This place is horrible. The only thing this dentist's office has going for it is a) friendly receptionists, b) video game/kinda fun atmosphere (but not that fun), and c) digital x-rays. Everything else is abysmal. Dr. Smith has a non-sincere bedside manner. Maybe she's a good dentist but she shouldn't be working in pediatric dentistry! She is very matter-of-fact and unkind. It is simply not true she makes the visit comfortable for children or parents. I felt comfortable with the receptionist, the assistant, but not the Dr. I told her my son has anxiety issues and she instantly suggested laughing gas. We did laughing gas, it wasn't enough and didn't even seem like it had any affect. She still billed me for it though! She then scolded me for not wanting to put him under (a.k.a. asleep) for the crown replacement and cavities. She literally made me feel like a bad parent and neglected the fact that I have a say in my son's health, and that her opinion is like that of God's. When my son's heart has to be monitored on a machine and a medical Dr. has to come in (anesthesiologist) on my dime no less, I should have a say. After paying $400 for a simple crown on a tooth that is going to fall out, and a few cavities repaired, and leaving with a bad taste in our mouths (pun intended), I can tell you this office won't get another penny of our money. We spent about $600 here with insurance. That generic crown was ungodly expensive and a ripoff. Also, whenever your appointment is, add on another 30+ minutes waiting in the lobby no matter what. Unorganized, unprofessional Dr, not worth our time or money!!

I'm giving this 3 stars because the Dr Smith was wonderful as well as the tech that saw my son. I want to give her office staff an 0 stars because they lack professional, social skills and are money hungry. I was a cash paying customer so they tried to get money out of me like crazy. I was told by the front desk that he couldn't get everything done in one day when the dentist told me he will have anesthesia and get everything in one day. What I didnt k ow at the time and he was never told to ke was that anesthesia is paid separately and you have to call and schedule an appointment with them to do the work. What the manager said to me instead was that the6 don't do everything in one day there. I pa8d over $1400 thinking my son was getting laughing gas and anesthesia on his next two appointments and that was not tye case at all. Anesthesia was a separate price of no less than $3700 for 2.5 hours, with $1100 for each additional hours. It's no way in anyone would try to give just laughing gas to a 2 year old thinking he was just going sit and let you fill cavities in his mouth. She was money hungry and just saw me as a way to get money from me. I will never be back. I want to be clear Dr. Smith and her techs were wonderful, it's the office staff that is the problem.

I AGREE 100% with Tiffany Nelson's review!! I wish you could rate less than one star. I also took my son to her as he needed cavities filled and a crown. I did in fact want him to be given laughing gas due to anxiety from this procedure . He already has a regular dentist . Our family dentist didn't want to fill the cavities and then have my son afraid of him when he has only gone to him for cleanings and checkups the past 5 yrs. He suggested I use a pediatric dentist just this one time. She's about the only one I could find that uses the laughing gas. I heard my son crying from the waiting area. He was in pain so that extra money you pay is not worth it! I was told to pay upfront although we have dental insurance . I paid the bill in full . I received from my insurance the correct amount I owed. I overpaid her and it's been frustrating trying to get my refund. They NEVER answer the phone or return calls. I am filing a complaint against her office for poor business practices.WE WILL NEVER USE HER AGAIN!!!!!

The experience was horrible. 1st my appointment was at 5pm and they didn't call us back until 7pm. 2nd my son is 3 which is a minor and they told me they don't allow parents back when having treatment done. So I hear him yelling and crying and I told the receptionist that he will not act right with strangers. Neither the dentist or dentist assistant took that in consideration. So I told the receptionist to bring him back to me so I can calm him down, and I did so I asked her to ask the dentist can she try again with me back there...the dentist assistant says out loud..(mind you I'm in the front and their in the back)....HELL NAW!!! RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND GHETTO...I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN

I would highly recommend Dr. Loretta. Her practice is beautiful and clean. It is filled with kid friendly images, scenery and items. The staff uses special terminology not to scare the children which is very cool. They don’t use the terms like, drill, extract, or cavity. They use terms like sick tooth and tickle your teeth which means clean. My daughter is 7 and is very scared of the dentist and has never let one properly take care of her teeth so I have been on the hunt for quite a while trying to find a good fit and Dr. Loretta is it. She created a treatment plan and we are happy to see her on the next visit. Thank you so much for making my baby girl and myself trust you.

