Update on Oct. 29, 2022: this place has improved by a mile. Fortunately, the sale items are noted in the system every visit I make. I used to have issues back then in the first few months of their opening but now I do not have to worry with sale items being calculated in. The selection of items have been superb since then. Lots of sales every month. Customer service is very good as usual. There is always new items every week or 2 and I love to check them out. I visit at least twice or thrice a week. Kombucha, energy drinks, protein bars, overnight oats are my frequent purchases. I am so happy this place has Anabar performance bars. Old review from 9 months ago: This is the 2nd time where I caught an item on sale (displayed on coloured paper notes) but does not get calculated at the cash register. The 1st time was a product sitting on a fancy display at the front entrance yet the sale price was not calculated at the cash register either. The lack of miscommunication in the system on sale items can be frusturating. I do not wish to always have to speak out on the inconsistency on sale items at the register every visit. Also, I noticed they put a sign at the front door prohibiting pets inside the store but a customer came in with a dog. It was not identifiable as a service dog and no worker approached them to kindly ask if so. Same with customers that wore masks not covering the nose. If workers at least confronted customers to find out any exceptions as to why in following the store policies they put on display at the front then I would acknowledge and agree with the exceptions. But I did not experience any that have confronted customers in these occurences. However, the workers at the aisles are very nice to approach me and ask if I needed any help and had the knowledge on the products. Good selection of products on the shelves. Overall, not the best service environment except helping us with the knowledge of their products at this location.

I usually have a great experience at Healthy Planet stores and usually go to the one at the Stockyards. This past week I went to this Mississauga location since I was in the area. First problem was the wait line to check out. There were several of us in the line and I have no idea why the front desk cashier did not call for a second associate to help out. On top of that, the front desk cashier (a young lady wearing eyeglasses) was a bit rude and not helpful. I asked if she could help locate the expiry date on a couple of items that I called to place on hold at front desk. Instead of helping me, she simply pushed the items to me for me to figure it out and look for it. Not sure what her problem was. It doesn't make it want to come back to this location.

Poor customer service experience at this location today. I shop at healthy planet often and regularly come to this location and today there was yogurt that had a sign for $3.99 but scanned at $5.99. After checking the girl at the cash said she would honour the price but next time the price is $5.99 as if she is doing me a favour when other places give the item for free as thr scanning code of practice. Arguing with a customer is is completely uncalled for and I will not shop at this location anymore. Their produce section was also lacking with more than half the items having gone bad. Organic foods only last a few days anyway but their poor quality produce was disappointing.

This is my favourite store, excellent customer service. This store has the best staff at this location which I rate #1 due to their Professionalism and knowledge. The nutritionist educated me on my health concerns and now I make wise choices when I pick my health products and feel so healthy. There is a male staff that I cannot recall his name but I remember how great he is and makes every customer feel so welcomed. My go to healthy planet even though is not the closest one to me but it’s worth the drive! Money well spent in exchange of great products, service and knowledge. Well managed. 5stars!! -this place beats other locations I used to shop at in Toronto

The one stop shop for everything healthy for supplements, snacks, food, personal care, working out. The staff had provided excellent customer service! Great atmosphere, pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable staff. I'm a regular customer & I've enjoyed my conversations with the staff. Competitive prices, convenient location, spacious store. This joint is a game changer for everyone that strives to live a much healthier lifestyle. I have been dealing with healthy planet Mississauga east for years , never had an issue , their service was great and their staff was knowledgeable , unfortunately for me , I had to deal with this store , the have by far the rudest and incompetent staff to answer the phone (there is one in specific) , by default she will put you on hold and never pick up , this happened many times and through out the day (morning , early and late afternoon) , i have not been to the store in person so i can not provide any comments on this , i wanted to place an order , but , not any more

Had amazing customer service from both Caroline and Ayavery knowledgeable about the products I was inquiring about. It was my first time going there.They welcomed me with a friendly kind vibe as if I had been there before . I will definitely go back again cuz of the phenomenal customer service. I rate them both 10/10 I have to include Jaquellyn on the amazing knowledgeable advice about my Shampoo ( Mill creak Botanical Keratin)I purchased there. Love it it’s exactly what I needed to nourish my hair. Omer is an amazing cashier. Friendly and very kind .

