my health condition improved tremendously and my back pain is almost disappeared. I highly recommend Hamilton Chiropractic and Wellness. I fell down the stairs of my house and had a terrible pain in my lower back. I could not sit in any chair. I made an appointment with Ashor and he did a full assessment identifying where the problem was. After my first session, I was able to sit by short periods. Then, two sessions later, I was perfect, no pain. Thank you, Ashor! I could make a 12 hours trip sitting thanks to you.

My pelvic physiotherapist Emma is amazing. She’s incredibly kind and gives honest feedback and helps me make realistic goals. She also pumps me up when I’m feeling low about my progress fantastic experiences here with her! The clinic feels welcoming and homey, but 1 star taken away because the only way in is a long steep staircase; no elevators so beware wheelchair users.

Called the office as a new patient because of extreme pain in my hip, much to my surprise I was given an appointment that afternoon. Dr. Ashor was very personable, professional and new exactly how to treat my hip. With just a few appointments I was pain free and had increased movement. I would highly recommend this clinic and especially Dr. Ashor.

I have been going to Emma for acupuncture for a little while now and she has been fantastic! I suffer from headaches and she has helped me with exercises to strengthen my neck muscles as well as acupuncture to help them. It has been wonderful. She is so kind and caring and has listened to me to help me with the best treatments possible!
