Waited nearly 2 hours after appointment time without being called back. I finally asked for my daughter's records and told them I would be finding another dentist. Then was told that there had been a problem with another child that caused the delay. There was only 1 child there the whole time we were there. This child was in and out in less than 10 minutes. This was all just the final straw. My daughter went in October for a cleaning. I was told she needed multiple fillings and a crown. They said they would get approval from the insurance company and call to set up an appointment. I never received a call back. When I finally called them, I was told the insurance company denied the crown. I was never informed of this. When we got ready to leave this time, my daughter told me she was glad they weren't doing the fillings. She said when they did her cleaning they rushed and were very rough. She didn't want to go back to them.

I would like to say first of all, I came into this office in severe pain, and my insurance was declined and had no cash on me. They saw me anyway. Mr. Harvey was a really great guy and even introduced me to the surgeon. I have never been treated so kindly by a dentist in my life. I am absolutely terrified by dental offices. Instead of forcing me to do a procedure I couldn’t afford, they broke down every option for me, and I was able to book an immediate appointment to have a tooth removed. I have read the other comments people have posted and I feel like a lot of this past judgement was not only untrue, but a racial issue. People will talk down about a place of business just because they didn’t get their way. Phenomenal service, great staff, and friendly, caring dentist and surgeon. I would give this place a 10/10. I am so thankful I found this place and will be using this office for years to come.

After calling multiple dentists and getting sorry we can’t help you! The last resort told me to come -Harding Dental! I was skeptical as always when it come to new things, I called them up and the receptionist had made a win!!!! I felt so much better after speaking with the receptionist and she made me feel better , I was seen the same day and got my aching tooth out !! Dr. Latimer was AWESOME. He was so smooth with the extraction of my tooth I didn’t feel a thing, and then tada my tooth was out!! I recommend coming to Harding Dental

NO STARS! Don't even bother with this establishment. I called to get an estimate of what my service would be. The woman answered me with "Oh, about 55 bucks". So I tell her I'm needing a veneer repair and ask her that's all it costs is 55 bucks? She replied with "oh, we don't tell people what the cost of their service is until we're done with it". Hmmm, yea, and how does this place ever have patients? If I talked to my patients the way this person did, I would never have any business. Super unprofessional in every way.

I walked in and immediately I was thrown off by the dirt and the way it smelled. I felt uneasy so in the middle of filling out the paperwork I looked at reviews. A lot of people saying it’s a scam and by the looks of the place I believed them. The only good review from here is from an employee posing as a customer. I have a bad feeling they are going to bill my insurance anyway. I don’t care…. I was not letting them near my mouth. Don’t go. Don’t give them a shot. Save your time. Don’t be like me. Read reviews.

I really don't want to leave a review because I don't want too many others finding out about this place. Its truly a best kept secret in Nashville. The staff was great. They are so nice and kind. They took good care of me seeing that I was in alot of pain. The Dentist himself is great also. I will never go to the more commercialized dentist offices anymore. They are like family here.

I was seen promptly. When I called to make an appointment they got me in within two days. Dr Latimer got me a cleaning, fillings, and prepped for two crowns. Then started the process for my partials. He took the time to make sure they fit properly. Very grateful to him and his friendly staff.

Dr. Lavell and his assistant was very nice and patient with me and willing to listen to my suggestions not pushy like most orthodontist I’ve encountered lately so they will be my permanent dentist from now on!and I can’t forget the receptionist was nice as well very down to earth!

They do bad work and have billed my insurance plan for work that they did not render. After being confronted about it, they tried to five me a little bit of the money instead of giving it back to the insurer so i could use my benefits. Just another low life trying to make money.

Please don’t ever go there I promise you they don’t have any idea on what they are doing. I have a 5 year old daughter when I say the dentist was so mean to her. They have bugs everywhere they have a very bad attitude please don’t take your family there

Schedule an appointment for specific date and time. Arrived 15 minutes before appointment to fill all papers before it. Sit in registry for an hour with promises that my dentist would be ready in 10 minutes every time. Not worth waiting!

I feel the same about leaving a review lol . I want this place all to my self lol . this place is awesome and love the staff . First time here and got an appointment super fast . The dentist is so sweet . So glad I found this place ❤️❤️

Terrible service. Poor relationships with clients. Not a dentist office to visit. I would never recommend this dentist to anyone. Save your time and money and shop somewhere else. You can get better work done elsewhere

Because of Dr. Latimer I have a smile! It's been a long time since I've been able to do that due to severe dental issues. Your staff was caring and amazing. Thank you for everything!
