During my visit the custom service I received were beyond understanding. From walking inside the store with the greetings and assisting with questions I had. While shopping in the store sales associate Kofa had patience and worked every hard to help me find a shoe. During his help he communicated with the manage Bobo who also communicated effectively and intentionally when I couldn’t find the shoe in store he directed to help order online. I have shopped at different hibbett sport and never received this type of shopping experience. It was definitely worth the review because i know most never get the good! Go shop at the hibbett sports in the Belgate community.

No one asking you if you need help, all the staff just standing at the cash register on their phones. I asked a girl if they had a size and she asked me if I needed a size from them… aren’t y’all a shoe store???… they clearly didn’t care to help anyone out so I just left. Y’all need a cell phone policy or something. Why they not paying attention to the customers?

Noah that works at the IKEA location is rude and disrespectful. He ignored us when we came in although we were the only customers shopping) and reluctantly pulled a shoe for us. We asked him a question and he said “well you don’t have to buy it”. He should not be allowed to work in a position that works with customers — clearly not a people person.

The staff here was very patience with me getting multiple shoes. I ended up going to to another Hibbett. Simply because of the amount of glue poppin out the forces at this location. But the staff was very very patience.

The guys in the store were welcoming, friendly and had me cracking up. They obviously understand good customer service. They were helpful and attentive. My new store for Jordans.
