To HUFT management, I’m writing this complaint to put to your notice of my very disappointing experience at Chattarpur spa, I’m a regular customer at huft because of their good service but that wasn’t the case today. After giving instructions to the groomer like everytime , clear instructions were also given by your manager miss pree that it will be a regular bathe and no hair cut (just like always). My dog breed is a miniature schnauzer , in English it means the moustache. And the groomer on his own will has trimmed my dogs moustache and given him a look of shitzu breed. I’m extremely upset and disappointed about this. Also to add on that , the groomer did not cut the nails and also the hair around the legs/paw have been cut unevenly without taking prior permission. You can check my billing record in my past months, I’ve given substantial amount of business only to huft and I expect utmost professionalism. This is not acceptable in any manner. If you’re staff is not vetted and trained properly then you should stop providing low and mediocre quality services. Your management needs to take strict action! I’m extremely upset and disappointed! NOT RECOMMENDED!!

I have always taken my dog here. I had rated them 4 star also but very disappointed after the last visit. My dog gets very reactive and noisy during the bath and blow dry but they always bathed him nicely. But this time they put zero effort in trying to bathe the dog. I think the staff has changed. And these guys aren’t professionals, felt like they were tired working all day and wanted to go back home, they had no voluntary behaviour for the task, i had to do everything to try to bathe him, putting the muzzle on my dog, they didn’t even try to put a bit of effort in handling my dog or try to give him a bath, I myself had to tie my dog to their table and then had to put my dog into the bathing area which used to be done by their guys earlier. And what i was really shocked to see that people who are not experienced in handling dogs were trying to handle my dog who’s a bit reactive in nature. 1 start because they put zero effort in trying. Felt like they had decided it earlier and didn’t wanted to tell me so they set up an act.

Had a pathetic experience in terms of safety of my pet , while I was paying after her spa at chatarpur branch some careless staff talking on the phone casually opened the door to walk away to take her personal call without realising that my pet was standing behind her unleashed as she had just come out of the spa and my pet ran away to the main road with so many cars gushing on the road , she could have come under some car but that lady didn’t even run behind my pet to catch her , the guard helped me . Total nonsense to see this kind of safety measure for our pet while being a luxury pet salon . Before grooming please ensure your staff is sensitised towards pet safety rather than taking personal phone calls at work and walking out with pets unleashed inside . She should be fired . This can happen to any pet .

Since the past 1 year we have been going to HeadsupforTails pet supply Store & Spa at Chattarpur & by far it’s one of the best grooming we have had ( we have tried a bunch of groomers before coming here). We are extremely grateful for the wonderful staff who take extra care of my shihtzu baby Max. I would like to personally thank the staff (name) Peimi and name (Soshang) for their skills in the haircutting/grooming process & for carefully always considering what I want the haircut to be or in the way they handled my baby. It’s hard to find good/trusty people & a good company in this fast growing competitive world so i am truly grateful for everything u guys do. Keep growing. Love, Diana

My little one is always taken care of with so much love and affection. I can’t think of a better place to take her for her grooming. Also, the collection of food, grooming and all other pet essentials is great! They have all you can ask for and are quick to answer any questions or provide any information. I want to make a special mention of Alok from the Chattarpur Branch who has been especially helpful at all times. He is always ready with answers and helps in all ways possible, even during these times. Thank you for your exceptional service and product quality!

I am taking jeenie my shihtzu here from a while, almost 3 years and I have always been so happy with their services, specially the grooming manager and groomers- Khanmung, Chihansing and Chingringam- they are so kind to her, tidy her well, take care of all my requirements and make sure jeenie’s come back healthy and happy. If you’re really possessive about your pet’s grooming and need people you can trust blindly, definitely go here. Also, jeenie has long hair and HUFT is probably the only salon that can groom her well and make sure she is happy INR he process.

The chattarpur store was very well equipped and the store keepers were extra warm and helpful. Vikas went out of his way to get the right size of bed which he had to get from the ware house. Hari krishan was kind enough to take the trouble to get it delivered to my door step and Shweta suggested the right product for my indie which I think she will love. We also appreciate the token discount which you are giving for Indies! Thanks to your entire team for this wonderful experience

Though I am a frequent customer at their outlets, I would urge people to please avoid their spa facility at Chhatarpur outlet. I recently got my shih tzu's haircut done and he has been really depressed since then. Seems like the groomers there pushed him too far and manhandled him too much. He also has razor cuts near his genital area. The groomers there are not professionals and cannot properly handle a dog. Please avoid their parlour at any cost and save your pet from trauma.

Please don't purchase anything from there website. They have a poor customer service and will send you wrong item and will take a month to process refund. I've bought almost everything from them for my dog. Bed, jacket, yak bone, anti-bacterial spray, bowls,toys, leash and collar. Products are on expensive side but definitely the best anyone can offer. If you want there product get it from Amazon even if you have to pay extra but there site is just a scam.

