It's a really good library super friendly (though I was mostly shy to actually speak) I'd enjoy hearing them interact with customers coming and going they greet you kindly and they'd offer to help me search for anything which was helpful also super informative AND if you're a movie watcher like me you'll enjoy that they have so many up to date movies and really nice selection of books for all ages!

There is a lovely, helpful staff member here (with blue hair) who deserves some extra recognition. She was a huge help to me over the past few days with some library books that had been misplaced at my school, and offered tons of patience & no judgment (even though I felt terrible about the lost books!). This branch is certainly small, but worth it for the kind & gentle service I received. Kudos!

Clean,quiet and efficient. Upgraded computer courses are needed as staff does not have the time to help everyone. The library runs some courses but a few free courses on printing techniques would help.I have no complaints about book selection or quality.Hamilton has some other library's beat by a good country mile:including some university library's. Trust me.

Very very very tiny library. I come here because it is close and I pick up my holds. There isn't much organization to the books but the books are always being shuffled around, based off returns. Not a good place to sit and read. Limited parking. Very friendly staff.

Love this branch in our Locke Street neighborhood! Can order in books from other branches and return here as well. Love also that when I need to have documents printed I can use their printer for a reasonable cost. The staff is always helpful.

Does not have a lot of material but they have all the information you need! Staff is very knowledgeable and are always willing to help. I have all my books and movies sent there for pick up.

I go to this library regularly - and even though its small, selection is great. Warm, friendly atmosphere and good place to take kids.
