With many choices such as Publix, Whole Foods, Target, and the endless list of stores available for delivery you would think Harris Teeter would value customers. My experience at this location tonight proved Harris Teeter couldn’t care less. Publix doesn’t even make an announcement the store is closing, they want you to have a wonderful customer experience no matter the time. Tonight at Harris Teeter I was verbally harassed by not one, but two employees and literally felt physically intimidated by an on-site security officer all within 2 minutes of closing. One employee physically pointed toward the front and said, “the store is closed- you’re done- take it to the front if you want those items!” I had a large amount of groceries w/ only three items left on my Thanksgiving Shopping List when I was approached by a second employee who said (in a raised voice) “ take your things to the front—the store is closed!” I have NEVER been ordered out of a store and felt so disrespected by a store clerk! As a business owner I am always respectful and make things as quick as possible- when I am required to go into ANY establishment near closing- tonight was no different! I purchased nearly thirty items in less than ten minutes. As if the employees were not enough, to have a security guard literally hunting me down in the store as I made my way to the front was truly the worst! If I didn’t need these items so badly and could’ve made it back to the grocery store (before they closed for the holiday) I swear I would’ve left my shopping basket and walked out! I asked for the manager after approaching self-checkout and was told, “they’re not here”- this prompted the clerk at self-check-out to ask if there was something she could help with and I replied that I hadn’t ever felt so harassed to leave a store in my life. She just looked at me and said nothing. As far as treatment and customer experience, tonight was among the worst I have personally EVER EXPERIENCED at a grocery store. I’m planning to reach out to corporate regarding this matter. Had this happened to my grandmother, mother or wife they would’ve felt extremely uncomfortable and scared. This was terrible treatment and absolutely isn’t the Harris Teeter I grew-up with. This isn’t any store I would ever recommend anyone going to- EVER AGAIN! I’ll take my business where it is both WELCOMED AND APPRECIATED!
This is a very nice grocery store in a very nice area. However, I am often surprised at some of the things I see going on around there...from pan-handlers to someone sleeping on the bench with all of his belongings...right there in the daytime! I see people shoplifting in the store, also. It is frustrating sometimes how crowded it gets...and parking is difficult. Today, I went all the way around the back of the store. There were several spots. I thought this lady was leaving her spot. I guess maybe she was in the middle of backing into it (thinking back)... I did realize! I whipped into the space to get out of her way. There wasn't much room back there. And as I said, there were at least 4 other spots. I thought she was leaving. She started cursing, screaming and threatening me. I told her I was sorry, that I did not mean to...and then I just left and found somewhere else to park. Well, of course I just HAD to run right into her inside the store. She was talking VERY loudly on her cell phone about me (calling me names, cursing and making a scene. Everyone was staring.). I went up to her and apologized...again. I told her it was an honest mistake and that I did not mean to do anything rude to her. She was just determined to make a scene, no matter what. There have been some staff members in there who would not let me pass before also...3 or 4 of them just standing there stocking, I guess...glaring at me...wanting me to go around. They would not move and were giving me terrible looks. I'm sorry, but the aisle is narrow back there and they need to let the customers pass! There seems to be some strange, 'rough' element going on around there. The store seems to attract 'rough' types of people, even though it is in a very good area of Charlotte. It is also quite expensive, I might add. Lately, I have felt like I needed to carry to go in there. I think maybe they need some security. Don't get me wrong, most of the employees are friendly, polite and great. But a few of them are not. I'm often surprised at businesses who continue to hire people with horrible attitudes and rude demeanors and still keep them on staff. I don't get it. Anyway, it is a great store, but there is a 'seedy' element to it that has been developing for a while. I hope maybe management can start to take notice.
This store all ways have what's on my shopping list however today's experience I will never shop at this location again. As always the sub line was long but I was in the mood for a sandwich. I love maple turkey but this is not a option so it will have to be cut by deli and when it was my turn to order I explained to the Vanessa( the lady preparing the sub ) the meat and cheese I will like she explained to me that if I wanted a different kind of meat that was not in trays in front of her it will be a extra two dollar charge. I agree with her and ask is this updated information can be found on the menu board. She look over to the other sandwich preparer for more details. Her name was Brittany who was a manager. Brittany explained to me that if the meat is not a option that's in front of her it will be a two dollar charge to get a different meat. I ask both lady's when was this policy change because I ordered sandwiches all the time with maple turkey from this location and other and this information was never told to me before. Brittany explained that she will let it slide this time but next time there will be a charge. This was extremely embarrassing. Cashier Kimberly was helpful and made my day with conversation she turn my experience around. Thanks Kimberly for making my day you are a rockstar but for Brittany and Vanessa needs a attitude adjustment .