Took my Dog Grace in for a relaxing spa day. Needless to say, the entire experience she had was absolutely blissful. Their team is very well trained & courteous. The store on its own is full of goodies that my lil one absolutely loves . It's well stocked for everything that you need for your fur baby. My one stop shop for all my baby's stuff ❤️. The staff is very helpful, polite, courteous and well informed. They all completely love the babies. And if course the services are prompt and excellent whether at the store or for home deliveries. The staff at this store are the sweetest most helpful people. They're loving with animals, communicative and make the effort to get you whatever you need (even if it's not in stock at that outlet). They've organized same day delivery whenever it was possible and you can tell they genuinely care. Also, it's much easier to chat with them than an automated system! Highly recommend going here if you have any pet needs.

One stop shop for all the needs of my dog(Maverick), I went there once and after that didn't feel the need to go anywhere else. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I would like to explicitly mention Alok for his great service(especially during the lockdown) and his always smiling face. The team at HUFT Chhattarpur really knows how to keep the pet happy. Really happy with their services. Its always a delight visiting the store!!! While indulging here is fun, would love to visit more often!... wish they would keep some products and toys which are not all that expensive and a little more affordable! Amazing customer support. Ordered Gift of Joy Diwali pack for my pet. Received a few missing items in the box; I contacted them and they were quite quick with the resolution. Arranged a reverse pickup with the new box and i received a fresh pack within an hour or so. Thanks Heads up for tails team and Ekta for the great experience. Definitely a must-visit for pet parents and animal lovers! The place is very well maintained and the staff treats you like family, making it a nice, personal atmosphere. They have a wide variety of pet products, although they're a little on the costly side. However, the highlight of this place is Tony, the resident hyperactive and happy indie dog who I've befriended.

HUFT undoubtedly has the best range of pet products available in India. Even more important is the fact that their staff are highly competent, pet friendly and sensitive to individual requirements. They do their very best to help you. Personally, I have really enjoyed interacting with Ekta from their Chattarpur store and Faisal/Ahmad from their support team. Thanks!

HUFT is THE place to go for all your baby's (pets') needs, the staff is so caring and qualified and all the supplies are of great quality. My all time favourite are the spas (with massages) that are available in limited stores, so much care and love is showered on the pets and they all come out smiling Don't hesitate, go for it, you and your pet will love it.

Our dog is difficult to groom due to his anxiety, and this is the only place we’ve found that manages to groom him properly without using sedation. We come all the way from Agra; that’s how good they are. We trust them completely and they do a terrific job. Very professional, friendly, and high quality service. And the place is sparkling clean to boot.

Really good experience everytime I visit, but as a cat parent I find shelf space of cats very limited. It is very dog focussed. Which I guess is the result of demand. Having said that cat food and supplies are always well stocked and readily available. Home delivery service and whatsapp service are also very good. The team follows up regularly.

It's a one stop shop for all your pet needs, from food, treats, leashes, collars, hygiene products, kitchen essentials and knickknacks for the pet parents as well. Next time I plan on testing the grooming services.

The cute little pet store where we went to pick up a harness for our dog. It's a pet supplies store with everything ranging from food to bath products. They also have a grooming studio. It's located on the main road with not much of parking. However the guard is super nice and will help you get parked in front of the shop if he can..

My experience has been amazing with the chattarpur store. The staff there is very much helpful and helped me with my Linda (rott weiler) even with the vet information. I didn't get to buy anything because they suggested for vet but the amount of time they have put on, I'm surely doing linda's shopping from here only from now on.

Since the time I was introduced to this place, I cannot go anywhere else for my Bucky's supplies. Vikas and his team are like family and understand all our and Bucky's needs and requirements. Peope operating this store are so passionate & have so much love for dogs and cats. My Mila gets the best spa and pampering session here. She gets so excited to meet Pri and others every month. Heads up for tails is a happy place to shop for our lovely pets. I bought my laila for spa three months back and Pre gave me such nice service and helped me with choosing the right products for my pet. One guy at the store, the manager gave me discount as well and I will always shop from heads up for tails for my laila.

Great place to get your pooch groomed. Nice collections of dogs accessories as well. Good and friendly staff. They take care of the little fur balls really well. Even decently priced. Recommended. They live telecast the SPA to you so you can enjoy your cup of tea having a look at your darling getting groomed.

It’s one of the best, if not the only place, to get your dog a good bath and grooming outside your home, with all the convenience and care ensured. The people here are very good and passionate about their work and it’s almost an outing for my Roman when he goes there. Couldn’t have asked for a better place.

Been going there for our Shih Tzu’s spa & grooming since 1 year and the experience has been great. Everything is according to you and the people there are very polite. They do a very good job. One can also get all the essential supplies and accessories.

They really care about the well being of your pets. Unlike other pet grooming centers that I have seen, these folks are really gentle with pets and make a lot of effort to make pets feel comfortable. I have always gotten my dog groomed from this place.

Have taken my 5 month old retriever for two grooms at HUFT Chattarpur and service has been great both times. The groomers are patient, gentle and efficient with my anxious little girl and leave her squeaky clean. Would recommend to fellow pet parents!

HUFT stands out in the way their staff treat your pets. We get out dog groomed here and we never hear him whining or howling during his grooming session. They all love dogs and love to talk to us about our dog!

Had an excellent experience! Have been twice to them for my Shihtzu and he has come back always happy and healthy! Love the facilities and the friendly treatment he gets! Would recommend for spa facilities.
