Had a kitchen & bathroom sink leaking. Service techs Erick & Nick called ahead to let me know they were on their way and arrived when they said at beginning of time window given at scheduling booking. They were both polite, friendly and professional. Took care of first sink (kitchen) within minutes of being there. Gave me a description of what they found & correction made. Moved on to next sink (bathroom), assessed what needed to be done, got what they needed to fix it, which included a trip for a part (old sink, broken part), and fixed it in a timely manner which included in both jobs cleaning up afterwards & putting everything back in place. I have nothing negative to say about anything they did. Everything is so costly nowadays & I definitely appreciate their knowledge & skill in completing the job quickly & done well. I wish the company rolled the callout fee of $99 as the first hour charge if they do the work; however, they don’t, which means an hourly fee (with a minimum of 1 hour) of $150 + $99= $249 is the minimum amount you pay plus any parts. This was another reason I appreciated the quick & efficient work of Erick & Nick! I also appreciated the seniors discount! It helped! Also, when I initially called the office to make the appointment I reached a young lady who was very friendly, cheerful and articulate. She quickly booked an appointment within a few days of my call & was also an asset to the company! I would not hesitate to recommend Harry Hayes Plumbing to family, friends or anyone !!

Huge shout-out to the Harry Hayes team that replaced my collapsed main sewer line! Jacob, Nathan, Justin, and Jack O were on-time, professional, and great to work with. Though a few unexpected challenges came up (totally out of their control), the team worked through it efficiently and communicated with me throughout. We bought a 1926 historic home in need of a fairly major restoration- including removal of cracked and corroded cast iron pipes from upstairs bathrooms. We could not be more appreciative and thankful to have Jacob from Harry Hayes as our lead technician replacing pipes and ensuring the entire plumbing system is optimal for modern use and appliances. It’s definitely been a process (as expected) but we are so glad to have a thoughtful team that not only know what they are doing and are installing things properly but also actually communicate with us about their process and next steps AND are respectful of a historic home and making minimal, clean cuts into the plaster only as needed. Hands down phenomenal service. Highly recommend especially to those also with historic homes.

Started out calling Harry Hayes Plumbing to get an estimate for replacing my toilet & bathroom faucet. A service charge applies for coming out just to give an estimate, which apparently is common with all plumbers & still charged whether they do the work or not. Justin came out & advised the toilet had a broken flange & could be replaced in lieu of replacing the toilet. Have him the go ahead to do it right then. He changed out the flange, which saved me around $400! Did a great job! The faucet just needed a new aerator but he did not have one for my faucet with him. He found it on Home Depot's website for me. Going to pick that up today & install myself. Glad I called this firm. Thank you for doing a neat professional job.

Great communication skills and very professional. Got a call from Justin letting me know exactly when he'd be here for installation as well as a text link shortly before they showed up to know where they were enroute. Installation was quick and justin was respectful of the home and even did his best to be as quiet as possible knowing my daughter was taking a nap. (and she didn't wake up so we all know that's a plus on his part lol). Pricing was more than fair according to what I had researched beforehand. The area was left in even cleaner condition than before and the old water heater was loaded up and taken with so we don't even have to worry about it being on the side of the road for pick up!

Nathan and Jacob came to our home to replace a drain line that was leaking. This turned into a partial repipe due to unforeseen circumstances, but even with the unique situation, they handled it quickly and showed confidence in their work. All at a great value. Also incredibly friendly and informative. Extra shout out to them and the company as a whole for going out of their way to ease a myriad of concerns about the project that rose up. (After extensive water damage, the family is rightfully now paranoid of leaks.) On top of that, they even came out to fix another leak that may or may not have even been caused by them, entirely free of charge. Really appreciate them and the work they do.

It was difficult to find, even with Navigator, but its post indicated they were open on Saturday mornings, the only plumbing "place" available. (Wait- a weekend, when you need plumbing help or parts, and you're the ONLY place open out of, like, 8? 10? Woo, must be swamped, crazy busy, right?) Might be, except you "...must be present to win!" That's right, folks. The lights were off and nobody home. The guys next door laughed and said "Yeah! They're supposed to be open. Nobody showed up!" There you go. Here's your review. Looks like it could be a pretty good place to start a business!

Whole house being re-plumbed. Cast iron is shot and leaking under the house, old PVC is pieced together and sometimes not sloped properly, issues with shower, tub, sinks. Yep, it’s a mess. Then Harry came. Solid, thorough and honest evaluation. Now Jacob has begun work. Not finished yet, 3 days down and at least a week to go, but Jacob is polite, neat, has already proven himself trustworthy, punctual, an excellent communicator, and very knowledgeable about all the issues we face with this home built in 1957 and what to do about them. I’m very assured that we are in good hands.

I’ve used this company twice with good reviews. Upon trying to use them for the third time, I was very disappointed. I was told that I was outside of their service area and that someone would call me back. It’s been a week now and I’ve heard nothing. Did I pay an increased fee on my prior services without the communication that it would be more? I’m in duval county. The company is in Duval county. There are quite a few reviews on here concerning call backs. Simple communication stuff. Easy fix unless you just aren’t concerned about customer service? Harry what say you?

I cannot say enough about how awesome this plumbing company is especially the plumber Jacob P. He solved our problem right away. We had Other plumbers come to the house and they couldn't figure out why the septic odor was backing up into the house. They suggested adding studor venting. Jacob P. found that a pipe in the wall was cracked and fixed it, no venting necessary. Had we just gone with venting we would have continued getting water in our walls when it rained and it would have become very costly to fix. This plumbing company is the best!

I moved into a house to find that the entire sewage system continued to get clogged and after a couple month I noticed a real bad odor. Conner came out and mad fast work to find that my main sewage line was clogged and he made fast work to get the system flowing again and cleaned the mess with OCD perfection! Then Conner and Jacob came back to replace my entire pipes that was damaged due to the massive clog they found. This team of plumbers are the most professional and effective company. I highly recommend them!

This is the best customer service I have received in years! I was a little skeptical because there was a dispatch fee of $125, but it was well worth it. Justin was on time, we got a text he was on his way and a phone call to my realtor who referred me. Justin was able to detect the issue with the supply line then found a leaking faucet outside. Also need to give credit to Heath. Justin and he were both incredibly nice people in addition to being very skilled and efficient plumbers. They quickly completed the removal and new installation of 2 toilets. We've already mentioned to them that we'd like them to do some additional remodeling work in our master bath very soon. Half of one star. Sara in the office is very nice, cordial and a pleasure to deal with. After quoting a job for us and informing us that they would NOT be signing a contract with us they asked for 50% down-payment up front for services not yet rendered. Had we agreed to these outlandish terms we would have had no legal recourse in the event of failure to perform on their part. Simply saying that they are not interested in the job would have been quite a bit more professionally appropriate.

Prompt service, able to fix the issue the same day as the initial call. Service dispatch fee was a bit higher than expected but would use again due to their professionalism and ability to identify & quickly resolve the drainage clog leading to my septic system.
