Was just sold a RAV4, which is meant to be a reliable car and was told it is in perfect condition. After it was purchased, I noticed that there was an issue with the Bluetooth which was not shared with me. I was told to let them know if it continued and to take it into a Toyota dealership if it continued. Then on a road trip the belt warning signal went on at random times before the battery completely died for no reason. After having it jump started and driving for several hours to ensure it was charged, it died yet again. After having it jump started again and driving for a couple of hours, it still would not start again. Upon contacting them about this, I was asked to bring it to them with no offer of assistance or an alternative. Very disappointing after making a major purchase.

Upfront and honest about their cars. Very helpfull and willing to go the extra mile. Even months after my purchase they are just as professional as day 1. They sell good quality cars. The owner went far and beyond expectations to have a minor but costly issue sorted on my car after i bought it. And i was always in the loop.