Love Healthy Planet for healthy food options and more natural type of cleaning supplies. This location has a very small produce section where most of the produce was fresh. Unfortunately some of the produce had gone bad. For example, the bags of limes were all bad and there had to be about a dozen or more bags of limes where each and every single bag was bad. Could your staff please check the produce section daily to help ensure produce that has gone bad is removed? I would increase my rating if the produce issue was addressed.

I am remediating my 1/5 review to 4 now because the cashiers have changed. As long you don’t ask the stockers at the back to do cashier work it is actually better for the store’s customer service. The other day honestly I saw a stocker at the cash and he almost dropped a case of box water at an elderly lady feet. It’s like he was forced to covered that shift and be a cashier. I also feel that staff are related, which may be impacting customer service. I am not sure if this is true.

I have been waiting for this store to open at this location and I’m so glad it finally has! This store has all your healthy food and supplements needs. It is massive and has an abundant supply of everything from produce to non perishable items. The store is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful and it is an overall wonderful shopping experience. I’ve been here 3X already this week and love it every time. I’ve been recommending this store to all my family and friends.

Huge store!!! Loved the layout.. open spaces, clean and organised. We went in to buy 1 particular thing.. had no idea it had so many items. They even have organic produce.. which looked fresh. The lady said they opened 4 months ago. I also saw so many organic hair colour boxes, makeup items which I was looking for online few weeks before and couldnt find it in any other stores. Definately will visit again with lot of time kept aside for the visit.

Great health food store to pick up natural, vegan, organic, etc ingredients. Grocery supplies are good quality, the staff are all helpful, and friendly. We like the fresh fruits, vegetables section, the can goods section is also well-arranged /organized and the store is super clean. So glad to have Healthy Planet in the neighborhood and the parking area is really good. Thank you very much, Highly recommended!

I went to this place for the first time. Their Kale was half the price than what Whole Foods charges. They had a few sales on but overall prices are steep! I'd wait for sales to shop here. Was surprised that they also sold makeup which was a plus. Veggies and fruit were fresh and reasonably priced. The variety is good as well. I went on a wkday in the afternoon and wasn't too busy.

I recently discovered this new location of Healthy Planet, and I must say it's my favourite! It seems like a superstore Healthy Planet, they have an awesome variety of organic produce compared to other locations. Staff are super friendly and helpful. I actually go out of my way to this location. I keep raving to my family about this location. Love it!

One of the worst shopping experience, they charged me for delivery but never delivered, they asked me to pick up and when I was there the item wasn't, they didn't refund me and said that they need to receive it back in their warehouse, although they know I haven't picked it up. Their Customer service are not professional

The store is very clean and organized. Everything was easy to find and the selection was vast. The staff was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Friendly service and quick checkout. Definitely will be going to this location from now on. The prices are better than most places Also, plenty of free parking

My experience shopping today was extremely positive. As soon as I walked through the door I was met with warm welcomes of very friendly associates. Prompt assistance was also provided when trying to locate items in search of, as well as at the time of cashing out. Great first experience all the way round!

Friendly staff and a large selection of items that you wouldn't typically find at other health food stores. The store is well stocked and very clean. Everyone was observing the masking mandate at this store when I went. I highly recommend this store if you are looking for very specific items.

Their prices are better than other health stores. However, some of their cash associates are not very friendly, including their managers. A long line doesn’t alert them to speed up nor stop their clerical or stocking work to attend to you. It makes you feel like an interruption to them.

Variety of health products here from groceries to snacks and supplements. This is a one stop shop with great frequent sales or products with a discount. The staff are super friendly and always will to help you with your needs and can make helpful suggestions.

I had a very unpleasant experience in the Dixie and Dundas location, the staff was very rude to me and kept saying "whatever" which was very unprofessional. Line ups are always long, the sales associates are not attentive and arrogant.

We regularly stop at Healthy Planet for a variety of products. We get what we need the vast majority of time, as the selection is quite good. Staff are helpful, too!

Excellent selection of vitamins and healthy snacks. Ambience is too good. You can get dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent here where you can fill up ur bottle!
