They misdiagnosed my father with pneumonia and did unnecessary dialysis to maximize expenses. They hurriedly admitted to HDU where they put him there for 3days . For 3 days they charged us 400,000ksh. We took our father to Kijabe hospital and he is diagnosed with TB. For 12days at private ward we paid 340,000ksh. They are not even qualified as a clinic . They open just to rob people they hard earned money. They are con men.

I've had the best experience as a first time client at HGH. My child came in as an emergency patient at night, I must recognise the efforts of one Enock at reception, Nurse Leah, Philip and one other staff at Pharmacy for their swift services. I would definitely refer and recommend HGH to anyone who wants fast services. Their prices are very fair and not exegarated unlike other private hospitals.

A facility which I will never recommend for someone, those who given licenses to them may be punished for the mess they are causing to patients.