Love this store for the meats and oddities that I can find here. I found some Quail Eggs and felt like I was in Chef Ramsey's kitchen about to prepare them at home! They have semi-prepared meals for novices like me that are just delving into cooking at a higher level. Stuffed pork chops, battered broccoli, and green beans, etc. I love to try these new to me things. Normally I would make these things on my own, but with Harris Teeter I don't have to. Also, they will shop for me when I'm extremely busy. All I have to do is pull into the parking designated parking space for picking up groceries and they will bring my groceries out that they ran around the store for, and pack them in my car for me! I can pick up my groceries like an errand, without the work of finding everything! Saved me a lot of time! Thank you for the service Harris Teeter!
I've never had a "bad" experience here, but today's checkout experience was so pleasant that I felt moved to write a review. I was standing in a line at a register when an associate came from a few checkout aisles over and asked me if I was ready to check-out. I said I was and headed that way. Godfrey was so polite and pleasant as he was checking me out. He even asked me if I had remembered to check my eggs just to be sure none of them were cracked. He was quick and efficient and just very pleasant overall. It's the little things like that which I have come to notice and appreciate from local businesses. Thank you, Godfrey!
What happen to giving outstanding customer service to customers? This HT is by far the worst one in Charlotte. Most of the employees are AA female at checkout no rarely no males and yet HT put stores in wealthy area and hire anyone without discrimination. I will be using self checkout and won't consider this as location as a primary location to shop at. But Ms Sharon C and Shawn are the best employees at this location. Worst employees are OB, sharon L, and sharon AM Pharmacy staff are good __ Tanya I is the worst CSM employee should never be working for harris teeter Also this harris teeter receipts don't print out well
I lived in Collingwood since moving to Charlotte in 2014. Unfortunately we moved to South Carolina but still keep our prescriptions at this HT due to the fantastic service at the pharmacy. We've built such a good rapport with the techs and pharmacists. Also, it's just a great store! I grew up in Florida so got fairly used to fancy grocery stores like Gooding's & Publix as they were always part of my life, but this specific HT takes the cake! Great hot bar, pizza, prime rib AND you can sit down and sip an IPA at the bar while watching the game This specific location is my favorite grocery store ever.
Today I had to adjust my rating because I was misquoted some information about receiving a free sub. I have gotten free subs in the.posts thru the Sub Club and was going to do it again. For some.reason the option was not there at self checkout like normally. I brought it up.to the clerk..who.went.to the service desk. He said they told him.that I couldn't get a free sub because...they were on sale. Since I have gotten one in the past when on sale multiple times, I know that not true. I chose not to argue then (because I was actually meeting someone). I did have to vent however.
Been coming to this location for a few months now and their hot bar is a hidden gem. There was a time I was going there twice per week for dinner smh. I had to shake back because I was spending so much money. I just had to try everything, but my favorite was the fried & baked chicken, potatoes, fried lobster tails, shrimp, honey butter cornbread, and the list goes on. My friend love the Salmon and beef tips. I wish I can indulge! Brian is such a great cook with a great spirit. I have introduced my friends to this experience and they love it. So awesome !
Just moved from Atlanta !!! Harris Teeter is amazing everything about them is perfect prices fresh fruit and produce , great sales every week . The staff are knowable and kind. I've been to alot of grocery stores in my time this has to be the company grocery store that on top of their game . I normally bargain shop but when I go to HT I have a piece of mind that I'm getting top product for a actual valued price. P.S Harris Teeter owns Kroger Grocery Markets in Greogia so the accept your rewards Info for your account there. I love you Harris Teeter !!!
