This was the worst massage I have ever had. I requested a prenatal massage, a service that was listed on Hand & Stones Website. A common practice for prenatal massages are the use of a donut support pillow. The benefit of this set up is to allow the RMT to access the posterior side of the client’s body while prioritizing comfort and relieving abdominal pressure. Hand & Stone does NOT have this pillow and therefore the RMT never massaged my lower back, posterior parts of my legs or arms as they did not have appropriate access because of my positioning. Furthermore, I was using my core to support the uncomfortable upright position I was placed in for the first part of my massage. The RMT spent over 1/2 of the time massaging my upper back as it was the only part accessible from a lateral position. I mentioned this to the manger and she made no attempt to rectify the situation or hear my concerns. I would never go back what a waste of money! I would suggest they remove the prenatal massage from their website. Do not be fooled!

I’m a regular at Hand and Stone on Kingston Road and return monthly for my much anticipated massage with RMT Harsha. Harsha attentively works on my areas of tension and pain and has helped me heal from lower back pain. He is focused on making sure that he is providing the optimal massage and relaxing experience for me and I appreciate his professionalism and care. Now, my husband and daughters visit Harsha for their massages too. We are also very happy with the wonderful customer service that we receive from their front desk team.

I'm hesitant to write this review because I don't want him to become at popular that I can't get an appointment, but it feels wrong to not sing the praises of Harsha. I've had MANY massages in my life and I can without a doubt day that Harsha is one of (if not the) best therapists I've ever seen. He is an intuitive and skilled practitioner who will leave you feeling at your best, not to mention completely relaxed. So do yourself a favour and book your appointment. I promise you won't regret it.

I had a massage by Harsha at Beaches location and was so impressed I just signed up for the monthly membership. I have had massage therapy for years because of a back issue and he is by far the best. His knowledge and experience exceeded my expectations and I have already sent two friends to see him. His attention to details like hot towels and pillows placement help with ultimate relaxation. Can’t wait to go back!

Pamela is the best massage therapist in Toronto! I messed up my neck so badly and not only did she fix it through massage, she gave me exercises to do at home. I wish I could give her 10 stars! So grateful to her for relieving my pain. Would recommend to anyone who wants help with pain or just needs to relax. Best in the beaches!

I very much enjoyed the attention to detail when applying heating pads on various parts of the body or ensuring the right pressure is applied and maintained during the massage. I started going to Hand & Stone when I was given a gift certificate for my birthday, and I was told that I must see 'Robin'. The spa is lovely, friendly and welcoming and Robin is fantastic. I really can't say enough amazing things about her facial talents and how relaxing and wonderful the hour is, I spend with her.

Her massage techniques are incredible, my skin feels fantastic and I really appreciate that the products used are cruelty free. Looking forward to my next visit!

My first experience here did not leave a good impression but I'm glad I gave this location a second chance with a different therapist. This time, I had a great massage from Denis who was very professional, friendly and customized the massage as needed. I would definitely recommend and be back to see him!

I just had THE MOST amazing facial with Robin. The other reviewers here were right - she has the loveliest touch and is so knowledgeable. Don’t let the fact that this is a chain deter you - the room setting, the products, the facial and the care and service was exceptional. Highly recommend.

I come once a month to get an RMT massage with Harsha, my favourite! He sets up the room for relaxation but doesn't hesitate to add pressure after consulting. I've never had a bad experience with him, which is why I keep coming.

I find this place to be sneaky in its advertising , They charge hour prices, but only give 50 minute massages. If you request another ten minutes, you end up paying 163.00 including tax. Outrageous! The place is a rip-off!
