Went to return the hire this busy Tuesday afternoon. Both girls at the reception were so busy with customers and phone calls. When it came to my turn they provided exceptional service ( yet they were so under the pump with work). Customer service was excellent. It was a treat to receive that level of service. Thank you!

Worst customer service by both receptionist. They don’t know Hertz policy that anyone with international license can drive, it’s clearly mentioned on their policy. They refuse to give car by denying the Hertz policy.