This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my entire 40 years of shopping at any retailer! Jackee with two e’s was the worst customer service rep ever. I have been shopping at Harris Teeter for year spending at least 1000 or more a month and bc of the ugly behavior towards me as a fix or even as a human I will never shop there again. Harris Teeter lost my business and my families business for good . That South Blvd location should fire that Jackee character bc she is bad for business and thier bottom line
I always come to Harris teeter! I use to go to the one on park road but since it was closed for renovations I have been coming to this one and I must say I’ll probably keep coming to this one. They usually have exactly what I’m looking for and the staff is always friendly even when it’s late. I do my shopping after work so it’s after 9 when I’m there. It’s always clean and nice looking. I do miss the food bar but with covid I understand. The wiz ya in the deli section are a must try! I get them every time I come in!
This is an unusual grocery super market to me. It's common to see market cafe or eat area in a super market but I have never seen a bar in the grocery super market. It is here.... Very special experience to me. Beside this, it has a very well floor layout. Neat and clean. The aisles between shelves are very spacious. It's a very pleasant shopping environment. Feeling the price is a bit higher than the others. Well, comfortable shopping environment for a pleasant mode, it's worthy of extra cost....
Generally a good store but several small disappointments. Bar is nice but has very limited hours. Was there at 620 pm on Saturday, right during big drinking time, and it was closed for some odd reason. Omelette station advertised to open at 8am but really doesn't until 830. Monday pizza night is a sham. Last 4 times ive called to order they said too busy. And why stop making the pizzas at 7pm, right in the middle of the dinner hour? That's dumb. Seems like management wants to reduce revenue.
Hands down this is the best Harris Teeter of all the corporate chains... The supermarket is huge and it comprises of a bar, a deli with a hot food, Asian food and a breakfast stand as well as a Salem bar. The food is always fresh. The Starbucks establishment within the building has huge tables where you can conveniently set and have a lunch along with coffee. There is plenty of parking around the building and the parking lot itself. The supermarket is located steps away from downtown..
Edit: whoever is the deli manager should be removed from this location. I’ve never met such untrained and rude workers at the deli section. They make you bring your own bagel if you want a breakfast bagel. Also this place took three weeks to get their oven to work. If you place a order online and you don’t have the right meats to compete the order you need to call the customer and tell them. Not say it’s complete and to get there only to find out you were out of stock. 20 mins wasted.
This is a newer location with well-lit and wide isles. Large variety of products with lots of high-quality private label items. This is a moderately priced chain with excellent customer service. The quality of meats and produce are as high as can be expected for a chain. This location has an indoor bar secular live entertainment play pre prepped meal bar excellent food choices. There is sitting inside and outside consuming you're prepared meals. I highly recommend this grocery chain.
Brand new! I think this store is an experimental layout, and it certainly makes you want to come for more than just groceries. While including the aisles of staples you'll find everywhere, they add vast hot and cold bars, a Starbucks, a cook-to-order hot food station, and even a bar with live music! I found it a great spot to comfortably get a meal with the family without breaking the bank (not to mention you can grab your groceries along the way). Definitely a store to check out!
First of all, how does every (and I mean every competitor such as Aldi and Food Lion) have Apple Pay but not HT?! Get Apple Pay. Second, I’m Not a fan with their lack of communication strategies. They don’t alert their customers ahead of time when these things will happen. This is the second time this has happened to me. Third, their beer selection is sad. I know we live in South End but there are people in the neighborhood who don’t drink ipas or hard seltzer’s.
Second time coming to the Deli for Foot Long Fridays and both times I received the same lady who seemed as though she was rushing me along. I didn't even get to do my sub to my liking because of the negative vibe and energy the employee was letting off. The other employee that handled my son's food was patient and kind as for the one that made my sub twice and didn't wrap them right really have me not wanting to go back to this location for Foot Long Fridays.
This is definitely my favorite Harris Teeter I've been too! The hot food is surprisingly fresh and yummy and there's a beer and wine bar that makes you forget you're in a grocery store when you're in that area. I highly reccommend going for the brunch bar on Sundays! I am in walking distance so it's perfect for when I want to have a cheap beer and dinner on the run. Of course the grocery part is great as well and produce always seems to be fresh and in stock.
