I’ve ordered a couple of times already and I’ve always gotten my orders with impressive speed. My most recent order encountered an issue with the dates of the medication but the team was so lovely with getting in contact and sorting the problem. They were patient, kind, friendly and the service was incredible. The package was upgraded to express so that I’d get the medication asap (which I have received) — and they’d even added goodies! Totally wasn’t necessary but just goes to show how much they care. Words escape the depth of gratitude for this lovely team and service. You’re amazing. Thank you

I was very impressed with the service of extra goodies I wished to purchase because a delivery was being made to me, the prices are competitive, and the sales person Jade? went out of her way to fulfil my order. Delivery was very efficient with texts as to what is happening. I phone ordered five extra products and was dubious as to the sizes and brands would be exact - and they were!! Thank you for good service to we senior folk who do not want to buy online.

Owners park their car in one of the car park entrances to stop people using it. This is very dangerous. It was a dark and rainy day and my husband thought someone may have been driving the car and had a medical episode. He was then forced to back out into oncoming traffic on a main road. This can easily cause an accident. If the owners don’t want their customers to use one of the car park entrances (why??) they should close it off properly.

The service and willingness to be of assistance is fantastic at this pharmacy. The staff went to great lengths to make sure everything was in order with my purchases, even calling me to confirm that an expiry date (of next year!) wouldn't be a problem for me. They also went above and beyond by providing samples in response to a skin concern I shared. Prices are great too! I highly recommend this pharmacy.

The staff were lovely and accommodating! I hurt my ankle and tried to find a crutch. The store didn't sell crutches but they helped me find one through ringing another store. My friend went to the other store that was suggested while they let me stay while I waited for my friend to buy the crutches. They were asking me how am I, then offeres me water and chair. Excellent people!

Top service from SuperPharmacy. I have only bought online so far but they ship quickly and prices are hard to beat when you bulk buy some products, well packaged and seem to have everything in stock that I need when most others do not have any. This is the 2nd time I have used them and both times it has been excellent, often get my parcel the next day (live in the same city)

Excellent pharmacy near Rundle mall, service fast and efficient. Went there ready to buy a quick fix product. Instead, one of the assistants, sat me down, listened to my issued. Then, she taught me a lot and gave me some advice.l found their staff pleasant and helpful.

Came when the lady about to close the door,not close yet, and i have high allergy symptoms and i explained to her . Just wanting an eye drops to clear my allergy. And she refused me. Very rude. Rude and so rude. Definitely not professional .

This has to be one of the cheapest pharmacies in Adelaide to get scripts filled. I pay $15.95 here - whereas I have been quoted as high as $30 for exactly the same medicine. Also a good range of pharmacy products.

We were visiting town and a situation of urgency arose causing great distress. The ladies at Superpharmacy went well and beyond to provide supportive advice and service to resolve the issue. We are very grateful.
