We had old taps in a shower that needed to be replaced. The old taps were separate hot and cold. We wanted to convert them into a single control. This required getting access to the taps through a wall and the existing shower stall including a bath wall liner that had been installed in the shower. Terry did the required work very well. When the wall was opened up, the situation was more complicated than originally thought due to concrete and wire mesh that needed to be cut through. Terry adjusted to the changing circumstances and was able to complete the job in a professional manner, all the while having a "can do" attitude and being pleasant and professional. We are very pleased with the result. Terry was a pleasure to deal with. He is friendly and professional, seems very experienced and competent, and the price he quoted was reasonable and significantly lower than others. We would recommend him without reservation.

Excellent service, friendly and honest!! Terry was super informative and gave me some money saving tips on how to leak-proof my home and prevent a total disaster. He showed me where my water main line was and how to shut it off and on, as well as gave me a crash course on everything plumbing related in my home. He fixed the kitchen sink super quick, and thoroughly explained what was wrong and why and how everything works and can be fixed. He even recommended a product that would save me from having to hire him, which I thought was really great of him to do. Being a single mom / homeowner I can definitely say that I have Terry on my side and would recommend him to anyone. Great guy!!

Fast, On time, Professional. Highly recommended. Terry came today to fix a leaky toilet. He was right on time, same day as I called, already had the parts in his van and fixed it super fast. He explained everything about the problem and the fix to me and then afterwards we looked around my other plumbing fixtures and even identified a leak on my hot water tank! Terry's thoroughness probably just saved me thousands of dollars that would have resulted from water damage if it had gone on much longer. Thank you Terry, Much appreciated :-)

I wish I can give negative star. Don’t ever call people from Hero plumbing . Before coming they will give you different price after reaching they will give you different price .more over ..over the phone they will say yes we can repair and after coming they will say this can’t be repaired but we will charge for visit and diagnosis . Common if you have not seen anything what diagnosis you are doing if you can’t tell what’s the problem . All 5 star reviews are fake . Never trust this company .

Life happens Right? Well today it happened to me also. I have a home daycare and I had to shut down my main water in the house. Issue with my shower faucet. I needed this situation done today. I called around couldn't fine anyone....until I call "Hero Plumbing Services" Terry was between jobs and came over and fix my situation. Needless to say Terry is my Hero today. Thanks again.... Yes! What an aptly named business. Terry was certainly our "Hero" on a Sunday. Living in the country and on a septic system things can go wrong. Our toilets were backed up and we needed someone ASAP. Terry arrived in a timely manner, diagnosed the problem and quickly got to work. Respectful, knowledgeable and polite. We highly recommend Terry and will use his services again.

I'm not happy. The plumber was unprofessional, provocative and very rude. He overcharged me and was talking nonsense. I do not recommend him...the job was not done right ,and now, I have to look for some other companies. Their price is absurdly expensive (more than double other plumbers). Just them showing up is $50 and one small job like changing a pipe can cost hundreds of dollars. They're quick to show up though, but I found another plumber was able to do the job better and cheaper.