Pros: staff is kind and helpful, store is clean and generally well stocked Cons: parking is atrocious, there are never any carts or baskets, and in 2022 they still don’t accept Apple Pay? They’d also do well to have more self checkout, since there’s rarely more than two serviced checkout lines open. All in all, its fine, but not particularly a smooth or moderately modern running facility. But staff is lovely, so hard to give it less than three stars
After carful consideration I have to give this place a 3 star rating due to the fact their hot bar and Asian bar are $9 a pound. This is double the price of what you get at a Asian restaurant and the food quality is poor. To add insult to injury I tried the sushi bar and it was priced as high as some of the best sushi restaurants in town. As you can imagine the sushi quality was also poor. Prices need to reflect the quality of food you are getting.
Most of the time I have a great experience and employees are friendly. Tonight the cashier I walked up to gave me a look and waved at me to get out of her way without speaking to me at all and closed her lane behind me as if I had inconvenienced her. The light was still on so I don’t know what I did wrong. So I just walked to a new aisle and was taken care of by Tara who was great- super friendly and turned my experience around.
Every single time I order from this place for a sub they always give me the wrong order. ARGGG I have gone in there and told them they gave me the wrong order and they said that it’s my problem to deal with. ERGGGG One time I specifically asked for no onions BECAUSE IM ALLERGIC! They put onions on it and I had to go to the hospital! DONT ORDER A SUB FROM HARRIS TITTER!! ️❤️
This HT is amazing. CLEAN, incredible fresh produce selection, w-i-d-e aisles, real meals to take & heat, very well lit and lots of check out lanes so there's nothing to slow down that quick trip. Parking is a breeze too. I drive a big ol' F150 so I avoid stores/parking decks with barely enough room for me to squeeze out of my truck much less load groceries up. So yeah, HT hits all the bullet points on my list.
This is really about a feel-good story I had with Tanya. I use my VIC card often and am impressed with the cost savings afforded me. I recently picked up a Pete’s coffee VIC special and while at the self-check out the discount didn’t register. Tanya, one of the many customer-driven employees gave it to me for free. They offer a nice selection at below-market prices in a nice atmosphere. I frequently shop here.
Shopping experience is great until it's time to check out! The students are extremely GHETTO, most of the time they are talking and playing. Approximately 4:48pm (8.5.22) watch video you'll see! I will no longer support Harris Teeter! I might as well go to Food Lion for this type of "Service," instead. PUBLIX is waaaay better!! Harris Teeter image has changed over the years from superior to average.
One very elegant grocery store equipped with a very nice wine bar. Sharon at express checkout is one of the most pleasant people around, greeting everyone passing by. Clearly she knows some of the regulars as well. Well stocked and clean .The "hot bar" was well stocked and th food looked quite appealing ...Seems like the store is running smoothly so the operation is transparent which is good ....
One of the best grocery stores I've been inside. Besides having a various and generous amount of plant based foods they also have a wine and beer bar inside, in addition to a impressive salad bar, pizza shop, and sub sandwich bar where they aren't too shy on the toppings. Conveniently located in Charlotte you'll bound to find all your needs here. Just wish they had one in Roanoke Virginia.
This Harris Teeter is one of the nicer locations, featuring a bar (sometimes live music) and a daily dinner station. That said, the food at the hot bar is often not hot, and many items seem to be priced much higher at competing chains. Still, I find myself going here often out of convenience and the staff is very friendly. I definitely prefer it over the Publix down the street.
As a vegetarian customer I am not ok with the placement of plant based beyond meat products on the shelf next to meat. There is a reason I don’t eat meat and seeing it next to the plant based product I want to buy is gross. When I told the store employee they shrugged it off. Please put all plant based beyond meat or other brands in the produce section where they belong.
When I say the hot deli is bomb..omg I always get Mac n cheese collard greens n some meat..last week I had that with curry chicken n garlic salmon n some mash..get there early n the fried chicken is good..pizza is decent n filling if hot bar is closed..n they have a been n wine bar!! I would even bring it to a BBQ or something if you don't wanna cook..it's that good.
Woman at self check out was not helpful about a coupon. The item was exact same brand. Used the exact same coupon at another Harris teeter location. At self-check out she didn't even try it. I'm not a confrontational person but she could've been nicer about it. Deli, Meat Dept, even customer service desk members are always awesome. This trip was not a good one.
