Very disgusted in the attitude of the watchmaker / store owner Alan. I took a fossil decker chronograph watch in for a glass replacement and battery replacement. He began by removing the glass with a tweezer, then tries opening the back

Aunt bought a pair of earrings here 2 weeks ago. After a salesvperson insisted it was 9ct. Absolute disdain for this people who sell pensioners earrings claiming its 9ct. The earrings bent and crumbled after one wear.
