My sister and I are new to the area and have been looking for a new hair salon to go to. We found this hair salon and took a chance. It exceeded all of our expectations and our hairstylist was amazing and delivered exactly what we asked for! (Though we don’t remember his name) It was very clean and every hair stylist we came in contact were so nice! We are definitely going back and making it our new go to salon.

I went in for a haircut with James. He did an amazing job! I’m not the best at telling hairstylists what I want but he was great at helping me get the right look. The salon has a laidback atmosphere and the prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be a regular customer here! Oh and I want to add that as a socially awkward person that I didn’t feel pressure to make small talk and I appreciate that so much.

I have been going to this place for years now and I love it. I sent my son here for a haircut. Don't do it. I've never seen something so bad in my life. It was ridiculous. It looked like a joke when he called and told me he they messed up his hair. There was no expectation of what I seen when he got home. Do not go there to get your hair cut. I cannot express to you when I say this. Stay away

First time going to Heads Up on Mount View road, I was a bit scared because I’ve been cutting my own hair for a while now but I’m glad I chose the right place. I had no wait with my walk in and the atmosphere and staff was lovely and kind. She was gentle with my hair and helped bring life back to it ! Would recommend

I went here because I saw nothing but positive reviews, so I tried them out. Edna is true to her reviews! I was LONG overdue for a dye job. She was able to get me for a same day appt and nailed the color that I had. Absolutely gorgeous job. I'm so thankful that a place like this is only a mile from my house!

James is the only one who cuts or colors my hair. Been going to him for years. Always fits me in. Always pleasant to talk to and I always get compliments on new do. I never tell him what to do he just knows. Have sent other family and friends to him and he has never disappointed.

I love James and Edna! They are the best! I'm never going anywhere else for a haircut. The prices are more than reasonable. Even then I'd pay more if I had to as long as it's James and Edna. I loved my hair. It was done to perfection. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

The stylists are very good here and it is easy to get an appointment. My boys always get compliments on their haircuts after we leave here. My Nana has been here too and is picky about the way her hair should be cut and she was SUPER happy with the cut.