CONSTANTLY EXPIRED ITEMS. Make sure to ALWAYS check expiration date of ALL products in this store. I accidentally bought expired items multiple times and today I got candy bar at self-check out and later found out that it expired back in February of 2023. I’m writing this review in September of 2023. This is disgusting and something should be done about it
What a relief!!! I had a terrible experience with the Sardis location but this one is the complete opposite in the BEST way!! Thank you to Ariel and the others in the Deli for making this a wonderful experience!!! The customer service was A1 and our sandwiches were DELICIOUS!!! I will come out of my way just to come to this store!!! Thanks again!!!
Forget going to a local pizzeria! Just get it here! You cant beat the quality for the price! The crust is crispy, tasty, not to thick, and not to thin. The toppings are plentiful, and you can order on your phone! Each day they have a 7.99 special, pizza Mondays, and regular price only 11.99! I have never been disappointed by pizza at this location.
Whenever I visit HT I hardly ever want to leave, especially if I'm seated at the bar. Yes, it's either the bar, the deli, fresh coffee, or the food buffet that keeps me coming back. Harris Teeter is my one shop spot for meds as well. Did I mention groceries, can you believe they have that too! It's not just shopping it's an experience.
Dis review only for what we bought, not da store itself. We done bought sum snow crab meat on sale for $4.99. Me n my girl be excited so got 2. When we go home we realized it was fake crab meat! Shoulda known better but it don't even say imitation crab in da label. We felt cheated man! Ain't goin back to dis location just cuz this!
I like the convenience of this store and they have a nice selection of high quality groceries, but more times than not, I find a mistake on the receipt. Either the sale item didn't ring up with the sale price or I am charged twice for the same item. 6 times out of the last 8 trips for example. So just as a PSA, check your receipt.
I really liked this store at first. It's a decent size, shelves are well-stocked and they have a little bar right there in the middle of the store. The last time I visited this store I witnessed a hygiene issue involving a member of staff. I reported it to the manager and he said he'd take care of it. I haven't been in since.
Had a great experience here especially the guys in the seafood and meat department they are more than on point with the service nothing but professionalism and courtesy went out of his way to give me what I needed even though they didn't have it out on display JOE was excellent please go and see him if you need any service
I just moved here from Seattle. Wednesday was my first time shopping at a Harris Teeter, the staff is helpful and nice, I checked out through self check out and couldn't figure out how to use the darn card reader! Myra W. was very helpful and showed me how to tap my card, will be coming back! Highly recommended!
Most expensive grocery store besides Whole Foods and y’all can’t open more than 5 lines when there are 10 people in line for every register and the self checkout line goes all the way to the back of the store every time I come here. Covid isn’t an excuse anymore, this customer service is straight up trash
Lot to offer in this location. Great place to shop for groceries. So convenient for a quick bite and Starbucks coffee. Great seating area with wifi access. Close to our office which makes it a perfect place for short break before going back to work. Staff is friendly and the store is clean and well kept.
Never thought grocery shopping could be so much fun and then I came here. The bar for beer and wine, the hot bars for a variety of foods, the fresh made sushi, and the weekly dinner menu selection are all superb. The expertise knowledge of the bartenders and wine specialists keep me coming back.
This was a great grocery store. They had a bunch of sales and everything was at a good price. The staff was very helpful and polite. They helped me find everything I needed. If you're ever in town this is a great grocery store to shop at. Next time I'm in town I will definitely be coming back.
I was extremely surprised and pleased by the level of customer service I received. Your associate in produce, Sean, stopped what he was doing and escorted me to another section to help me find what I was looking for. Amazing selection and more upscale compared to other HTs in the area.
Tanya I. is by far the worst CSM for HT. Her service is so poor, strict, and rude towards her customers. The store refuse to discount meat item that was going to expire. The meat guy didn't know how to do the discount coupon. All the employees are so unprofessional and yet this is HT.
Not many folks around home can say they went and hung out at the bar in the grocery store and enjoyed a hot meal and some cold craft beverages! Starbucks was also an added benefit. Honestly the best grocery store I have ever been in. Please make the ones in Eastern NC just like this!!