Dr. Loretta Smith is the best she is very passionate with her job as a dentist and orthodontist she told me that my son was going to need braces when he was little she knows her job very well because at the end she did do my son braces because I tried everything before braces and nothing was able to fix his teeth so when she said something she knows what’s best for the child he was 9 years old and I was until 11 years that he was done with the treatment and his smile is beautiful because of her and his teeth are straight now. They are the best dentist to take your kids. I been going there for more than 15 years. ❣️.

My son fell and chipped his tooth and I wanted him to be seen quickly to assess the damage. I found Dr. Smith through a simple Google search. She was close to home and had the availability I needed. Upon arrival and throughout, everyone was pleasant and friendly. The staff seemed to work with children well and that was very comforting. I liked the way Dr. Smith interacted with my son and she communicated well which I appreciated very much. It was good experience for mom and son.

Today was my 5 year old 1st visit to the dentist and I must say I made the right choice in choosing Dr. Smith. She helped my little one get rid of any nervousness she might’ve had just by simply talking to her and letting her know what she was doing in a way she could understand. The staff was very courteous and broke everything down step by step and the X-ray tech is AMAZING! Keep up the great work! You have definitely gained a new patient in my daughter

Had a great experience with my child here they did incredible work and kept her really calm tru the process her regular dentist recommended us to her as specialists for my daughter been to other dentist for my kids and by far the best experience I have ever had as a father knowing how my pain my kids go tru Nurses a super nice and playful with the kids and doctor is direct and knows exactly what’s shes doing Thank u so dr Loretta smith and staff

Very disappointed had appt for 11:00 dr Loretta know where to be found desk assistant called dr Loretta multiple times still no answer very unprofessional three clients sitting for well over an hour once we where seen she was very unorganized put gloves on and constantly touching other things all in all unsanitary filed my daughters teeth uneven all in all very unhappy with the Service DO NOT ATTEND

Dont recommend this dentist at all. The receptionist scheduled me for an appt for 3pm and I waited for over 3hours before being seen. When I was finally seen, the dentist told me i must reschedule my appointment because she didnt have all of the proper equiment. This business is inconsiderate of your time and lacks proper preparation/organization. 0/10. I will not be returning.

Great dental provider and gentle care. From setting up the appointment, we were able to be seen within 24 hours, registration was done before her appointment so there wasn't any wait time in the office and the dentist informed us of our options. We received a print out that showed what needed to be fixed as well as the cost. No surprises!

Professional service. Professional care. The staff eased my son’s fear of going to the dentist. He started as a patient in 2021. We had some challenges after coming out of quarantine, by the time he saw a dentist, he had a mouth full of cavities. However, after his treatment plan and self-care at home, his dental health is back on track.

The Dental Assistant Mrs. Latrice is an exceptional woman and professional. I have been noticing Latrice's behavior for while and every time we come for our appointments she acts the very same way. Latrice is polite, kind, gentle, and does her job well. She speaks in ways that makes my son understand his oral needs. THANK YOU Latrice

I highly recommend this clinic, we were in and out no waiting. The doctor and the staff made us feel at home. With all your respect Dr. but it felt has if grandma was caring for my son, in other words anyone will feel at home. They follow the states Covid guidelines and the place is very clean. I highly recommend them.

First time at this facility and I loved it. The staff was very professional and very patient. The Dr was very attentive and pleasant. The facility was very clean and I loved how there were televisions in the room to keep the child distracted and occupied. I like the items provided in the goodie bag. I will def go back.

I have been coming to Dr. Smith for almost 20 years and I have never had a bad experience coming here. She is always concerned about all her patients and makes sure that everything can be taken care of in her presence. She is a caring, dedicated woman to her work and i will recommend anyone to her.

The staff, assistant and doctor really did their best to ease my son's fears and even when my son cried they were patient and very understanding. The doctor was kind and answered my questions. The location is also very well kept and clean. Overall, we had a great experience!

My son was terrified of the dentist, but after 4+ years with Dr. Smith all his fears are gone!! This is solely due to Dr. Smith and her team. They are incredibly patient, kind & they geniune care about their clients. There aren't enough Thank Yous to extend to them!!

Dr Smith has worked on all 4 of our kids. The oldest is 20 years old and youngest 6 years old. She and her staff has provided the best oral care than any other dentist we have tried. The kids are not afraid to visit the dentist and we know they’re in good hands.

My son started coming here as a toddler and has been treated by dr smith and her assistance ever since. They’ve watched him grow and have helped him loose his fear of the dentist. Dr smith has been very patient with Julian and I am very happy with the service

Dr. Smith has been my daughters dentist for at least five years now. She extracted my daughter’s teeth when she was younger and she experienced no pain. My daughter was afraid of the dentist before Dr. Smith now she has no fear.
