The only reason I give this store 1 star is because of one employee! other than that they deserve a 4. I was dealing with an ailment and went to this older woman ( will not mention her name) for products I could use to possibly help me. I spent hundreds of dollars on different stuff to try to get some relief. Now, I know she is not a doctor... and my expectations were not to expect a miracle. After a series of medical test, numerous different products nothing worked. In the end.. she had the audacity to tell me it is all in my head!!! how disrespectful to a customer!! and as I told her - NO!! its not in my head! they are real symptoms that even my doctor and all my tests couldnt figure out! Customers come to the store to find natural ways to heal problems... and sometimes.. it works! but to be disrespected that way... after hundreds of $$$ spent... I left feeling horrible. The other staff members are much more professional!! She needs to take a lesson from the other staff. Who by the way... agreed that she is too abrasive and disrespectful!

Nature’s Source has always been an important part of my life and it’s time to set the record straight! The Mississauga store and its team of knowledgeable and caring practitioners and staff treat customers needs with hard to find compassion and utmost integrity and care. They always go beyond the line of duty to serve their customers! When I read the very few complaints I can only see lack of understanding . If you call the store and they don’t answer is because they are serving customers. The customer in the store should always be serve first and that’s what Pragya and her team do very well every day! Thank You Nature’s Source for your best supplements and customer service to the community!

I am a high risk individual and went in here to get essentials and was appalled that no masks were worn by staff, even when they were on sales floor and interacting with customers. The staff were NOT physically distancing from the customers and were not wearing a face shield either. I understand that one individual might be exempt but there is no excuse for hanging the mask around your neck and not wearing it on your face. Won’t be returning here with my business again. Its clear they don’t take Covid seriously and I won’t risk my life by visiting their establishment again.

This location get's 5 stars from me for the well educated and knowledgeable staff, welcoming and positive atmosphere, and overall great experience. I've been going to the store for more than a decade and have noticed significant and positive change in the past few years; staff provide great advice and service, always a hello when you walk in, staff know their products and the store manager is authentic, amazing, and just really cares. I've moved a bit further from the location, but I travel to this specific store for the service, advice, and experience.

Despite the attentive service I was very uncomfortable with the masks being worn by staff. Ineffective is putting it mildly. The masks worn were plastic and did not firmly fit over their nose and mouth. They sit over their face without a seal allowing air droplets to easily pass in and out. These have zero protection for the wearer or customer. I left feeling really unsafe and also upset that a store proposing to promote health would put their customers, many of whom are treating health conditions, at risk.

I was given this location's information to purchase a few supplements from my ND. As I entered the store I was greeted by Natasha and Chris. They were SO professional and were so pleasant. They both helped me find exactly what I needed and listened to my concerns. I will not be going to any other store to purchase my supplements. I would highly recommend anyone looking for kind and knowledgeable staff, to go to this location for Nature's Source. You will not be disappointed. Thank you again ladies!

The associates DO NOT wear masks or practice social distancing. This is my second time seeing this in the store. I was astonished to observe Mary - May 9th 1:30pm serving guests without a mask on the floor. Nature Source promotes literal health and wellness. You are letting everyone in this community down. People who shop here are health-minded people & should consider shopping elsewhere if you have concern for your health. We are a year + into this pandemic and this is shameful.

I had my first order on July-3/2023 and I received a little late July-10/2023 I need to call the store to make them ship as fast they can. After that I got a call from another employee explaining and apologizing, I understood that he got a lot a orders and make my order got this delayed. They gave some samples and discount and I will give a new change and make more order to make sure they get a excellent customer services.

When I first time went there i don't know anything much about supplements but pragya guide me help me what should I buy for me and my family I can see significant change in my health. I have shopped for my supplements from Mississauga Nature Source for over15 years. The service is excellent. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I mostly deal with Pregya and I find he to be very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. If I have question she takes the time to answer my question. She is a good listener. The selection is good and I like the discount policy. It is my go to place for supplements.

I come here all the time. They always have what I’m looking for. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind. They also respect peoples rights. I have a medical mask exemption and never have issues here. I have never been harassed or singled out. They are educated and understand the by-laws. Their customer service is top notch. Have always loved this location, but the lack of face coverings on the staff during this pandemic has made me rethink my shopping choices. Shields can always be worn in place of masks. No consideration to the safety of others.