The staff is friendly, the store is clean & stocked. My only complaints were that 1. There were absolutely no shopping carts. I had to snag one from another customer outside and 2. Only two checkout lanes were open at 5 o’clock on a Sunday evening. The lines were way down the aisles.
This is an excellent Harris Teeter! Their wine collection is impressive, the employees are very helpful and the environment is very nice. Although it is a massive store it is fairly easy to get in and out when you need a quick run. This is my go to supermarket. I highly recommend it.
Great store! Hot bar, salad bar, Asian bar, pizza kiosk and wine and beer bar. The food bars are excellent. They are open for breakfast lunch and dinner. There is the usual deli with a great selection and sushi. Meat department is really nice. Tons of options in the grocery area.
This is the Sister store to Kroger. Great prices and variety. Great Fresh bread section and their HOT BAR IS TASTY...You earn gas points for shopping when you sign up for the VIC REWARDS!! This is families Favorite place. I always come back!! I still love and miss Kroger..lol...
Huge Haris Teeter. Has a Starbucks inside. I walked in the wine section and instantly a worker responded and helped me find the perfect wine in 10 minutes. Large selection of produce. Fantastic selection of food. Great customer service. Highly recommend this Haris Teeter.
Starting with $2 mystery beers at the bar allows for an unmatched shopping experience. Follow the beer up with a pineapple flavored mimosa and it will really streamline the time spent in each aisle. The newest bartender, Mitch, has been a great addition to the Teeter fam
I visited today. It was packed because of the Independence Day Holiday, i suppose. But once I'd grabbed my item and approached the register, Taniyah and Whitney were definitely not allowing the influx in business to affect them, at all. They were super polite. …
Hot bar and wine bar is AMAZING. The food is delicious! The chef, Josh was kind... he makes the best salmon and crab cakes I’ve ever tasted. Good prices.. there is a HT that’s 3 minutes from where I live but I will drive the extra 30 minutes mainly for the food bars!
Wow. What a disgrace. Changing the hours on loyal customers. How do they expect to keep customers when they change the hours of operation? Next time I’ll just buy groceries from my mother. Oh wait. I can’t. Harris teeter? More like scammer teeter. 0 out of 5 stars.
This is a really nice Harris Teeter in the heart of South End! Walked in and the store was very clean and organized. They have a good produce department and everything was stocked too. All of the employees were nice and friendly. There is also a Starbucks inside!
LOVE IT! I never thought i would "cheat" on the other grocery store up the street but i had to check out this new HT..i love it. Wifin wine bar, hot and cold bar, salad bar and it is set up perfectly! They are plenty of lounge area seating inside and out …
Nice Harris Teeter to pop in and out off. They also have a FedEx drop box at the customer service desk. This location has plenty of parking in the cards are in really good condition. Last time I went here I do remember the bathrooms were cleaner than most.
This is a really nice grocery store. A big selection, polite and kind staff, and it doesn't lack the high end items while having reasonable prices. It's not the closest grocery store to me, and I drive past another grocery store to go here. Well worth it!
I’ll make this quick and simple. It’s one of the best Harris Teeters (HT) in Charlotte what has a (waaaiiit for it) …… A BAR INSIDE! So you can have a beer or wine & shop! The customer service is on point and it’s conveniently located on South Blvd.
This location on S. BLVD specifically is awesome. They have daily dinner specials. Whole lobster on Wednesdays and Prime Rib on Thursday. These are busy days 4:30- 7:30. They have a full sit down wine bar and an amazing Omelet station on weekends.
Pre virus days, I loved this store for the hot foods and awesome salad bar. I still love the fresh produce and deli! It can be pricey but it's worth it for the fresh meat and seafood dept..oh and the wine! You can actually drink a glass in-store!
2/16/2023 2 minutes before close and you can’t get in the door. Why don’t we pay to have the hours reduced to five minutes before 11? Where is the real customer service at? Why do people turn away customers trying to hand them money?
First time visiting this HT and I thoroughly enjoyed it. My friends and I sat at the bar and had a great time socializing. The bartender, Tiffany, was such a sweetie. I will definitely return for the Sunday brunch and mimosas …
Such a great store! Everything is fresh and bright and they have wonderful sale prices. All of the employees are friendly and helpful, I can't say enough good things about them. Meat and seafood departments are always outstanding.
