I hope you would have some kind of humanity inside you if not There is someone up there looking at everyone i have been telling you from day one that something is wrong with the baby but you guys didn’t listen to me and i swear to god if something happens to this baby i will make sure to do a case on you karan cause you are so neglecting towards your customers and will make sure u don’t do this to any other animal and to anybody else. That they have to suffer like this looking at their pet cause you guys are just terrible human beings without a soul. I recommend everyone not to deal with these insensitive people who just care about money. My dog (breed- poodle)is not able to eat since the day I bought him from these insensitive irresponsible people he is regurgitating every single meal and is suffering from diarrhoea i really hope he recovers soon and this man has not provided any papers to me nor do i know if the dog is even vaccinated with the first vaccine cause i have no faith left in these people but as it is said GOD is looking at everyone and thats gonna hit you bad i wish my baby recovers. Otherwise i will make sure to sue your this pet point!

Fraudster and cheater.. and I am not surprised by the negative comments. They had sold me persian female cat instead of male persian. Their vet is also dumb and useless whenever I used to address my cat as male he looked so surprising and when I asked him he always reply the same ‘ cats me itni jaldi pata nhi chalta if they are male or female’ I only got to know about the gender of my cat when I visited other clinic. They have also provided me the breed certificate of male. Shameless people and the owner was shouting at me for calling out this issue. He said I can give you another cat but refuser to refund my money. Cheating people with emotions and money both. They know nobody would give their pet back to them and that’s why the offer some stupid solution instead of giving refund.

Visited here for the third time today. The very first time I made a visit they were very welcoming and customer friendly and even gave handsome discounts. But they have turned out be biased towards certain customers. And neither pay attention nor discount. The lady at the reception is rude and not customer friendly. Apparently, they have a board inside the shop which says if we don't get the bill, the product is for free. They didn't give bill for the spot on I purchased. In crux, they no longer serve the same quality and hospitality as it was before. Highly disappointed.

I am truly impressed by their service. Special shoutout to Ashu bhaiya. He has been very helpful since the start and guided me so well. He has treated me with so much care that it was always very easy to communicate with him. I am glad I chose them. I would highly recommend these guys for your pet needs. :) Good job guys. giving 1 star while they deserve a tight slap. they don't deserve a single star. I ordered orijen dog food on 9th sept and it delivered on 20th. after getting the product i saw its totally damaged by rats. i called them and asked them to refund my money back. but they are constantly doing time pass. Now they are not picking up my call. earing fraud money in the name of innocent animals.plz dont buy any product from them online. they are Fraud, scammers.

Horrible experience with online order. Order ref number 3858. Pre-paid order placed on 17th july. Till today i have not received my order. Neither have they issued my refund after multiple calls. No one bothers to update anything from their side. I feel like i have been cheated since i have paid about 7800₹ and neither received my product nor my refund. Will wait a few more days before initiating a case of fraud against them.

I took my 4 month old persian cat here for the first time to get his ears cleaned and the cleaning process performed by the representative was brutal. They don't understand that small pets are like children and they need to be dealt with patience. The person was being so harsh and using so much pressure. That was my first and last experience with Pet Point. If you have a cat, don't visit Pet Point.

To be honest i come here only for grooming their grooming is the best But the shop where the things are kept is very very very dirty ! I had to buy bowls for my furry baby but so much dirt on them , the stuff doesn’t care about the cleanliness at all . I think this is a fraud store which cheats customers who do online shopping. I have paid Rs 5022 for some items on 29/07/23 and have still to receive these items. Their representative Divyam keeps giving false assurances of delivery. Please be very careful while dealing with this store which seems to be involved in cheating online customers.

The doctor wasn't available when I went, so I don't know how their Vet is. However, their collection of things your pet might need is huge and reasonable. The dog hygiene trim and bath is very good. My 2 month old puppy was treated so nicely despite my worry and concern due to past experiences. Overall, it was a very nice experience.

BEEN CHEATED - I had to wait over 40 days to get Vetlife Hypoallergenic food. THe packet received was torn and damaged from the side!! And customer service is useless. A lady by name of Rajni says "I'll call you back within an hour" and no call is ever returned.. this has happned thrice.

They provide excellent services. I come all the way from Faridabad and trust me its worth coming as they handle pets with much care. I hv tried grooming centres in Faridabad too.However, I found only and only The pet point the bestest. I would certainly recommend this place.

Worst online store. They cheat their own customers like crazy. I ordered cardio strength for around 3480 rupees and they gave some other unknown brand. I called them and they either don't pick up the phone or abruptly cut the call. Have to be reported to the consumer court.