Love it here!!! Not just because of the full service Starbucks, they have a wine bar, hot and cold bar, sushi and all the things you need for shopping. They have ample parking, the parking lot is well lit and close to the house.
Love this HT! Very clean. Friendly staff. Pretty busy on the weekends but always fully stocked. The workers at the deli counter know my daughter by name and remember us everytime we come! It's the highlight of our visits
Great selections at affordable prices. The staff was very friendly. The cheese pizza was great from the pizza station. There is also wine bar and sitting area, for those that want a quick sip before shopping . …
Always a great experience....I love seeing people shopping & hanging out at the bar happy as the staff. associates are very helpful as always & happy to greet you. The hot bar looked great & tempting. Lol... …
I have been a customer through this pandemic and years before and I am so thankful they kept us safe with clean kosher groceries for me and my 3 Grandkids . We saved a lot and stayed safe. THANKS Harris Teeter.
One of THE best Harris Teeters. Modern, bright, great selection and a totally awesome hot food bar. Cooked Salmon, ribs, breakfast items in the morning all, for $10 a pound, less on weekends and before ten am
I love this store location and staff are great. However the amount of shoplifting I see going on is absolutely nauseating. Security does nothing... basically just inviting crime. Does not make me feel safe
I love this Harris Teeter On South Boulevard I get so excited Every time I visit them . Especially At 11am When the HOT BAR LUNCH IS OUT AND IT'S ALL FRESH. And they also do hot breakfast and hot dinner
This is an awesome grocery store check out the donut s☺️Not to mention pizza Monday and Dem subs Fresh baked bread and great friendly associates always smiling and very helpful ☺️ …
The price on the red velvet cups are $5.99. But when you use your vic it takes off a dollar. You shouldn't have cashiers that can't add. Or subtract. Over price store. Useless employees.
This Harris Teeter is always the same; dependable. I went in, grabbed what I needed, and didn’t have a long wait time, in line. The cashiers and greeter were all very nice, as usual!
This is my favorite grocery store. The employees here are awesome and are very helpful. This store is priced well and is very clean/safe. This is my go to grocery store in Charlotte.
Always an awesome experience. GreT staff that is always willing to give their assistance. Clean store, well organized and stocked. Fresh produce and great pizza, subs and buffet.
Live right next door so convenience is the only plus for last minute trips but I just ate EXPIRED COOKIES with a best by date of June 2023 it’s December…disgusting
Cool store but the lines are always insane. There always seem to be 4 people at the normal registers and the self checkout like goes to the back of the beer isle.
Convenient. Well-stocked. Everything you need in one place. Fresh flowers. Fresh veggies. I like it. -it did have a funny smell... hopefully, it was temporary.
Either install more self checkouts or hire more personnel to help people because it shouldn’t take over 15 minutes just to check out and buy one soda trash
I had a wonderful experience. The manager Darwin was exceptional. Friendly, helpful, and informative. I love shopping at this location
Great variety of products, fresh vegetables and fruits, fresh meat. Clean store. Couldn't try their Salad Bar of Asian Bar - closed.
Went to this Harris Teeter for the sole purpose of getting flowers. They have a huge flower department! The variety was incredible!
The restroom aren’t the best cleaning, the attendant on the sub area was very slowly, the wheat bread was chewy not fresh.
This is the best tasting drink according to my mom!☀️ so excited this is now sold at select Harris Teeters @sunnyculture
Holy carp this place is amazing! Multiple food stations, a wine & beer bar, Starbucks... it's awesome. I may move in...
One of the best Harris Teeter in Charlotte. It is my second favorite Harris Teeter but closer than my first favorite.
I love Harris Teeter, always good Deals good Produce, Seafood and more. This is and always will be my favorite Store.
Groceries are adequate, In house bar is phenomenal. Come see Mitch serving the crispiest beers in town
Fix your hours please!! They close at 10:00 PM, not 11:00 PM even though it says 11:00 PM online.
My local Harris Teeter. I love it. It has a bar. And lots of hot food items and daily special.
Friendly folks bit pricey but hey it’s HT what do you expect especially now with inflation!
Always good quality. Love the hot bar. Well stocked. Good customer service.
